Keesokan paginya, semasa Helmi hendak keluar untuk ke pejabat dia telah memesan kepada isterinya yang dia pulang lewat malam ini
kerana ada mesyuarat penting… dan di pejabatnya.. Helmi telah
mencukur misainya sampai licin..

Jam 4 pagi ketika Helmi balik ke rumahnya… isterinya sudah tidur… Dengan perlahan Helmi salin baju dan naik ke tempat tidur…tiba-tiba isterinya tersedar lalu meraba-raba wajah Helmi yang licin itu dalam kegelapan… dan berkata… “Kenapa kau tak balik lagi Jalil… kejap lagi suami akak balik…!!”

Hilang Burung

Ada seorang lelaki tua yang hobinya memelihara banyak burung. Pada suatu pagi, semua burung kesayangannya telah hilang. Merasa sipencuri sudah keterlaluan, lelaki tua itu pun membawa masalah ini di perjumpaan mingguan di kampungnya.

Lelaki tua : “Siapa disini yang ada burung?”
Seluruh penduduk laki-laki segera berdiri.

Menyedari kesilapannya dalam cara bertanya, lelaki itu menambah
“bukan itu maksud saya”

Lalu di ajukan soalan yang lain..
“maksud saya adalah, siapa yang pernah lihat burung?”

Maka seluruh penduduk wanita berdiri.
Kerana menyedari pertanyaannya masih tidak betul, maka dengan muka merah padam dia menyambung “maaf, bukan itu maksud saya”

Sekali lagi dia cuba bertanya
“maksud saya adalah siapa yang pernah lihat burung yang bukan miliknya”
Separuh penduduk wanita berdiri.

Muka lelaki itu makin merah, dan juga makin gugup, segera berkata lagi
“maaf sekali lagi, bukan ke arah itu pertanyaan saya, maksud saya adalah,
siapa yang pernah lihat burung saya?”

Lalu… Isteri lelaki itu pun pun berdiri….dan seorang wanita yang lain,
maka kali ini merah padam pula muka si isteri, lelaki tu pun cabut lari,
menyesal tanya.

x ke pelik n kurang bijak tindakan seorang lelaki yang boleh digelar ATUK..

kenapa lelaki tersebut x minx IZIN FAMILY DIA nak pasang sa2 lagi kalo da kemaruk sangat nk berkawin sa2 lagi.....

n kalo kot ya pun nak kawen ngan minah indon 2...knapa dia bernekad nak blik INDON ngan minah 2 n naik bot lak 2...mcam nk meyeludup masuk ke INDON je..hurmmmm..musykil aku...

tpi 2 bukan main point aku kupas isu ni sebenarnya..

yang aku nk tekankan kt cni adalah...

kita ni semakin hari semakin besar dan semakin pandai..

so buat la sesuatu keputusan ngan berfikir dahulu n tnya pendapat orang lain...

Back to school night gives single fathers a chance to gauge the tone of the school, general procedures and the appearance and layout of each of their children's classrooms. It is an important way to learn about a school.

A third point? Be sure to ask about free tutoring service or resource rooms in the school. Many schools offer after school tutoring for free. Sometimes, teachers can recommend names of experienced tutors. Busy parents sometimes can use these services to help their children succeed. Find out where resource centers are located and where free tutoring takes place.

The fourth step? Be pro-active and be sure to check for papers and announcements that come home with children. Have a file folder set up for each class as well as school activities. If there are permission slips to be signed, due dates for major projects or other information, stick it in the appropriate folder and consider having sticky tabs with due dates for important papers. Know if the school has a procedure for clear communication about homework and due dates.

Finally, it is vital to understand a school's policy about absences or missed school days. Some won't let children return to school without a permission slip. Other schools have policies that allow only so many sick days per semester or year.

Cerita 1
Ada 26 orang gila, mereka akan menjalani ujian kesihatan di Amerika. Mereka dibawa dengan menggunakan pesawat Hercules yang besar. Ketika di udara, orang-orang gila itu terlalu bising kerana bermain bola di dalam pesawat. Kapten pesawat marah dan menyuruh co-pilotnya untuk menenangkan mereka. "Hoi! Bising sangat nie! Jangan main bola di dalam kapalterbang!!!" bentak co-pilot kepada orang-orang gila tersebut.

Akhirnya situasi menjadi tenang. Tapi lama-kelamaan, Kapten curiga karena situasinya terlalu tenang. Dia menyuruh lagi co-pilotnya untuk memeriksa keadaan di belakang. Ketika co-pilot datang, dia terkejut setengah mati! Orang gilanya tinggal 4 orang!!! "Hei, kamu semua! Kenapa tinggal 4 orang sahaja? Yang lain ke mana?"

"Habis... tak boleh main bola di dalam kapalterbang, jadi mereka main bola di luar la."
"HAH?! Habis tu kenapa kamu semua masih berada di dalam?"

"Kan kami nie pemain simpanan...".

Cerita 2

Tunang Farid, Siti menelefonnya untuk memutuskan pertunangan mereka.

Farid : Mengapa?

America vs. Russia

The Americans and Russians, at the height of the arms race, realized that if they continued in the usual manner they were going to blow up the whole world.

One day they sat down and decided to settle the whole dispute with one dog fight. They'd have five years to breed the best fighting dog in the world and whichever side's dog won would be entitled to dominate the world. The losing side would have to lay down its arms.

The Russians found the biggest, meanest Doberman and Rottweiler ------- in the world and bred them with the biggest meanest Siberian wolves. They selected only the biggest and strongest puppy from each litter, killed his siblings, and gave him all the milk. They used steroids and trainers and after five years came up with the biggest meanest dog the world had ever seen. Its cage needed steel bars that were three inches thick and nobody could get near it.

