2 patate lessate
2 uova
Mortadella 
Salamino
Pane grattugiato 
Sale
Pepe
Pecorino grattugiato
Olio di oliva per la frittura


E andiamo a prepararle cosi':

Passare le patate,sbattere le uova e metterne meta’ nelle patate,salare,pepare,aggiungere la mortadella e il salamino tritati e il pecorino grattugiato.

Per il pan di Spagna andate qua .

Per la bagna analcolica all'arancia occorrono:
125 ml. acqua
200 ml. di succo d'arancia filtrato
50 gr. di zucchero

"Quando me lo fai lo strudel? E' da tanto che me l'hai promesso!"
E un pomeriggio che avevo tutti gli ingredienti l'ho accontentato! Ahhhhh....i mariti!!!
Questo è come lo faccio io da anni!!!

Ingredienti:
1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia gia' pronta

2 carciofi
100 gr. di salmone affumicato
Burro
Cipolla
Aglio

Queste le dosi per una pagnottina di circa 800 grammi:

300 ml. di acqua o latte
2 cucchiai di burro
1 uovo
90 gr. di patate bollite e schiacciate
1 cucchiaino di sale fino
2 cucchiai di zucchero
540 gr.di farina 0
7 gr. di lievito secco

Eh eh...mi viene da ridere...dal titolo sembrerebbe che ho cucinato i cosiddetti termosifoni...no...no...tranquille!E' solo un tipo di pasta della prestigiosa Azienda "Verrigni" ma voi potete usare quella che piu' vi aggrada,fettuccine,rigatoni e penne rigate sono i formati ideali per questo tipo di condimento di origine napoletana...grazie mamma per avermela insegnata!!

Alcuni li ho farciti con marmellata di albicocche e una mela e altri per quella golosona di mia figlia con la sua adorata Nutella!!

Occorrono:
3 filetti d'acciuga
2 spicchi d'aglio
1 cucchiaio di capperi sotto sale
2 cucchiai di aceto bianco
100 gr. di olio extra vergine d'oliva
