If you have thought about going green, now is the perfect time! And to make it even easier here are our top 12 tips on going green for 2012. And be sure to check out our monthly newsletter: The Grassy Guru which is filled with amazing tips (like the one below!) on how going green is both super easy and incredibly fun!
1. Create your own re-useable bags – it’s a great way to show off your individual style!
2. Buy an re-useable water bottle, instead of using plastic ones.
3. Make sure all lights, computer and air conditioning are turned off when you leave home and the office.
4. Pay your bills online – it will save trees!
5. Be sure to reuse scrap paper: get creative with how you can put it to work (creating your own wrapping paper is a great way to use up scraps!)
6. Use Essential Oils to create an all-natural cleaning product – no harsh chemicals needed! Our Lemon or Grapefruit Oils are the perfect citrus scent that will uplift you as you clean.
7. Line dry your laundry.
8. Start upscyling! Use old t-shirts, paper or jars to create ways to be more organized and save the planet.
