శ్రాద్ధములో పూజింపబడే పితృదేవతలు అనగా ఎవరు?

ఈ సందేహము పాండవ జ్యేష్ఠుడైన యుధిష్ఠురిడికి ( అనగా శ్రాద్ధదేవ అను పేరు ఉన్న యమధర్మరాజుగారి అవతారము) కలగగా ఈ సందేహమును నివృత్తి చెసినవారు భీష్మాచార్యులు. అంటే యుధిష్ఠురిడికి తెలియదు అని కాదు కాని మనకు తెలియజేయాలని ఆ మహనీయుడి అభిప్రాయము. అట్టి గహనమైన విషయము మనము అందరము తెలిసుకొనవలసినదే.

యుధిష్ఠిరుడి సందేహము ఏమనగా! ప్రతీ జీవి తను చేసిన కర్మముల ప్రతిఫలమును అనుభవించుటకు స్వర్గమో, నరకమో మరి వేరె ఏదైనా లోకమునకు ఏగినప్పుడు, అచటనే ఉండు అనివార్య పరిస్ధితులను దాటుకొని ఇచట కర్మభూమి అయిన మన భారతముదేశములో వారి వారి సంతానము జేయు శ్రాద్ధమును స్వీకరించుటకు రావడము ఎలా సాధ్యము? కొన్ని జీవులు నరక లోకములో నుండగా ఇచటకు రావడము వారికి ఇంకను అసాధ్యము, మరి కొన్ని జీవులు కర్మవశమున క్రూరమృగాలుగా, లేదా మరియొక పశుయోనిలో నుండగా మనము మన ఇళ్ళలోనో, దైవసన్నీధానముతో పవిత్రమైన మఠములలోనో లేదా దేవాలయాలలోనో శ్రాద్ధము చేయగా అచట మన పితృవులు వచ్చి ఆశీర్వాదము చేయుటకు ఎలా సాధ్యము?

ఇట్టి సందేహము వెనక స్వయముగా భీష్మాచార్యులకును కలుగగా సంక్షిప్తముగా వారి జన్మదాతలైన శంతను మహారాజుగారు పరిహరించిరి.

ఈ సందేహపరిహారము ఏమనగా, శ్రాద్ధమునకు వచ్చి మనులను ఆశీర్వదించు మన జన్నదాతలు ఎవరో, వారే స్వయముగా రారు, కాని, మన జన్మదాతల రూపములను ధరించి మనకు ఆశీర్వదించి వెళ్ళువారు చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మ దేవుని కుమారులైన పితృగణదేవతలు, వీరి లోకము స్వర్గముకన్ననూ ఊర్ధ్వ లోకములలో అనగా సోమలోకములో నుండును, మనము శ్రాద్ధవిధితో వీరిని తృప్తి పరచగా వీరు, కర్మవశమున ఏ లోకములోనైనూ, ఏ అవస్థలోనున్ననూ మన జన్మదాతలైన మాతా పితృువులను త్రప్తి పరుచురు, శ్రాద్ధవిధి ఎందు మన శ్రద్ధని చూసి సర్వలోకములనే తృప్తి పరుచువారు.

ఇట్టి ఈ పితృగణదేవతల ఏడు ప్రకారాలుగా శాస్త్రములో వర్ణించబడినది,

విరాజ ప్రజాపతిగారి కుమారులు వైరాజ పితృగణము, దేవతలు వీరిని విశేషముగా పూజించురు.
మరీచి ప్రజాపతులవారి కుమారులు ఆగ్నీష్వాత్తా పితృగణము, వీరూ దేవతలచే పూజింపబడువారు.
ప్రజాపతి పులస్త్యులవారి కుమారులు బర్హిషద అను పేరు కలిగిన పితృగణము, వీరిని దేవతలు, యక్ష గంధర్వ రాక్షసులు, నాగములు,సర్పములు, గరుడుడు మొదలగు పక్షిశ్రేష్ఠులు పూజించురు.
వశిష్ఠ ప్రజాపతుల కుమారులు సుకాలా నామకులగు పితృగణము, వీరిని బ్రాహ్మణులు ఆరాధించురు.
అంగీరస ప్రజాపతుల కుమారులు ఆంగీరస పితృగణము, వీరిని క్షత్రయులు ఉపాసన చేయుదురు.
పులహ నామము కలిగిన ప్రజాపతుల వారి కుమారులు సుస్వధా నామకులైన పితృగణము, వారిని వైశ్యజాతికి చెందినవారు పూజింతురు.

అగ్ని ప్రజాపతి (అగ్నిదేవుడు) గారి కుమారులు సోమపా పితృగణము, వీరిని శూద్రులు పూజించురు.

ఈ సప్త సంఖ్యలో ఉన్న పితృగణ దేవతలకు సంభంధించిన ఆసక్తికరమైన కథలు ఎన్నో ఉన్నాయి. వాటిని విస్తారముగా నా అంతర్జాలములో (website,narasimhacharyasulibhavi.org) లో వ్రాసిఉంచెదను.

శ్రాద్ధానికి నల్లని నువ్వులు, సరియు దర్భములను తప్పనిసరిగా ఎందుకు వాడతారు?

