Trine og jeg kjørte samme tur for 2 år siden og det fristet til gjentagelse. Vi var 7 stykker som syklet sammen ut fra hotellet kl 10. &lt;/tbody&gt;&lt;/table&gt;Vi hadde kikket på kartet og funnet en effektiv vei opp bunnen av det første fjellet. Planen fungerte nesten helt perfekt og vi kom oss opp til fjellene på en "billig" måte. Vi kjørte sammen til den første bakken. Den var på 7,9 km og hadde en gjennomsnittlig stigning på ca 5 %, noe som passer meg veldig bra! På toppen av bakken møttes vi på "Tankställe", hvor vi ikke akkurat var alene... God stemning blant fornøyde syklister!&lt;br /&gt;

Neste mål og dagens kanskje største høydepunkt var Sa Calobra. Det spesielle med denne bakken er at vi kjører fra toppen på 682 moh og ned til 0. Bakken er 9,5 km og har en gjennomsnittlig stigning på 7 %.&lt;br /&gt;

Vi var først hjemme på hotellet etter kl 19. Tilsammen nesten 7 timer effektivt og 16 mil i tillegg til 2445 høydemeter.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Egentlig skulle vi sykle til en bakke, kjøre intervaller og sykle hjem, men vi fikk tips om en fantastisk intervallrunde som "bare" var 9 mil. Dette var jo i utgangspunktet en god idé for det er jo alltid moro å sykle en runde i stedet for att og fram. Jeg tenkte i mitt stille sinn at dette ikke kom til å bli en spesielt kort dag på sykkelen...&lt;br /&gt;

Vi hadde litt navigasjonsproblemer i starten og fant aldri militærleiren som var første mål. Vi syklet i stedet mot Calvia en annen vei, som ikke var fullt så bratt og tok derfor denne bakken som en "oppvarming".&lt;br /&gt;

Det ble 3 fine bakker til etter den første og masse fin natur så alt var stort sett velstand. Enkelte skjønte først etterhvert at dette ikke kom til å bli en kort dag på sykkelen likevel og fikk dermed en liten nedtur... Men alt i alt tror jeg vi alle var veldig fornøyde med turen.&lt;br /&gt;

Det var ikke så lett... Så for å gjøre en lang historie kort: Vi kom temmelig tomme tilbake på hotellet etter 5 timer, det ble ikke sagt mye det siste stykket og alt som ble fokusert på etter innkomst var en cola og mat på nærmeste serveringssted!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Jeg er kjempefornøyd med dagen og synes det ble en bra sykkeltur på en fin dag! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;I dag har jeg vært ute på en veldig fin tur sammen med Trine og Jan Kristian. Vi hadde en plan, men hadde bestemt at vi skulle se på himmelen og sykle der vi kunne unngå regn. Det har vært litt ustabilt noen dager, men det er ikke mange dråpene som har truffet meg enda. Ikke i dag heller, så planen fungerte.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;Vi syklet på småveier til Lluc Major og videre til Porrerres. Der syklet vi opp på et kloster som lå på en høyde over byen. Ca 150 høydemeter opp og en nydelig utsikt.&lt;br /&gt;

Vi hadde planlagt å sykle videre mot Felantrix og San Salvador, men i den retningen så det veldig mørkt ut. Så vi syklet i stedet til Campos og tok lunsj på det samme stedet som vi spiste for et par dager siden.&lt;br /&gt;

Etterpå syklet vi til Santanyi og videre til Sant Jordi. Der var det like fint som forrige gang jeg var der.&lt;br /&gt;

Vi syklet videre til Sa Rapita, "Glasshütte", via småveier til Lluc Major og på "den røde løperen" til S'Arsenal og hjem via promenaden.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Det ble en tur på 14 mil og 5 timer. Det var til tider mye vind fra forskjellige retninger, så vi holdt en bra gjennomsnittsfart til tross for vinden. Selv om været har vært usikkert i dag og det har vært endel vind, har det vært perfekt å sykle i kort-kort. 20-21 grader hele dagen så det var deilig.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Etterpå ble det cola + banan før litt styrketrening. Det var utrolig godt å hoppe i dusjen etterpå etter en veldig bra dag!&lt;br /&gt;

