אני רוצה לפתוח בהקדמה כדי להסביר מה קרה בעולם שבכלל נוצר לו מצב בעייתי בשיטת החינוך והלמידה. כיצד הגענו למצב שבו צריך לשנות משהו בכלל.&lt;/div&gt;

בתי הספר נוצרו בשביל להכשיר את הדור הבא לחיים האמיתיים. משימה שהיום אנחנו מתחילים​ להבין שנכשלנו בה. בוגר בית ספר תיכון או אפילו תואר ראשון ושני במסגרת אקדמית, עדיין צריך לעשות השלמות כשיגיע לעבוד במקום העבודה הראשון שלו. משהו במערכת הלמידה שבנינו לא מצליח להכין אותנו כמו שצריך לחיים.&lt;br /&gt;
זה מתחיל מדברים פשוטים כמו: בירוקרטיה של החיים האמיתיים (בנקים, דירה, עצמאות כלכלית, מוסדות ממשלתיים וכו), וכלה בכיצד אני יכול להגשים עצמי כאדם ולהיות מאושר - משהו שכולנו צמאים לו בתחילת חיינו ומתישהו רובנו הגדול מוותר על הרצון הזה בגלל אי אילו סיבות.&lt;/div&gt;

לידיעתכם המצב לא שונה במדינות אחרות ברוב העולם. למרות כל מה שתשמעו על רוב מדינות העולם, מערכות החינוך כולן נתקלות בבעיות דומות. יש שוני, יתרונות וחסרונות, אבל הבעיה זהה. &lt;/div&gt;

ניתן לומר היום דבר נוסף. אין קשר סיבתי בין רמת החינוך של אדם ומספר שנות הלימוד שלו&amp;nbsp;למידת האושר והסיפוק שלו מאיכות חייו. אני חושב שכולכם מרגישים בזה. אתם יודעים​ שיש אנשים שלא היו טובים בבית הספר והצליחו מאד בחיים האלה (אפילו אלברט איינשטיין היה אחד שהמורים אמרו עליו שלא יצא ממנו כלום). ואיינשטיין הוא לא הדוגמא היחידה.&amp;nbsp; מצד שני, יש תלמידים מצוינים רבים שההצלחה לא הגיעה אליהם. ואני מדבר בלשון המעטה. &lt;br /&gt;

I hate wasting my time. Walking the dog takes huge amount of time during my day, even though I like her much :)&lt;/div&gt;

So I have decided to start recording podcasts during my dog walks, and talk about the things that I am usually asked about.&lt;/div&gt;

My name is shachar oz , and I am an experience designer for learning. By day I work for Intel, as a producer and ux specializing in emergent technologies and gaming. By night I work on Ed tech innovation, meaningful learning activities, educational games and programs, under an independent business called FLUX, which was founded together with my wife and partner, Liron Levi, who is a life coach and educator.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

We enjoy working with teachers, students and parents, in any age and for any purpose or content. But mostly we push ourselves and people around us to take responsibility for the values we plant in our next generation.&lt;/div&gt;

We evangelize personalized, gamified, project-based, problem-based, adventure-based, meaningful learning processes. We have discovered a theory that keeps working like a charm.&lt;/div&gt;