ఈ ప్రశ్న చాలామందికి వచ్చి ఉండోచ్చు, అలాగె చాలామంది ఈ విషయాన్ని పట్టించుకోకుండా ఉండోచ్చు, రెండవ క్రోవకి చెందిన వారిని మనము పట్టించుకోకుండా ఉండడమే మేలు. "శ్రాద్ధము" అనే శబ్దములోనె శ్రద్ధతో చేయవలసినది (యత్ శ్రద్ధయా క్రీయతె తత్ శ్రాద్ధం), కాని నేటి సమాజములో చాలామందికి శ్రద్ధ లేదు, ఏదో మొక్కుబడిగా ముగించాము అని అనిపించుతారె తప్ప ఏమి చేసాము, ఎందుకు చేసాము అనేదె తెలియదు.

జన్మదాతల ఋణము శరీరము చనిపోయేంతవరకు ఉంటుంది, కాబట్టే మన తల్లిదండ్రులు చనిపోయాక కూడా, వారి పాంచభౌతిక శరీరము నశించినా వారి ఋణమును తీర్చుకొనుటకు మనము వారి తదనంతరము మరియు మనము జీవించి ఉన్నంతవరకు వారి కోసము శ్రాద్ధ తర్పణాదులు చేయవలసినదే!.

ఈ శ్రాద్ధ తర్పణాదులు అనగా మనకు గుర్తు వచ్చేదె నల్ల నువ్వులు మరియు దర్భములు. ఈ రెండు మనము శ్రాద్ధాని కార్యాలలో ఎందుకు వాడాలి అన్నదానికి కొన్ని సమాధానములు ఇచ్చట ప్రస్తావించుచున్నాను.

గరుడునికి శ్రీ మహావిష్ణువు ఇలా ఉపదేశించారు.

మమ స్వేదసముద్భూతాః తిలాః తార్క్ష్య పవిత్రకాః | అసురాః దానవా దైత్యా విద్రవన్తి తిలైస్తథా ||

తిలాః శ్వేతాః తిలాః కృష్ణాః తిలాః గోమూత్ర సన్నిభాః | దహన్తు తే మే పాపాని శరీరేణ కృతాని వై ||

ఏకఏవ తిలో దత్తో హేమద్రోణ తిలైః సమః | తర్పణె దానహోమేషు దత్తో భవతి అక్షయః ||

భావము- నువ్వులు మూడురకాలు తెలుపు, నలుపు మరియు గోమూత్రమువలె బంగారు రంగులో ఉండును. ఏ రంగు నువ్వులు (తిలము) అయినను, తిలము ఇది చిన్మయుడైన నిర్దోషుడు, అనంత గుణపూర్ణుడు అయిన జగత్స్వామి శ్రమరహితుడు అయిన శ్రీ మన్నారయణుని స్వేదము చే సృష్టించబడినది. కావున ఇట్టి తిలములను ఒకటైననూ శ్రాద్ధములో సమర్పితమైననూ బంగారు కుంభంలో నింపిన సువర్ణ తిలములను దానము ఇచ్చినంత పుణ్యము, అక్షయమైన ఫలమును ప్రసాదించును, అంతే కాకుండ ఎచట తిలములు ఉండునో అచట దైత్యులు, పిశాచాలు, రాక్షసులు మొదలగువారు పారిపోదురు, తన్నిమిత్తంగా నిర్విఘ్నముగా చేపట్టిన కార్యము సమాప్తి చెందును. మన శరీరముచే చేసిన పాపములు అన్నియు నశించును. కావున మనము శ్రాద్ధము మొదలగు కర్మముల ఎందు తిలములను వాడుట పరిపాటి, సంప్రదాయము.

ఇక దర్భముల వైశిష్ట్యము తెలుసుకుందాము.

దర్భాః రోమసముద్భూతాః తిలాః స్వేదేషు నాన్యథా | దెవతా దానవాః తృప్తాః శ్రాద్ధేన పితరస్తథా ||

ప్రయోగవిధినా బ్రహ్మా విశ్వం చాప్యుప జీవనాత్ | అపసవ్యాదితో బ్రహ్మా పితరో దేవదేవతాః ||

తేన తె పితరః తృప్తా అపసవ్యే కృతె సతి | దర్భమూలె స్థితో బ్రహ్మా మధ్యే దేవో జనార్ధనః ||

దర్భాగ్రే శఙ్కరం విద్యాత్ త్రయో దేవాః కుశే స్మృతాః | విప్రా మన్త్రాః కుశా వహ్నిస్తులసీ చ ఖగేశ్వర ||

నైతె నిర్మాల్యతాం యాన్తి క్రియమాణాః పునఃపునః | తులసీ బ్రాహ్మణా గావో విష్ణురేకాదశి ఖగ ||

పఞ్చ ప్రవహణాన్యేవ భవాబ్ధౌ మజ్జతాం నృణామ్ | విష్ణురేకాదశీ గీతా తులసీ విప్రధేనవః ||

భావము- తిలములు భగవంతుని చిన్మయుడైన నిర్దోషుడు, అనంత గుణపూర్ణుడు అయిన జగత్స్వామి శ్రమరహితుడు అయిన శ్రీ మన్నారయణుని స్వేదము చే సృష్టించబడినది, అటులనే దర్భములు భగవంతుని రోముమలనుండి సృష్టించబడినవి. ఇట్టి దర్భములను శ్రాద్ధవిధిలో మంత్ర సహితంగా ఉపయోగించినచో సమగ్ర సజ్జన సముదాయము, సమస్త విశ్వము, పితృదేవతలు, దేవతోత్తములు తృప్తి చెందురు. అపసవ్యమును ఒనర్చినచో ఉపజీవించురు సంతోషించుదురు, సంతృప్తి చెందురు. కావున మనము శ్రాద్ధము చేయు సందర్భములో మంత్ర మంత్రానికి అపసవ్యము ఒనర్చుదము.

