Preparare in un pentolino il caramello facendo bollire finchè non è colorito lo zucchero con il succo di ananas.&lt;br /&gt;
Versare il caramello assieme a qualche fetta di ananas che avrete disposto sul fondo della tortiera.&lt;br /&gt;
Sbattere le uova assieme con lo zucchero, aggiungere il succo di ananas, l&#39;olio, la farina e i 2 cucchiaini di lievito per dolci poi versate il composto nella tortiera sopra le fette di ananas ed il caramello.&lt;br /&gt;

Lavorare il burro a crema ed aggiungere 125g di zucchero,uova,scorza grattuggiata del limone e sale.Impastare a cucchiaiate farina,Frumina ed infine il lievito. Versare l&#39;impasto in uno stampo a cerchio apribile di 26cm di diametro imburrato ed infarinato.Distribuirvi le mele sbucciate,tagliate a fettine sottili e mescolare con il succo del limone,quindi cospargere con lo zucchero rimanente. Cuocere nella parte interiore del forno preriscaldato a 190° per 50-60 minuti,in base al tipo di forno.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredienti:3 Uova , 1 pizzico di Sale,Farina 125g,250g di Latte&lt;br /&gt;
Sbattete le uova,successivamente mescolarle con il sale , farina e latte. Mescolare tutto molto bene finchè non si sarà formato un composto omogeneo,lasciarlo riposare per 30 minuti.Ungere(burro o olio) con un tovagliolo una crepiera o un padellino non molto grosso,riscaldarlo sul fuoco per qualche minuto e versare il composto , la quantità dipende dalla grandezza che volete per le vostre crepes.Girate l&#39;impasto dopo 2 minuti,quindi aspettate altri 2 minuti e la crepes è pronta.&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTI : farina 250 g,zucchero 250 g, uno yogurt magro (125 g ) , olio di semi 120 g, 3 uova,cocco in polvere 125g,un pizzico di sale,marmellata o miele 30 g,una busta di lievito.&lt;br /&gt;
istruzioni : Accendere il forno a 175° C. Imburrare ed infarinare una tortiera dai bordi alti. In una terrina mescolare la farina con lo zucchero, lo yogurt magro,l&#39;olio di semi,le uova , il sale,il lievito e 30 g di cocco in polvere. Miscelare il tutto sino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Versare nella tortiera e cuocerla in forno per 50 minuti. Estrarre la torta dal forno, lasciarla raffreddare un poco,spalmare su tutta la superficie la marmellata o il miele e spolverare con il rimanente cocco in polvere.&lt;br /&gt;
