Tannery sludge not to blame in National Beef lawsuit

Following a press conference held in Kansas City on July 1, Missouri health and environment officials say sludge from the National Beef Tanning (formerly Prime Tanning) tannery located in St Joseph, Missouri, is probably not the cause of brain tumors in the Cameron area.