దర్భముయొక్క మూలభాగమున చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మదేవుడు, మధ్యభాగములో శ్రీ మన్నారాయణుడు, అగ్రభాగమున రుద్రదేవుడు సన్నిహితులై ఉండురు. త్రిమూర్తుల సన్నిధానముతో పవిత్రమైన దర్భము ఉన్నచోట పిశాచముల, దుష్టశక్తుల పీడ ఉండదు. కావున దర్భములు ఉన్నచోట శుభములు కలుగును.

బ్రాహ్మణులు, మన్త్రములు, దర్భములు, అగ్ని, తుళసీ వీటికి మైలము, అశుద్ధి మొదలగు దోషములు లేవు.
అలాగే తుళసి, బ్రాహ్మణులు, గోవులు, శ్రీ మహావిష్ణువు, ఎకాదశి నిర్జల ఉపవాసము ఇవి అయిదు భవసాగరములో మునిగి నశించు మానవమాత్రులకు, ఒక పడవవలె ఆశ్రయము ఇచ్చి భవసాగరమును దాటించును.
శ్రీ మహావిష్ణువు, ఎకాదశి ఉపవాసము, భగవద్గీతా, తుళసి, బ్రాహ్మణులు, గోమాతలు ఈఆరు మోక్షమును ప్రసాదించును.
అసారమైన , అశుద్ధమైన ఈ సంసారములో అత్యంత పవిత్రమైనవి తిలములు, దర్భములు మరియు తుళసి. మనకు సంభవించు దుర్గతునుండి రక్షించును.

today sri yadpati acharya's punya dina, yadpati acharya(yaadavaaryaru) is a greatest scholar of india, a very much noted tippanikaara. he is shishya of vedesh tirtharu, whose moola brindavana is in manur. वेदेश मुनिन सत्पादसेवा संप्राप्त वैभवान् । यादवार्यान् वरसुधा टीकाकारान् वयं नुमः ।। a great bhakta of sri hari, nowadays also many peethadhipatis of sri madhwa sampradaya follow his commentary. sri yadupati acharyaru has written commentary of sri mad bhagavata, sri man nyaya sudha and many more granthas. A heart watering incident was happened in his life, there are many such events in his great story, but i am presenting only one here. Yaadavaarya a great devotee of Sri hari, was a rich person, but he left all his earnings with detachment, there were many disciples who studied in his guidance, yadrichha laabha samtrupti was his life time principle (he never tried or wasted his time in earning wordly things) what ever reaches him with God's grace with out asking any body he used to settle down with that thing for the whole day. once fora few days nothing was available for the feed of his shishyas, not even a single grain of rice, yadupati acharyas wife a saadhvi shiromani told the same and felt very depressed for the situation of all the shishyas who were with empty stomachs for few days, at this point of life yadupati acharya felt that " the God has neglected me, the geeta verse अनन्याश्चिन्तयन्तो मां ये जनाः पर्युपासते। तेषां नित्याभियुक्तानां योगक्षेमं वहाम्यहं ।। this verse says that the devotee who had himself deeply devoted to the God need not to worry for anything because their yoga (fulfilling of any deficit ) kshemam (safeguarding the acquired things) is my responsibility, hence my bhaktas won't need to worry. but in my case this is not proved hence may be this verse of geeta is not of the Lord Krishna" he thought this and underlined the same with red ink. meanwhile their at the yadupati acharyas abode a handsome prince approached yaadavaaryas wife with a wounded tongue, and many riches and told that "oh mother! your husband has wounded my tongue, for the delay in approaching you with this riches, i apologize" he told this and went away. when yadupati acharya reached back home he was surprised in seeing all the riches, and asked from where these have come to us, for this question his wife was surprised too and told what had happened in his absence and felt sorry for the wound her husband had done to the prince. yadupati acharya's heart was full of joy and at the same time full of remorsation (pachattapamu). the prince was Lord Krishna himself, this was known by sri yadupati acharya, and with this incident he never ever felt sorry for the ups and downs of life. such a great person should be a role model for all of us.

APPEAL

As all of you know that the vast and rich culture of our india is safely stored in our epics like Mahabharata, bhagavata, ramayan etc., in other words we can say that the our real Indian history is in our epics, unless and until we don’t know them we can’t try or fight for its safe existence.

We observe that the other cultures which preach demonical selfishness, which doesn’t agree other communities as Humans and from centuries are trying to demolish our Indian culture, our Indian culture which preaches unity in diversity, harmony with all Humans and also plants and animals which those who are not against the human laws (universal laws, which are told fully in our historical cultural epics).

Such a great history of our India is stored in our epics, and unless and until we doesn’t know our true history through our epics we will be insufficient in all means and ways to safeguard the same, hence I had tried in this point of view to make every human to get acquainted with our culture know it and try to apply it.

Nowadays it is not possible for every kit and kin to know our vast history, hence internet is the only fast source of attaining the above goal by get in touch with the websites designed for the purpose, in near future I am launching a website which contains all the upanyasams on different subjects with the address ‘narasimhacharyasulibhavi.org’.

For such good projects we need sufficient infrastructure like a good configured computer, along with the regular charges for the maintenance of the website.

