How to fix: Error in SharePoint 2010 when custom master page is applied

Warning: The selected master page has no approved version. This site may appear to be broken to users without the view versions right in the Master Page Gallery.

How to solve this issue?

On your Sharepoint Designer, Go to Home > and under Site Object click All Files > then Masterpage and please locate your master page that you need to approved and right click the file and choose Check In.

And the pop-up message will appear and choose Publish a major version > Click OK.

Another message will appear:

“This document requires content approval. Do you want to view or modify its approval status?” and click Yes.

Then you will redirect to your site which you can now modify your approval status of your master page. Then you will see the three Status: Draft, Pending and Approved.

On Pending, right click your master page then choose “Approve/Reject” then another pop-up page will appear and choose “Approved” then Ok.

Now your Custom Master page is now officially Approved!. Hope my post will helped you! Thanks!!

All the gamer of World of Warcraft with owned a iPhone or iPad will surely excite in this news, after I read the full article posted in eurogamer that Senior WoW producer John Lagrave talked to Eurogamer at Blizzard HQ about the plan of adapting the game in mobile devices , but Lagrave admitted that implementing the game in mobile device is a very difficult feat.

“It’s hard! This is hard!” Lagrave said, taking out something – an iPhone – from his pocket.

“Here’s your platform, you’ve got to put an interface, what do you do? So yes we have [looked into mobile] and we always are. Maybe we’ll stumble on the great way to put WOW on the phone – maybe we won’t, but we’re certainly looking into it.”

“We won’t do it until we think it’s decent. But it’s interesting and the world is evolving towards that little handheld device – I’d have fun on it, that’s absolutely the case. It would be foolish for any game developer to not be looking at that and we’re not – we don’t think- we’re foolish!”

“So we certainly look at that, but we just haven’t solved it. What we’ve done with WOW on mobile devices is very simplistic: view the armoury, you check your auctions – not just on mobile but also on web.”

“When we have an epiphany, everyone will know,” he added. “But for now, no epiphany!”

Blizzard are putting their best effort to accomplish the plan , if this idea will made in the near future do you think it is the start of falling of all PC games?, Would Blizzard attract more gamers?
