What I meant was that the Brazilian don't fetish white people and use them in their advertisements, tell every white man they resemble Hollywood celebrities and study English for six years yet fail to be able to speak it.

The Brazilians seem to view us Westerners as, well, people. Fancy that.

Interesting. I wonder why that is.

I miss hanging out with the Brazilians I met a couple of years ago. They were fun to be around. They are also foreigners but from a different culture and they generally lack the "gaijin" thing you often get with many Japanese. The Brazilians just talk and have fun with you. And throw great parties.
