It has been announced that LEGO 2K Drive will be shutting down its online servers on May 31, 2027. The last day that you can purchase the game on STEAM, Epic Games, PlayStation, and XBox will be on May 19, 2026 while Nintendo Switch will end on June 5. If you’ve already purchased it before the dates, you will still be able to play it. Once the online servers shut down next year, you can only play Story Mode and local split screen.

As the race comes down to the wire, our drivers are entering their final lap with LEGO 2K Drive! We can see the finish line where servers will be sunset and only offline modes will remain.

What does this mean? Sales of LEGO 2K Drive for Steam, Epic, PlayStation, and Xbox which includes Coins, DLC, and game bundles, will stop on May 19, 2026. Nintendo Switch sales will end June 5, 2026. If you’ve already purchased LEGO 2K Drive, you will still be able to download it and play it after these dates.

Then, on May 31, 2027 the online services and game modes will end their race and move to the Winner’s Circle. Offline game modes that include Story Mode and Local Split-Screen Multiplayer will still be playable after the server sunset.

The smallest set in the new LEGO Editions FIFA World Cup sets is the U.S. Soccer National Team Jersey (43033) and taking a quick look at it. It has 167 pieces and retails for $24.99.

Minifigures

There are two minifigures in the set, one wearing the U.S. team’s stripes kit and the other wearing the stars. The stripes kit is mostly white with the stripes having the colors of the U.S. flag. It has have the 26 on both sides of the jersey as well as on the shorts. Both the jersey and shorts also have the the Nike logo.

The stars kit is a darker blue color scheme with some red accents. You do have the metallic silver 26 jersey number and Nike logos on the jersey and shorts as well.

The minifigures have both male and female heads that you can switch out to your heart’s content.

Build

The frame is a 16×16 layout with the brick-built jersey right in the middle. The outer border is decorated with the red, white, and blue stripes and stars on the corners. The stars do use stickers. The U.S. National Team logo at the top as well as the U.S. Soccer sign on the bottom are printed tiles.

The brick-built jersey uses various slope pieces to the overall shape. The striped slope pieces used are printed and there’s space in the middle to put your favorite jersey number sticker on it.

LEGO has recently released quite a few sets for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup and the next set we’re checking out is the FIFA World Cup 2026 Official Emblem (43032). It has 298 pieces and retails for $24.99.

Build

This will be fairly quick review as there’s not too much to this set. The base features a colorful 26 that is used for the World Cup logo. LEGO just used more brightly colored plates to make the numbers pop a little more but it does look like the logo I’ve seen used online. At the bottom, we have a printed FIFA tile piece.

The FIFA World Cup trophy in the middle is stacked on top of the 26 logo to give it a 3D feel. Even though it doesn’t use many pieces, you do get the overall design and it even has printed slope pieces for the FIFA World Cup wording.

Since this set could be considered as a decorative piece, there is a stand on the back for it to be displayed on a table or shelf. In addition, there is also a hanger piece so you can hang it up on the wall as well.

Results

The LEGO Editions FIFA World Cup 2026 Official Emblem (43032) is just an okay set. The overall look of it is good and represents the real logo well especially with the vibrant colors for the plates. The beacons are lit as LEGO has officially announced the next The Lord of the Rings set with Minas Tirith (11377). Releasing on June 1, the set has 8,278 pieces and will retail for $649.99.