Here I am putting some details of the budget which we have to invest in the above infrastructure.

1) A desktop computer with configuration 8gb ram and 1tb hard disk, 1gb graphical card approx. 25000Rs

2) Annual charges of putting the website on internet – 6000Rs per annum

3) I had designed a power point presentation which give a authorised negative shade of western culture. For such presentations to reach common public even in villages we need a projector along with screen approx. 25000Rs

శ్రీ త్యాగరాజులవారు ఉపాసన చేసినది ఉపదేశము చేసినది ద్వైతమే !

సామాన్యంగా శ్రీ త్యాగరాజులవారి కీర్తనలలో మనము జాగ్రత్తగా గమనించగా మనకు తెలిసే తత్వము వారి కీర్తనలలోనే స్పష్టంగా అర్ధమవుతుంది.

ఇక్కడ వారి కీర్తనలలో రెండు ప్రస్తావించబడినవి.

౧) సీతమ్మ మా యమ్మ శ్రీ రాముడు మాకు తండ్రి వాతాత్మజ సౌమిత్రి వైనతేయ రిపుమర్దన ధాత భరతాదులు సోదరులు మాకు ఓ మనస.

పరమేష వశిష్ఠ పరాషర నారద శౌనక శుక సురపతి గౌతమ లంబోదర గుహ సనకాదులు ధర నిజ భాగవతాగ్రేసరు లెవరో వారెల్లరు వర త్యాగరాజునకు పరమ భాంధవులు మనస ….

ఈ కీర్తనలలో జగజ్జనని జనకులు సీతా రాములు (లక్ష్మీ నారాయణులు ) , వాతాత్మజ (హనుమంతుడు) సౌమిత్రి లక్ష్మణుడు , పరమేష (శివుడు), లంబోదరుడు (వినాయకుడు), పరాశర ముని, మొదలైన పరమ భాగవతులు నాకు బంధువులు అని ఈ కీర్తనలలో స్పష్టంగా చెప్పబడినది. ద్వైత సిద్ధాంతము కూడా ఇదే తత్వాన్ని ఉపదేషిస్తుంది ,

“అతి మత తమో గిరి సమితి విభేదన పితామహ భూతిద గుణగణ నిలయ ।

శుభ తమ కథాశయ పరమ సదోదిత జగదేక కారణ రామ రమారమణ” రమా రమణుడివైన ఓ రామ నీవే ఈ జతత్తుకు తండ్రివి జగత్తుకి మాత్ర ( మాతా) అయిన రమాదేవి (సీతా అమ్మవారు తల్లి) అని “హరి రేవ జగత్ పితృ మాతృ గతిః” ఇవే మొదలైన ఎన్నో శ్లోకాలలో మనకు ద్వైత సిద్ధాంత స్థాపకులైన శ్రీ మన్ మధ్వాచర్యుల వారు తెలిపారు.

౨) ద్వైతము సుఖమా అద్వైతము సుఖమా । చైతన్యమా విను సర్వ సాక్షివై సారము గాను దెల్పుము నాతో ।।

ఈ కీర్తనలలో త్యాగరాజువారు “ద్వైతము సుఖమా అద్వైతము సుఖమా”సందేహము తీర్చు అని ప్రార్థించి ఇదే కీర్తనలలోనే ఉపసంహారములో

“గగన పవన తపన భువనాద్యవనిలో నగధరాజు శివేంద్రాది సురలలో . భగవద్భక్త వరాగ్రే సరులలో బాగ రమించే త్యాగరాజార్చిత “

గగన (ఆకాశము) మొదలగు తత్వాభిమాని దేవతలలో, శివ ఇంద్ర మొదలగు భగవదేభక్తా గ్రేసరులలో రమించే వాడు (రమణ ము చేసేవాడు) అని చేప్పడముతో మనకు స్పష్టంగా తెలిసే తత్వము భగవంతుడు సమగ్ర చేతన అచేతన ప్రంపంచము అంతర్యామిగా ఉంటు రమిస్తాడు అంటే ఆనందగా ఉంటాడు అనగా దుఃఖభూయిష్టమైన చేతనాచేతన ప్రపంచము అంతర్యామిగా ఉన్నను భగవంతుడు శ్రీ రామునికి (నారాయణునికి) దుఃఖము లేదు అని చెప్పారు అంటే దుఃఖించే ప్రపంచము , అంతర్యామిగా ఉన్నా దుఃఖము లేని భగవంతుడికి భేదము ఉంది అంటే ద్వైధి భావము ద్వైతము ఉంది అని అర్థము. ఇదే మాటని ద్వైత సిద్ధాంత స్థాపకులైన శ్రీ మన్ మధ్వాచర్యుల వారు బ్రహ్మసూత్రభాష్యములో

“ అంతః స్థిత్వా రమణకృద్ అంతరః స ఉదాహృతః“ “ ఆత్మా అంతరాత్మ ఇతి హరి రేకః“అంటే సమస్త సమగ్ర చేతన అచేతన ప్రంపంచము అంతర్యామిగా ఉంటు రమిస్తాడు అంటే ఆనందగా ఉంటాడు. అని అర్ధమవుతుంది.

దీనితో మనకు తెలిసేది ఏమనగా శ్రీ త్యారాజులవారు వారి కీర్తనలలో ఉపాసన చేసినది ఉపదేశము చేసినది ద్వైతమే !

what is an idol?