When the day came for the fight, the Americans showed up with a strange animal. It was a nine-foot long Dachshund. Everyone felt sorry for the Americans because they knew there was no way that this dog could possibly last ten seconds with the Russian dog.

When the cages were opened up, the Dachshund came out and wrapped itself around the outside of the ring. It had the Russian dog almost completely surrounded. When the Russian dog leaned over to bite the Dachshund's neck, the Dachshund reached out and consumed the Russian dog in one bite. There was nothing left at all of the Russian dog.

The Russians came up to the Americans, shaking their heads in disbelief. `We don't understand how this could have happened. We had our best people working for five years with the meanest Doberman and Rottweiler ------- in the world and the biggest, meanest Siberian wolves."

"That's nothing," an American replied. "We had our best plastic surgeons working for five years to make an alligator look like a Dachshund."

em minggu ni aku ingin menyambung cerita hantu seperti yang aku janjikan minggu lpas....

kali in berkaitan dengan pengalaman aku sewak2 menunggu durian...

korang pun tau kan..buah durian kat malaysia ni kan berhantu..hahahaah...

ya r... memang laris n kesukaan ramai kot...

berbalik kepada cerita aku...

seperti biasa.. aku n gang2 aku suka tggu durian wak2 mlam...

sbab mlas nk lpak umah..

wak2 tu umur aku dalam 15 thun kot nak amik PMR...

n kitaorang da wat pondok kat sa2 tmpat yang ada 4 batang pokok durian..

bak kata orang mmng strategik gila r....

sbab nk kuar tggu durian wak2 mlam...

aku pun standby lampu suluh n parang...

keperluan tu bro kalo dalam hutan...

kitaorang gerak dari umah dlam pkul 11 lebih kot dalam 5 orang..

n dlam group aku 2 ada seorang mmber ayah aku..

pak cik ibrahim..

umur dia wak2 tu dlam 27 kalo x silap r...

da sampai pondok 2 mcam biasa r kan..

wat unggun api n tabur belerang keliling pondok..

yang peliknya..kelibat 2 muncul apabila ada durian gugur sahaja...

tpi beliau berseloroh, smlam pak cik sorang je..hari ni ada geng..bnda 2 x kaco kot....

dari bunyi yang kami dgar macam 2 biji yang gugur...

apalagi bro...kami pun berlari r termasuk pak cik ibrahim..

ngan berpandukan arah bunyi durian gugur dan lampu suluh aku pun mencari dgan harapan dapat menjumpai buah y gugur 2 terlebih dahulu..

SEKALI...

mata aku tertumpu kepada sa2 lembaga putih yang berdiri di hadapan aku..

aku hnya mampu tergamam dan lampu suluh terlepas dari pndangan aku...

aku tgok mmber2 aku n pak cik ibrahim pn terkejut melihat lembaga putih 2....

lembaga putih 2 berdiri di hadapan aku..

mmang wak2 2 aku cuak gila babi...

memng thap death punya bro....

lembaga putih 2 membongkok dan...

ambil durian tersebut ...

dan terus menghilang.......

even lembaga 2 da hilang aku msih tergamam tau x ...

pak cik ibrahim tarik aku n arahkan kami suma blik ke umah....

dari pondok 2 kami suma lari mcam lipas kudung kot..

dlam kepala nk sampai umah dlu je...

da lupa pasal durian korang tau x....

smpai kt umah je....

aku tgok ayah aku x tdo lgi....

aku ngan x tkar bajunya trus msuk bilik n cuba nk tdo...

tapi yang aku peliknya..b4 tdo ayah aku leh aku bagi minum air suam....

n mlam 2 aku x pk sgat kot pasal kejadian pelik 2.....

mngkin ayah aku bagi air jampi kot..

hahahah...

tapi sumpah....

2 pengalaman aku yang paling real....

smnjak dari malam 2...

The Right Way To Gain Muscles: The Truth About Body Building

People who are skinny are more likely going to have a hard time in gaining muscles. Spending a lot of time working out in the gym is not enough to gain you muscles. Keep in mind that there are various ways to do so. Dont just limit yourself by going to the gym.

Your goal to have more muscles is more likely to happen if you have enough knowledge about the principles of body building. But if youre not satisfied with the muscles you have gained despite the efforts then the following tips to gain muscles in the right way may help you.

Firstly, dont do extreme lifts over and over again for it will do you no good in gaining muscles. You have to do each body building exercises slowly and in control. You have to be focus. Doing slow controlled movements will give you efficiency towards muscle development.

Fill up your body with protein-rich foods before going to the gym. It will make your muscles stronger that promotes muscle repair which would then make you gain muscles faster. Never hit the gym with an empty stomach. You need food in order for you to have enough energy for the entire workout each day.

You should also avoid doing the same exercises each day. It would only lessen your chances in gaining more muscles. Keep in mind that rest is one of the factors that help you gain more muscles. Take at least one day off every after a three-day straight workout. For instance, if you have done exercises for the back and biceps today, dont do the same exercises tomorrow. Always provide time for each muscle group to repair to make room for more muscle tissue production.

But always remember that one of your goals is to have continuous muscle contractions while on workout.

You have just read some important things to remember about body building. Dont rely on doing workouts on the gym alone. You got to have the right knowledge with the whole idea. Gaining muscles is all about knowing the right exercises done in the right manner, having the right kind of diet and having enough rest and sleep.

These tips will help you gain muscles in a short period of time. Vary your exercises for two muscle groups each day. Seeing an expert may also help you with what you want to attain. They will be able to provide you various programs for muscle development.
