After shedding 100 pounds and navigating my own series of "quarter-life crises," I was exhausted from the relentless pursuit of perfection, and realized there had to be more to life than striving, hustling, and trying to "achieve” my way to worthiness.
That's why I've made it my mission to help women heal their own relationship with food and their bodies, but without all the restriction, obsession, and shame, and without needing years of therapy to do so.