A) idol is a person or material which have a divya vibhuti rupamu sannidhanam of the all-mighty lord narayana. in the world in every where the lord is there but in few things only the lord had kept a vibhuti rupam.

the idols are two types 1) chetana 2) achetana

1) chetana- a scholar or a person who is having perfect divine knowledge of the all-mighty, in other words jnanis are the chetana vigrahamlu of the all-mighty. in this type of chetana vigraha the all-mighty's sannidhana is always present (nitya sannidhana) from goddess laksmi,brahma, rudra, indra and all the jnanis rushi munulu, divine trees, cows come under this category of chetana vigraha.

2) Achetana vigraha is of two type, 1) sahaja 2) aahita

1. sahaja achetana pratima of lord narayana are the 24 tatvas, pachabhutamulu, brahamdam, rivers, oceans, grahas, nakshatras, saligraamas, parvatas, sarovaras,pshkarinis etc., in these sahaja achetana pratima there is no need of ahwana vidhi, (natural pratimas of lord narayana)

2.) aahita achetana pratima are those in which we do ahwanam or vigraha pratisthapanam accordingly as told in vedas, here if we won't maintain shuddhi the sannidhana of the deity will be lost.

so when u understand this fact it comes to a conclusion that vigraha aaradhana in not a mean thing, it is a shastra sammata worship.

so all the shaastra aadhaaramulu prove that there is only one guna poorna brahma that is sri man narayana, there is no other brahma which u referred as nirguna brahma, or the light like thing, what ever we say or do upasanam it should be accepted by shastra, what we think or do is not important, what the moola shastra or scriptures say or prove is most important. such a thing is to be followed.

shastra (ITAREYA UPANISHAT AND OTHER PRAMANAMULU) says that nirguna brahma upasana will bring anartha also,

ANJANEYA,PRAHLAD, DHRUVA AND MANY OTHER BHAKTAS LIKE NAARADA MAHARSHI ALSO HAD SEEN AND EXPERIENCED THE ANANTA GUNA PARIPOORNA BRAHMA SWAROOPA, NOT NIRGUNA BRAHMA SWAROOPA. SO, THEY ARE THE REAL GUIDERS IN ADHYATMIKA MAARGAMU. they have seen saakara brahma with hands, legs and all other senses and rupamu.

veda and all other shastra can't explain parbrahma completely, this does'nt mean that the vedas and other scriptures explain nothing about parabrahma, they do explain some of the qualities of parabrahma, if they nothing explain about parabrahma then they will be use less. in brief vedas, puranas and all scriptures do explain many things related to parabrahma but completely in whole some they can't explain everything of parabrahma. this is the meaning of the vedic verse

what is known as self realization, does it mean becoming brahma or reaching the parabrahmas abode called vaikuntha lokam,firstly who is not brahma now that is jiva will never become brahma (lord lakshmipati narayana) secondly as told by krishna

reaching the permanent abode of lord krishna or narayana means reaching the moksha loka this is what means self realization (మన స్వరూపానికి సంబంధించిన ఆనందాన్ని మోక్షలోకములో పొందడము భగవంతుని పాదాలు చేరడము) this is known as salvation, many jivas who had already attained salvation మోక్షము పొందిన జీవులను స్వయంముగా చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మ దేవుడు . నారద మహర్శి చూసిన ఉల్లేఖము భాగవతాది శాస్త్రాలలో మనకు దొరుకుతుంది.

jivas who attained salvation never return back from vaikuntha lokam, in vaikuntha lokamu they have infinite anandamu, solace, sukha bhogamulu, what ever they want it will be readily reach them, the mukta jivas do have senses, legs, hands overall (ఆప్రాకృత శరీరము), 2nd skanda bhagavata expalins the same about mukta jivulu, explains about them having a beautiful శరీరము ( శ్యామావదాతా శతపత్ర లోచనాః) means neel megha shyama varnam , eyes as the lotus patramulu etc.,, but not exactly as lord narayana, the mukta jivas do have the apraakruta shariramu which look alike of lord narayanas rupam, but not exactly as of lord narayanas or goddess lakshmi maata. this fact is clearly explained in garda puranam brahma kaandamu also.

what do yo mean by the question not arising of rama krishna, shabhu etc., does it mean there is no discrimination between the gods, or the deities referred above does'nt exist, or we don't need to worship them?

firstly the above referred deities are different by each other, means the existence of the above referred gods is a proven fact in all the puranams and veda shastras, that too there is a taratamya (discrimination) stated as lord narayana is the father, goddess lakshmi is our mother, brahma and mukhya vayu deva are our brothers, saraswati and bharati devi are our (jiva's) sister-in-laws, shiva and other devatas are our relations(bandhvulu), this is expalined in tyagarajugari song

సర్వరక్షకుడైన భగవంతుడికి సెక్యురిటి సిస్టమ్ ఎందుకు, తనను తనే రక్షించుకోలేని వాడు మనలని ఏమి రక్షిస్తాడు ? అని కొంతమంది అజ్ఞానులు వితండవాదము చేస్తారు, ఇటువంటి నిరర్ధకమైన వితండాలకి భగవద్గీత మరియు భాగవతము సమాధానము చెబుతుంది.