Unni tok en hviledag, men jammen har hun vært ute på lang gåtur langs promenaden. I dag var vi et stort felt som la ut på tur. Vi syklet sammen på småveier til Lluc Major og videre mot Porrerres. Feltet delte seg på vei til Porrerres så vi ble syklende i to grupper.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Målet var Petra og vi syklet via Villafranca til Petra. Det var endel motvind et stykke, men vi kom oss på fine veier til Petra. Vi syklet inn på torget i Petra og der var det virkelig samling av syklister. Sykler og sykkelkledde folk overalt.&lt;br /&gt;

Turen ble på ca 10 mil og rett i underkant av 4 timer. Ikke noe regn på oss selv om det til tider var mørke skyer overalt rundt oss.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Da vi kom tilbake til hotellet, ble vi sittende hos "tyskeren" å kose oss i sola. Noe som medførte at både den ene og andre kan skryte av hummerrød farge... Vi satser på at rødt er brunt i morgen ;-)&lt;br /&gt;

Da vi stod opp i dag, regnet det ganske kraftig. Da var det greit at det stod hviledag på planen... Men det tok ikke lang tid før sola kom og det ble noen timer på solsenga med en god bok.&lt;br /&gt;

Hviledag betyr hvile fra sykkelen, men det ble ikke komplett hvile. Det ble en rolig løpetur langs strandpromenaden før middag etterfulgt av styrketrening. Nå gleder jeg meg til ny sykkeltur i morgen, den siste før lokomotivene fra Gaustad dukker opp. Gleder meg til de kommer og skal dra meg rundt på øya ;-)&lt;br /&gt;

Rigmor og Janne reiste hjem i dag og var ikke sammen med oss til middag. Vi savnet dem, men bordet "vårt" ble likevel fullt. Intervaller stod på planen i dag. Det ble litt skal, skal ikke pga ustabilt vær. Først utsatte vi starten en time. Da vi kom oss ut på sykkelen blåste det, men temperaturen var deilig likevel. Turen gikk mot Cura, men den lå inntullet i tåke så det var like før vi snudde og utsatte intervallene. Men heldigvis syklet vi oppover og dro til med dragene.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/tbody&gt;&lt;/table&gt;Forresten hadde jeg sykkelen min hos Franck på Sunshine Bikes i går. Den har ikke vært like god å sykle på som forventet og den mistanken ble bekreftet. Det var løst styrelager, dårlig justerte gir og bremser så opplevelsen på sykkelen i dag har vært fantastisk! Jeg har fått ny sykkel enda en gang :) Takk til Franck! Men jeg er ikke så imponert over de som bygget sykkelen hjemme i Oslo... Spinn Storo har ikke akkurat imponert meg.&lt;br /&gt;

Vi syklet noe av den samme turen som på dag 2, men denne gangen gikk turen til Sant Jordi, som er enda litt lengre ut en Sa Rapida. Der var det veldig fint og vi tok en kaffe/cola stopp ved havnen.&lt;br /&gt;

Det var meldt noe regn i dag og det var litt svarte skyer rundt oss på himmelen, men vi fikk ikke en dråpe på oss. Sol hadde vi også stort sett hele dagen!&lt;br /&gt;

Janne hadde et uhell i dag og brakk ramma og måtte sy etter et ublidt møte med asfalten. Hun var ikke sammen med oss, men hadde syklet til Felantrix (San Salvador) for å kjøre intervaller. Det minner oss på at marginene er små og at det er viktig å kjøre forsiktig! Vi skal komme hjem like hele, men mye sprekere ;-)&lt;br /&gt;

Nå sitter jeg på verandaen og skriver blogg og koser meg med te og vann etter en god lunsj på Dinos. Fantastisk fin tur på smale veier med lite trafikk! Kroppen er sliten og det var ikke vits å trille en tur bare for å gjøre det.. Deilig å slappe av på solsenga med boka mi! Været har vært litt ustabilt i dag med vind og endel skyer, men periodevis har det vært skikkelig varmt.&lt;br /&gt;

