Comment on 'Project Management Framework' by Leanne

The PMF training (full day) was useful in consolidating the requirements of the framework. As it's early days yet though, it's hard to tell how much people will actually follow every aspect of it (i.e in diciplining themselves to write each specified document). It seems a worthwhile initiative so hope it takes off and the benefits of it can be realised.

Agreed, that does look like a good way to do it.
I fancied trying the gem route and so far so good. I've used Cucumber extensively this evening and everything seems A-okay. Will look at Rspec a little more tomorrow, but a quick autospec seemed to pass and fail the same as much as it did before the update.
If I end up with Cucumber sauce over my shirt I'll update ASAP.
