2009 is spilling over into 2010 – who would have thought? NOT!! We’re still seeing a buyer’s market with over 15 months of listing inventory spread over all price ranges and in all Townships. Those of you who have million dollar plus properties there’s a 36 month supply. Not all bad news though, first time home buyers are trying to take advantage to the $8,000 tax credit and this is where it all begins.