I løpet av de 13 dagene vi har vært her har det blitt 49 timer totalt med trening. Av dette er i underkant av 1,5 timer basistrening i styrkerommet, resten er på sykkelen. Jeg har syklet 1100 km totalt og 17250 høydemeter. Dette er jeg veldig fornøyd med!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Det har vært utrolig mange fine turer på sykkelen i strålende sommervær!&lt;br /&gt;

I dag har vi syklet til Mogan. Det er første gang denne turen fordi det er så mye trafikk på kystveien til Puerto de Mogan. Det er egentlig utrolig fint å sykle der, men biler og busser som tuter og presser deg ut av veien ødelegger moroa. Fra Puerto de Mogan til Mogan er det veldig fint å sykle.&lt;br /&gt;

Syklet Tauropass opp fra Mogan. Det passet har vi ikke syklet siden jula i fjor og det eneste jeg husket var at det var skikkelig dårlig asfalt der. Men nå var det ny asfalt og det ble en skikkelig positiv opplevelse. Hadde helt glemt hvor fint det var der :)&lt;br /&gt;

Etter lunsj ble det en tur i Ayagaures dalen. Syklet opp på passet motsatt vei av i går.&lt;br /&gt;

Totalt ble det 6 timer i dag også, 137 km og 2300 høydemeter. Nå er denne kroppen sliten og for min del blir det en rolig dag i morgen som avslutning. Synes det er lenge siden jeg har lekt charterturist med bok og solseng... &amp;nbsp;Det betyr nok ikke at sykkelen får stå helt i fred ;-)&lt;br /&gt;

Det ble 6 timer, 130 km og 2500 høydemeter. En bra tur med endel bakker. Spiste lunsj på hotellet etter litt over 4 timer. Da smakte det veldig bra med skikkelig mat!&lt;br /&gt;

Vi snakket før turen i dag om at det kom til å være masse motorsykler i fjellene. Dette er spesielt på søndager og de kommer i flokk og følge. Og de kjører veldig fort... Jeg har også tenkt mange ganger at jeg lurer på hvor mange som omkommer i trafikken her nede, det vil overraske meg hvis det ikke er en dyster statistikk.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I dag kom vi dessverre midt oppi en ulykke. Det var en motorsyklist og jeg er redd at denne personen ikke overlevde. De drev med gjenoppliving, men det så ikke bra ut. Det er jo ikke overraskende at det skjer slike ulykker når de kjører som de gjør her, det er virkelig med livet som innsats.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Da vi kom hjem fra tur i dag hadde som vanlig vaskedama ryddet og vasket i leiligheten. Hun hadde også brettet håndklærne på en måte jeg tenker jeg skal begynne med hjemme ;-)&lt;br /&gt;

I dag spilte beina og kroppen på lag med hodet igjen. Flott sykkeldag med 5 timer, 120 km og 1800 høydemeter. Det var sinnsykt varmt i dag, men det blåste mye...heldigvis! Mye motvind i dag, men så dro medvinden meg hjem de siste km. Det gikk i 50 km/t uten at jeg tråkket i det hele tatt! Kongefølelse, jeg følte meg som verdens sprekeste :)&lt;br /&gt;

Vi syklet til Santa Lucia via El Doctoral som vanlig, men i dag snudde vi i Santa Lucia og kjørte samme vei tilbake. Skikkelig kult å kjøre fra Santa Lucia og tilbake mot El Doctoral! Syklet så mot Ingenio og til Telde. Da vi snudde og ikke hadde motvind lenger, ble det sykt varmt. Dette er definitivt den varmeste dagen.. Og ikke en sky på himmelen i dag heller!&lt;br /&gt;