“నిమిత్తమాత్రం భవ సవ్యసాచిన్” అని అర్జునుడికి ఆదేశిస్తూ భీష్మాదుల సంహారాన్ని నేను విశ్వరూపాన్ని చూపించే సందర్భములో నీవుచూసావు ఇప్పుడు అదే భీష్మాదులను కించిత్ బలశేషముతో నీ ముందు నిలబెట్టాను వారిని నామమాత్రానికి సంహరించి కీర్తిని నీవు పొందు, అని భీష్మాదులను సంహరించే సందర్భానికి అర్జునుడిని ఎలాగైతే నిమిత్తమాత్రం చేసాడో అదే క్రమములో పాండవపక్షీయులను రక్షించడానికి అదే అర్జునాదులను నిమిత్తమాత్రం చేసాడు. దీనితో మనకు తెలిసే విషయము ఏమనగా దేవదేవునికి ఒకరిని రక్షించాలన్న లేదా శిక్షించాలన్న వేరొకరి అవసరము లేకపోయినా వేరొకరికి కీర్తి రావడానికి లేదా మరొక ఉద్దేశముతో భగవంతుడు ఇతరులను నిమిత్తమాత్రం చేస్తాడు. అది సర్వతంత్ర స్వతంత్రుడైన భగవంతుడి సంకల్పము ఆ సంకాల్పాన్ని ఎందిరించే హక్కు , తిరస్కరించే హక్కు మరొకరికి లేదు. భక్తితో తెలుసుకోడానికి ప్రయత్నము మాత్రము మనము చేయగలము.
భగవంతుడు అన్నివేళల నేరుగా ప్రత్యక్షంగా వచ్చి రక్షించడు, ఒక వ్యక్తిని లేదా వస్తువుని రక్షించడానికి మరొక వ్యక్తిని లేదా వస్తువుని నిమిత్తము చేస్తాడు. ఈ సత్యాన్ని మనము ప్రతినిత్యము నిదర్శనాలతో మనము చూస్తూంటాము. వసిపాపలని రక్షించడానికి కన్న తల్లిదండ్రులను నిమిత్తము చేస్తాడు, దూడని రక్షించడానికి ఆవుని నిమిత్తము చేస్తాడు, ఆవుని రక్షించడానికి గోపాలుని నిమిత్తము చేస్తే సజ్జనులను భగవత్భక్తులను రక్షించడానికి గురువులను నిమిత్తము చేస్తాడు.

స్వయమేవాఖిల జగద్రక్షాద్యమిత శక్తిమాన్ ।

అప్యచ్యుతో గురుద్వారా ప్రసాద కృదహంత్వితి ।।

ద్వైత సిద్ధాంత స్ధాపకులు శ్రీ మన్ మధ్వాచార్యులు వారు ఈ పురాణ వచనముతో మనకు తెలియజేస్తారు .

జగత్తును రక్షించడానికి దేవతలను నిమిత్తము చేస్తాడు, అందరిలోను అన్నివస్తువులలోను స్వయంగా దేవదేవుడు శ్రీనివాసుడు ఉంటు రక్షిస్తూంటాడు అను సత్యము అష్టమస్కంధ భాగవతములో సముద్రమథన ఘట్టములో జగద్విదితమైన ప్రత్యక్ష నిదర్శనము నిరూపిస్తుంది.

దేవదేవుడు శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామికి తన రక్షణ కొరకు ఇతరుల అవసరము లేకపోయినా సెక్యురిటి సిస్టమ్, సెక్యురిటి భటులను నిమిత్తమాత్రం చేస్తాడు. కావున వ్యర్ధమైన వితండాలకి లొంగక శుద్ధమైన భక్తితో భగవంతుడిని సేవించి మన అల్ప ఆయుష్యును సార్ధకము చేసుకోగలరని ఆశిస్తున్నాను.

రెండవ విషయము అనవసరమైనా అక్షేపించినది ఉపేక్షించకూడదు అనే అభిప్రాయముతో సమాధానాన్ని చెబుతున్నాను, ఏమిటంటే రావు పోల్చిన ప్రకారంగా చూసిన ఆ ఉదహరణయే తప్పు, టాయిలట్ లో వేసిన నీరు సగం మిగులుతుంది అది ఒక సిస్టమ్, అదే సిస్టమ్ స్వామివారి సన్నిధిలో ఉంది అని చెప్పాడు కాని అలోచించి చూస్తే టాయిలట్ లో ఎంత నీళ్ళు వేస్తె అంత నీళ్ళలో సగము మిగులుతుంది అనడమే తప్పు, వేసిన నీళ్ళలో కొద్దిగా మిగులుతుంది కాని సరిగ్గా సగము మిగలదు, అంతేకాక ఏవైనా గట్టిపదార్థాలు వేస్తె అది అందులోనె మిగులుతుంది కాని మంగళగిరి నరసింహస్వామివారి నోటిలో పటికబెల్లము లేదా బెల్లము వేసినా అది సరిగ్గా సగభాగము స్వీకరించి సగము మనకు ప్రసాదంగా ఇస్తారు, ఇది మనము తెలుసుకోవలసిన తేడా.

మూడవ విషయము ఏమనగా సాటి భారతీయుల తోటి మనుషుల మనోభావాన్ని లెఖ్కచేయక దెబ్బతీసి కృంగతీసిన రావులాంటివాళ్ళను, వాళ్ళకు అవకాశము ఇచ్చిన టివి చేనల్ వారిని ఇటువంటి దురాలోచనలు రాకుండా ఇటువంటి దుష్పచారాలు చేయకుండా కోర్టువారు కఠినంగా దండించి, సజ్జన సముదాయమును న్యాయదేవతను సంతోషపరచవలసినదిగా ప్రార్ధన.

