As it was revealed at E3 of last year, Kid Icarus: Uprising will use the Augmented Reality (AR) cards in a variety of ways when the game is released.

It has now been announced that Kid Icarus Uprising will launch with 6 AR cards included. These AR cards, when placed next to one another and viewed through the 3DS camera, will cause characters from the game to engage in a fight with one another.

Pretty nifty if you ask me!

Club Nintendo is really pulling out the stops for the Legend of Zelda series. As originally reported by Link’s Hideaway, there is another new prize available for redemption.

If you have saved up 250 Club Nintendo Coins, then this Zelda themed 3DS case can be yours. As you can see from the image, it has 18 available slots to hold your Nintendo 3DS games in, each with a Zelda icon in the background. The cover I have to admit is rather poorly done, and is not up to the usual standards of quality that is released by Nintendo. However, it is still Zelda themed so I may get anyways.

No denying that's a Zelda symbol

SpiritHoods, an online retailer of themed hoods, is seemingly a Legend of Zelda fan. When browsing their site, you cannot help but notice several instances of what appears to be the Hylian symbol. This symbol, as shown in the picture above, is even placed on their products.

I am not sure if they are trying to make this their logo or official icon, but its use all over the site seems to indicate so. It is featured in their site footer, on their favicon, and as I mentioned on their products.

Perhaps they are not aware that their logo looks exactly like the Hylian symbol. However that would be irrelevant if it would be taken to court.

Ever since Skyward Sword was released news on the Zelda series has been…well dead. We are stuck in that awkward period between Zelda releases and it is likely that there will be no real news until E3 of this year, if even then.

However, there is another great game that is coming out here soon. Resident Evil Revelations is set to be released this coming Tuesday, February 7th. Resident Evil Revelations is coming out on the 3DS and will support the Circle Pad Pro.

Nintendo is doing a lot to make up for their mistakes lately. This time around they are sending out a brand new replacement poster because there was a minor mistake in their Club Nintendo Skyward Sword poster. If you have not noticed, there was a slight error near one the Loft wings. Some people noticed this and complained, promoting Nintendo to issue an apology and a correct version of the poster during the first week of February.

In light of Nintendo’s recent meeting with Shigeru Miyamoto, there were a few details of what can be expected of a Zelda title on the Wii U – Mostly that it won’t just be about advanced graphics, though that will most likely play a larger role in some of the consoles titles, such as The Legend of Zelda.  What are your thoughts on this? let us know in the comments!

Skyward Sword has been out for almost 2 months now and the game is readily available at most major retailers. However what is not widely available is the Skyward Sword Demo Disk. If you have the game then obviously the demo is worthless. However, a hardcore Zelda collector may find this to be a must have.

The demo disk can be found on eBay now and though we cannot offer a walkthrough for the demo, we do have a growing Skyward Sword Walkthrough that you may find helpful.

The latest edition to our Skyward Sword Walkthrough is this video showcasing how to clear Din’s Trial in the Eldin Province Silent Realm. This video will show you how to collect all the Tears of Light and earn another Sacred gift in Skyward Sword.

Our Skyward Sword Walkthrough is still making good progress. As of now we are through the second Sacred Flame and working our way to get the third and final flame. Again, our walkthrough is a video based guide that we host on our Youtube channel. We have been working on reformatting the page here recently to make it easier to navigate.

Finding quality Zelda themed sheet music can be hard. There are only a few websites out there and generally speaking it is not official musical interpretations. However that is about to change as 4 new, officially licensed songbooks have been released by Alfred Music Publishing.

The four titles include 3 Mario themed books and The Legend of Zelda for Piano. All 4 books have 30+ songs which should give all us talented musicians plenty to work with. To sweeten the deal, the Zelda piano book is also available on Apple’s iBookstore.

Each book runs between 17 and 20 dollars.

Dorkly Bits has released an absolutely hilarious parody about Link’s latest partner from Skyward Sword, Fi. For all of you who have played this game, you will know that Fi is the obnoxious robotic humaniod without emotion. She always pops up to give ridiculous probability stats and to point out the blatantly obvious.

This video highlights how irritating Fi can be and nails it right on the head.

We already know that a Zelda 3DS title is in the works, but a recent rumor is suggesting that in fact, there may be 2 Zelda titles being worked on.

This rumor first began on 4chan, so bear in mind it is far from confirmed. However, the image above appeared and seems to hint that the game is similar to the dual release of Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages. The text below each of the logos reads, “Fire Prophecy” and “Ice Prophecy.”

Highly doubtful that any of this is true, and the logo itself looks rather fake. But who knows? What do you think? Could this be for real? Let us know in the comment.s