Jeg er veldig glad i sykkelen min (eller dvs Morten sin sykkel), men jeg burde spandert en service på den før jeg reiste nedover. Nå knirker den som en symaskin og det er skikkelig irriterende. Den fortjener en skikkelig overhaling når jeg kommer hjem!&lt;br /&gt;

Etter sykkelturen i dag ble det pizza på Pizza Hut. Ny sykkeldag på Gran Canaria gjennomført. Det ble 3 timer i dag selv om planen var 4. Jeg var mest sliten i beina, de var tunge og ville ikke like mye som hodet. I tillegg var det veldig varmt i dag og pulsen var generelt høyt. Det er vel naturlig at kroppen begynner å bli sliten etter mye mengde her nede. Det var greit å trille inn på hotellet til lunsj litt tidligere enn planlagt.&lt;br /&gt;

Vi syklet inn i Soria dalen og helt opp på toppen. De bakkene liker jeg ikke så godt og i dag var de spesielt tunge.&lt;br /&gt;

Etter en deilig lunsj gikk vi en tur innom styrkerommet for noen øvelser for mage/rygg og overkropp, tilsammen 20 min.&amp;nbsp;Det ble tid til litt solseng og bok i dag også. Deilig med sykkelferie :)&lt;br /&gt;

I morgen håper jeg beina og kroppen kjennes bedre. Planen er ca 5 timer. Etterpå flatet jeg ut på ei solseng og ble der resten av dagen med boka mi. Deilig å ligge og sløve hele dagen, men jeg blir så slapp... Hvordan skal jeg komme meg på sykkelen igjen i morgen??&lt;br /&gt;

I dag har det blitt 2500 høydemeter og 127 km på 6 timer. Vi har vært på øyas høyeste punkt som er Pico de las Nieves (1949 moh). Været har vært helt fantastisk hele dagen, ikke en sky på himmelen.&lt;br /&gt;

Vi syklet opp til Ayacata samme vei som vi syklet dag 4, dvs via El Doctoral og Santa Lucia. Tok en cola i Ayacata før vi fortsatte mot toppen. Vi visste det skulle være bratt noen km fra Ayacata og det var bratt, men det var bare 3-4 km. For meg som er vant til høye fjell med Bergodal, var dette bare barnemat. Det var likevel deilig med en liten fotopause ved Roque Nublo. Dette er øyas mest kjente klippe som er en del av en vulkansk pipe i følge guideboken.&lt;br /&gt;

Syklet til El Doctoral - et stykke oppover mot Santa Lucia &amp;nbsp;- Aguimes - Ingenio - mot Telde - tilbake til Aguimes - El Doctoral - Playa del Ingles. En sjarmerene tur vi fant da vi var her i februar. Det er fint å sykle fra krysset der man kan ta til Santa Lucia til venstre, men vi tar mot høyre til Aguimes og Igenio. Vi møtte ikke en eneste bil på denne strekningen i dag.&lt;br /&gt;

Øya er som skrevet tidligere definitivt ikke flat. Det ble 1066 høydemeter i dag også enda vi syklet flatt og småkupert. Jeg logget 3 timer og 20 min og 82,67 km i treningsboka.&lt;br /&gt;

I morgen er planen å sykle til Ayacata og videre opp til øyas høyeste punkt. Dette krever selvfølgelig god restitusjon, noe det ble til gangs i dag.&amp;nbsp;Rett etter turen ble det en deilig lunsj på hotellet. Jeg spiste grillet laks og det var veldig godt! Vi velger hver dag mellom to forskjellige lunsjretter. Skal love det er bra for restitusjonen å få maten servert umiddelbart etter treningsturen.&lt;br /&gt;

Etter lunsj skulle vi flotte oss med spa. Det ble både sauna og massasjebad i tillegg til ansiktsbehandling for min del. Utrolig deilig! Og nå er jeg klar for x antall høydemeter i morgen...&lt;br /&gt;

Det ble flatt og rolig att og fram i Ayagaures dalen. Det var godt å sykle rolig, bare nyte sykkelturen og det fine været vi er så heldige å ha i dag også! Lykke :)&lt;br /&gt;