నాలుగవ విషయము రావుగారు మరియు ఇటువంటి నాస్తిక భావనలను ప్రచారము చేసేవాళ్ళు తెలుసుకొని తమ ఆలోచనలను సరిదిద్దుకోవాలి, సమగ్రమైన సిద్ధాంతాలు , వివిధమైన సంస్కృతి సంప్రదాయమువాళ్ళు ఏకగ్రీవంగా ఒప్పుకొని, నమ్మి నడుచుకునేది, ఆరాధించేది భగవంతుడిని. ఇటువంటి సర్వసమ్మతుడైన భగవంతుడు సృష్టించిన జగత్తులో ఉంటు ఆ దైవాన్నే తిరస్కరించడము అవమానించడము కన్నా గొప్పఅపరాధము ద్రోహము మరొకటి లేదు. దైవాన్ని నమ్మకుండా లజ్జారహితులై సిగ్గులేకుండా ఆ దైవము సృష్టించిన జగత్తులో ఎలాఉంటున్నారు? “ తిన్న ఇంటి వాసాలు లేక్క పెట్టడమంటే ఇదే”.

చివరిగా మన భారతీయ సంస్కృతిని (సనాతన హిందుధర్మాన్ని) తిరస్కరించడమే ఒక పనిగా పెట్టుకుని ఉన్నవాళ్ళే ఎక్కువ. అన్య ధర్మాలవాళ్ళని తిరస్కరించడము అంటే భయపడతారు. ఈ వైషమ్యము ఎందుకు. ఒక రకంగా మన చేతకాని తనము అని చెప్పవచ్చు. ఈ చేతకానితనమే పోవాలి, చేతనైతే ఇటువంటి ధర్మ విరుద్ధమైన దురాలోచనలు ఖండించాలి లేదా కనీసపక్షము ఇటువంటి మూర్ఖులు, ఇలాంటి ధర్మ విరుద్ధమైన విషయాలని తమ స్వార్ధముకోసము వాడే చ్యానల్ వాళ్ళని సర్వనాశనము చెయ్యి స్వామి అని మంగళగిరి నరసింహస్వామివారిని, మనము నిత్యము ఆరాధించే ఇష్టదైవాన్ని , దేవతలని ప్రార్థించాలి. కనీసము ఇదైన మనము చేయవచ్చుకదా!

“యద్ భావం తద్ భవతి” అని చెప్పినప్రకారంగా పరమాత్ముడిని ఏ భావనతో మనము తెలుసుకుంటామో అవే పరిస్థితులు మనకు వాటిల్లుతాయి ఇలా ఉన్నప్పుడు భగవంతుడి విషయములో జుగుప్సాకరంగా మన భావన ఉంటే అదే జుగుప్సితమైన టాయిలట్ గతి కలుగుతుంది కాబట్టి భగవంతుడి యందు మన భావన పవిత్రంగా ఉంటే మనము పవిత్రులమవుతాము.

శివకేశవులకు భేదమా అభేదమా?

చాగంటి కోటేశ్వరరావు మొదలైన ఉపన్యాసకులు శివకేశవులకు అభేదము అని సామాన్యంగా అన్ని ఉపన్యసాలలో చెబుతు ఉంటారు, కాని సమగ్రమైన శాస్త్రాలకు మరియు పురాణాలకు, వేదాలకు సమ్మతమైన తత్వం కాదు.

శివకేశవులకు అభేదము లేదు భేదమే ఉంది అను విశయాన్ని సమర్ధిస్తు ఇచట కొన్ని ఆధారాలను, ప్రమాణాలను ప్రస్తావిస్తున్నాను.

