While there are people who seem to be naturally endowed with more leadership abilities than others, I believe that people can learn to become leaders by concentrating on improving particular leadership skills.<br /> <br /> In its essence, leadership in an organizational role involves establishing a clear vision,sharing (communicating) that vision with others so that they will follow willingly, providing the information, knowledge, and methods to realize that vision, and coordinating and balancing the conflicting interests of all members or stakeholders. A leader comes to the forefront in case of crisis, and is able to think and act in creative ways in difficult situations. Thank to Mr. Ahmad because&nbsp;</span></span><span class="" id="result_box" lang="en"><span title=""> he has teach a lot of knowledge about leadership, even though I rarely attend, due to certain reasons, but not lazy. </span><span title="">(Hehe)...</span></span><br /> <span class="" id="result_box" lang="en"><span title="">Sometimes, i feel so board and so sleepy in this class, i think it is because this class start at 4 p.m, and me from Gambang, only have bus at 12p.m, so i need to wait until 4 with very patient to come in this lovely class.
