Free "focus group" comments at topix.com

Attorneys must understand and anticipate the
many ways jurors will think about their cases, which is why
focus group research is so important. There are many
online news and blog sites that contain readers' comments
on just about every topic imaginable. Although not as
scientific as a well designed focus group tailored for your
case, these posts offer general views that will help you
understand how jurors may view issues in your case. Online
comments also serve as a good starting point before
designing formal pre-trial research or as a substitute for
research in your lower value cases. You can also subscribe
to local news and readers' comments from specific geographic
areas, which is helpful if you try cases in unfamiliar venues.
You will learn about issues important to that community and
how locals talk about things.
