										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As the UK&#8217;s <a href="http://www.hefce.ac.uk/Learning/TInits/cetl/">CETL programme</a> is drawing to a close, I thought it&#8217;d be interesting to talk to someone on the inside of this about what it&#8217;s been like for them. Lynn Clouder is the director of <a href="http://www.cipel.ac.uk/">CIPeL</a>, the Centre for Inter-Professional e-Learning, a CETL involving Coventry and Sheffield Hallam, and she&#8217;s agreed to talk about her experiences of this initiative.</p>