Turen i dag ble avsluttet med is nede ved strandpromenaden. Vi ser lite av charterturistene siden vi stort sett er på sykkelen eller på hotellet vårt som er rimelig anstendig. Men det var utrolig morsomt å sitte en liten time nede på playa'n å se på folket. Der har man virkelig litt av hvert... Speedo, bar overkropp og betydelig overvekt virker som det mest naturlige i verden å sprade rundt med (og da snakker jeg ikke om på selve stranden, men oppe blant restaurantene...)&lt;br /&gt;

Kroppen kjenner at den har vært på sykkelen jevnt de siste dagene.. Men da jeg kom i gang, var kroppen fin og dagen har vært veldig veldig bra. Bakkene gikk unna, om ikke i en fei, så hvertfall i en akseptabel fart.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Det har vært veldig stabilt i fjellet der det var litt kaldt den første dagen vi var der. I dag har jeg ikke hatt på meg armer eller vindjakke ned fra fjellet. Samtidig er det en sval bris så det er ikke altfor varmt oppover heller. Rett og slett helt perfekt!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Vi har syklet til Ayacata via El Doctoral og Santa Lucia. Vi syklet gjennom Ayacata og opp på utsiktspunktet som ligger ca 150 høydemeter ovenfor Ayacata, der man ser over til Tenerife og Teide.&lt;br /&gt;

Taco til lunsj smakte rett og slett utrolig godt i dag! I kveld er det lasagne til middag. Vi har maten inkludert slik at vi spiser både frokost, lunsj og middag på hotellet. Det er utrolig deilig når vi kommer inn igjen etter en lang sykkeltur så står maten på bordet etter kun få minutter. Luksus rett og slett!&lt;br /&gt;

Etter sykkelturen har jeg ligget ute på solsenga og lest bok. Det var ganske så deilig kan jeg røpe.. Med mat i magen og en kald øl ble det velfortjent tid i horisontalen. Livet er herlig!&lt;br /&gt;

I morgen er det "hviledag" med to timer rolig i tillegg til litt styrke. Det var endel vind i dag, men veldig godt og varmt. Var til tider tungt i motvinden, men desto deiligere med medvind hjem. Syklet inn i Soriadalen som i går og etterpå til El Doctoral. I morgen er planen ca 5 timer i fjellene så det blir en heftig dag... Da skal det smake med "hvildag" dagen derpå.&lt;br /&gt;

Nyttårsaften ble feiret med en bedre middag på hotellet. Bildene taler for seg, men det ble ikke så fuktig som det ser ut som...&lt;br /&gt;

Jeg gikk tom etter 2 timer. Det ble cola og sjokolade på Spar, men det hadde ikke ønsket effekt. Superkreftene kom aldri tilbake og derfra og inn var det bare veldig tungt. At det likevel ble 4 timer, var bare fordi jeg hadde bestemt meg for det! De siste to timene syklet jeg att og fram i Ayagaures, en flat dal som ikke er helt flat likevel og som man kjenner godt når bein og kropp ikke spiller helt på lag med huet som har bestemt seg for 4 timer.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Utrolig deilig vær har vi hatt i dag også. Sol stort sett hele dagen og 26 grader! Lengter ikke hjem til Norge akkurat...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
De sju timene som vi fantaserte om i går med uendelig lange og bratte bakker utgår definitivt i morgen. Det fornuftige er å følge den opprinnelige planen som er 4 timer i morgen også!&lt;br /&gt;

Første treningsdag på Gran Canaria er over. Vi hadde planlagt 3 timer for å ta en rolig start og det ble 3 timer. Egentlig skulle vi sykle rimelig flatt, men det ble en liten klatreetappe likevel. For dere som har vært på Gran Canaria så vet dere at det er en rimelig kupert øy. Ikke lett å finne flate etapper med mindre man liker å kjøre att og fram.&amp;nbsp;Kjørte nok litt hardere enn planlagt, men en bra dag med sol og deilig varme. Noe annet enn -14 i Oslo...&lt;br /&gt;
