Fondue cru de castanhas

1/2 dente de alho
1 colher chá de flor  sal
2 chávenas de castanha de caju crua e germinadas
2 colheres de sopa de sumo de limão
1/4 de xícara de água filtrada

1. Num processador, pulverize o alho e o sal. Adicione as castanhas de caju e bata até ficar tudo bem picado. 

2. Acrescente o sumo de limão e mexa bem.