అంభ్రణి సూక్తము---: “అహం రుద్రాయ ధనురాతనొమి బ్ర్మద్విషే శరవే హంతవావు” అను మంత్రాన్ని చెబుతు చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మ దేవుడు మరియు రుద్రదేవుడు(శివుడు) వీరిని వేరుగా ప్రస్తావించి ప్రసంగానికి అనుకూలంగా “మమ యోనిరప్స్వా అంతః సముద్రే” అను వేదమంత్రములో నాకు కారణమైనవాడు స్వామి నారాయణుడు అని సాక్షాత్ లక్ష్మీదేవి శివకేశవులకు భేదాన్ని తెలిపింది. ఇలాగే యన్నొ వేదమంత్రములు శివకేశవులకు అభేదాన్ని సమర్థిస్తున్నాయి. “ఏకో నారాయణ ఆసీత్ న బ్రహ్మ న చ శంకరః” అను వేదమంత్రము స్పష్చంగా శివకేశవులకు మరియు బ్రహ్మదేవుడికి భేదము చెబుతున్నాయి.
భాగవత పురాణమే మొదలగు ఇతిహాస పురాణములను చూస్తే అవికూడా శివకేశవులకు భేదమును సమర్థిస్తున్నాయి. చతుర్థస్కంద భాగవతములో స్వయంగా శివుడే తను శ్రీమన్నారాయణుని మనుమడిని భక్తుడిని అని సమర్థిచుకున్నారు (అథ భాగవతాః యూయం ప్రియాః స్థ భగవాన్ యథా। న మే భాగవతానాం చ ప్రేయానన్యోఁస్తి కర్హిచిత్ ।।) అని చెప్పే సందర్భములో.
భగవద్గీతలో శ్రీకృష్ణుడు ఏకాదశ అధ్యాయములో విశ్వరూపాన్ని చూపించిన సందర్భములో అర్జునుడు మరియు సమస్త దేవతాసముదాయము, ఋషిసముదాయము కూడా శివకేశవులకు స్పష్టంగా భేదాన్నె ప్రత్యక్షంగా చూసారు అర్జున ఉవాచ_ పశ్యామి దేవాంస్తవ దేవ దేహే సర్వాంస్తథా భూతవిశేష సఙ్ఘాన । బ్రహ్మాణం ఈశం కమలాసనస్థం ఋషీంశ్చ సర్వానురగాంశ్చ దివ్యాన్ ।। ఈ శ్లోకములో అర్జునుడు బ్రహ్మ రుద్రాది సమస్త ప్రపంచాన్ని భగవంతుడికి భిన్నంగానే చూసాడు.
త్యాగరాజు వారి కీర్తనలలో పార్వతి మాతను స్తోత్రము చేస్తు శ్రీహరికి సోదరి అని పార్వతిమాతను స్తుతించారు, ఒకవేళ శివకేశవులకు అభేదమైతే పార్వతిమాత శ్రీహరి సోదరి ఎలా అవుతుంది “అంబ నిను నమ్మితి ” అను కీర్తనలో స్పష్టంగా “శంబరవైరి జనక సోదరి” అని స్తుతించారు, వివరణ_ శంబరవైరి అంటె ప్రద్యుమ్నుడు శంబరాసురుని సంహరించింది ప్రద్యుమ్నుడు అను మాట భాగవత ప్రసిద్ధం, శంబరవైరి జనకుడు అంటే ప్రద్యుమ్నుడి జనకుడు శ్రీకృష్ణుడు కావున పార్వతిమాత శ్రీహరి సోదరి అయినప్పుడు శివకేశవులు ఒకరే ఎలాఅవుతారు, ఇవే మొదలైన ఎన్నో ఆధారాలు ప్రమాణాలను చూసి శివకేశవులకు స్పష్టంగా భేదమే ఉంది , ఇద్దరు ఒకరు ముమ్మాటికి కారు.

A) jnanis or scholars in the godly knowledge cleans us effectively than the divine river Ganga, but how is it possible? Divine Ganga carries the paada dhooli of sri man narayana or ganga flows from the foot of lord narayana hence she drives away our sins but jnanis without any connectivity with the foot of lord sri hari , how can they purify us or destroy our sins, for this question Sri Bhagavata gives the answer as follows, as Divine Ganga is connected with the foot of Lord Sri hari in the same way Jnanis or scholars in divine knowledge are also connected with the foot of sri hari but the difference in between the two sin purifier sources is just one thing ganga flows from the foot of sri hari but jnanis carry the foot of sri hari in their hearts all the time hence they the jnanis purify us immediately with their upadesha but Ganga purifies us when we serve her for a long time and that too by making us close to the jnanis. So, its better we serve Jnanis who with their knowledge immediately purifies us. यत्पादसंश्रयाः सूत मुनयः प्रशमायनाः।

1)Q) What is the concept of naama smarana?

A) In kaliyuga the naamasmarana of sri naarayana is alone enough to achieve Saalvation, but Sri Bhagavata seems to gives a counter statement as such, unwillingly or involuntarily if we recite the All-Mighty's divine names, such a recitation or naamasmarana will bring salvation to us.

आपन्नः संस्मृतीं घोरां यन्नाम विवशो गृणन् ।

ततः सद्यो विमुच्येत यं बिभेति स्वयं भवः ।। (भागवतम्)

the above sloka seems to explain that a person who is blocked in the world which is full of sorrow and distress can free himself by reciting unvoluntarily the All-Mighty's name. But we should think that the above explanation really suits Bhagavata dharma, which says without bhakti the God will not please.

Then what is the inner meaning of the above sloka, for the answer we have to refer Sri Bhagavata tatparya of Sri Madhwacharya.

1st step- Madhwacharya explains the above sloka as follows, the naama smarana which is a great penance in kaliyuga is a process of 3 step practice, first is “kaayika abhyasa” means the physical practice of reciting the All-Mighty's divine names which is acquired by vishnu and vaishnava seva (guru shushrusha), physical service to the Guru or master or guide to philosophical thoughts.

2-step- After attaining success in the first step, we the saadhakas will be promoted to second step which is “vaachika abhyaasa” this have a process of vocal practice of the All-Mighty's divine names which is acquired by regular listening to the upadesha of the Guru (paatha-pravachana) regular listening and reading the philosophical discourses or teachings of the Master.

3-step- After attaining success in the second step, the saadhaka will be promoted to the third step which is “maanasika abhyaasa” which is a continous smarana of the All-Mighty's divine name with the background of acquired knoweldge through guru seva, arthaanusandhaana poorvaka hari naamasmarana. The recitation of the All-Mighty's divine name with the knowledge of inner meaning this leads to vivashatva (विवशत्व) means the total detachment of the senses with the outer materialistic world. Without any control of the outer senses on our mind and thoughts.

The regular naamasmarana which is the esteemed source of salvation includes the above three step, there is no other go other than the above 3 step naamasmarana -madhwacharya.

मानसाद्विवशान्मुच्येन्नान्यथा मुक्तिरिष्यत ।।
