I just came back from office,yesterday was very late... In morning I told,we should have gift,wrap done in all these diwali gifts for letsnurture's employee.. was worried about work ( usually its my routine to worry ) guess what.. in evening it was done ... he did it :)

I have great relationship with my dad.. No matter how much ideological difference we have but we love each other so much ...

Life took serisous turn started own venture spoiled almost relationship for just one vision..
Now after having web designing firm having plenty of linkedin recomendation for digital marketing .. I still feel amature.. Still learning new things ..still trying things first time.

French Open is going on at Rolland Garros ..
My favourite player Roger Federer is at the end of his career .. I do not think he will be able to enjoy tennis next year ..

This man has taken tennis to the next level. Previously when Sampras was playing Tennis champion were not perfect .. It was feeling like 90% perfect tennis ..

Federer brought the entire new class in
Tennis .. Match after Match .. He was playing breath taking shots ( not just for audience , but for even tennis experts) .. He pushed to the limits...
Changing direction of ball at the very last ( very last means at the time when ball touches racket) unexpected line shots ..
He played unbelievable non risky tennis for decade :)

This legend has not been seriously injured ever & if we look at his tennis game .. It is more thn perfection ..

Ability to stop pushing himself at right time is extra ordinary ( Nadal fails here )

Never been involved in negative play , least complaining person in Tennis ..

I want to see Roger playing again and again everyday as long as I am alive ..

I wish he win at least one grand slam from now .. That would be one of the precious sporting moment for me..

Go Roger Go .. I will have RF cap on my head whole day on the day when he retires ......

Letsnurture & me both are looking for some good partners & team to nurture everything around .. My thoughts on spending more time on discovering new things are still on..

Work is going fine ( normally I do not complain much about work stress it is a part of life & it ll stay forever)

Lol, Why I am writing this ? because of my own laziness I have suffered 19hrs layover .

I had booked ticket from Ahmedabad to Manchester from Qatar Airways & there was 19hrs layover on Sunday at Doha.I was traveling to UK to sign some Seo Packages from my customers and some Web Design Contracts.

One of my friend told me they will give visa on arrival , actually that was the reason I took 19hrs layover ..it was Sunday so I though I will get transist visa & will move around Doha.

I previously experienced a great services from Emirates Airways for transist visa. It has been great Dubai experience for me last year so I thought this will be same J. After Arriving at Doha I came to know that Indian Passport holder can not get visa on arrival lol , there was nothing to do than passing time on Airport L

1) Fragmentation of life more and more

This is something I already have predicted way behind fragmentation of life, fragmentation of behavior. In simple word human being will not live straight forward life even if he/she wants to. Life will force people to login in facebook, twitter, rss feed, read blogs, read comments, emails, check in, papers, graphs, infogprahics, presentation, charts this is going to be routine for everyone at one end this decision making things will get saturated or stable.

2) Decision Making Application

There will be huge surge on decision making applications, like compare engines, compare results, ratings, reviews , feedbacks. Most of companies will strive towards this subject....

3) Ecommerce growth in Africa & Asia

2012 will tell whole world that Africa and Asia are left behind and they are more lucrative markets in eCommerce then USA & Europe. Especially Asia has a very less penetration of E-commerce and my prediction is that it will unleash this year.

4) Social TV & Social Digital Camera

Traditional TV will be replace by Social & internet Enabled TVs , And social sharing on TV + real interactive TV like communicating with another viewers or interacting with live panel by seating at home will become feasible.

Digital Camera my prediction on this is that Wi-Fi enabled digital camera will come in market. With built-in internet connectivity or picture sharing facility. Hollywood at your TV at very nominal price which will curb piracy issues a bit too.

5) Local is better.. People will realize soon

Global Business will become more local; business vendors will try to get business from local then more from Global. & Digital Marketing will be part of marketing agenda in all over the world. Even for small or medium size enterprise will look into it.

This is another good fact that I came to know via Twitter..

As we know in Ancient time , building empires was among the most important thing. thus politics and murders were part of life... Poison was best murder weapon at that time..

So, Toast was invented to reassure that drinks are not with poison. In this gesture guest and host was toasting glass of wine and during this liquid or wine will spit in each others cup .. & this ensures that there is not any poison in given drink. because if there was any poison person would become reluctant to toast as during toast poison will come in its cup also..

China Cuts Rare Earth Exports

Hola Amigos :) Its been long that I touched my pen :) but I do whatever stimulates my brain.. Here is this..

First of all what is Rare Earth ? \
Series comprises the fifteen metallic chemical elements with atomic numbers 57 through 71, from lanthanum through lutetium. they are called lanthanide + 2 other scandium and yttrium.

These elements are very important in current manufacturing world due to their various properties.. in early 1950-70 India & South Africa were largest exporter or producer of these Rare Earth .. then USA and Australia also dominated for couple of decades..

China put everyone way behind in Rare Earth exports and it has 97% Share of total Rare Earth exports. These products are very important for sustainable growth. Before couple of years ago China has declared that it will decrease export of Rare Earth because of limited resources available ...

Foreign countries had warned China not to do this.. but China has decreased exports of Rare Earth .. Price of Rare Earth in China is decreased despite of all efforts by Chinese Government.. & On the other hand because of tamed Export... Prices of Rare Earth has increased a lot in other countries like USA, Australia & in Europe.. this will lead to illegal exports from China to other countries.. So government is also working on stooping of this..

Prices in China for rare earth is fallen around 45% in a year.. on the other hand prices are 3 times more from current Chinese Level.. Rare Earth Prices are not exchange traded like Gold & Silver ..It is sold in private market so it is not easy to monitor it..

Demand of Rare Earth has increased a lot after Chinese action to curb export, Countries like Canada, India, USa, Russia have started to develop rare earth mines and some of them will start functioning from 2015.

Prices in China have fallen sharply since August, declining by 45 percent for neodymium oxide, by 33 percent for terbium oxide and by 31 percent for lanthanum oxide, according to Lynas Corp., an Australian rare earths producer.
Its figures showed an equally striking gap between prices in China and abroad, with lanthanum oxide costing triple the Chinese level on global markets, neodymium more than twice as much and terbium oxide near twice as much.

Lets Nurture Company is registered in UK now, So I am now CEO & Director or whatsoever citation I can use.. on the ground my duties, liabilities are the same.

Still I am living in random world and in true measure I have not yet set any goal for achievement in terms of business or finance and I believe neither I will.
Yes I am checking all options where Lets Nurture become conglomerate instead of remain in IT or Outsourcing. Service industry is very good for me because I like to be servant by nature :) that true.
2011 year is suppose to be a year of change and year of sunshine for letsnurture. Need to gather more energy on writing up some business plan and setting up finance for it. There are some exciting ideas are in mind ( surely not money oriented some of them are only for service) so , have to figure out how it is feasible enough in short future.
So , thats all for this post.. Last 1 month was full of good news, Indian won, Lets Nurture registered, Birth day party of one good friend, moved to new location and after a long delay many web sites are redesigned now. :)

I am not big fan of western countries but I liked few things here and I can not resist myself to put this in my blog.

Solid Infrastructure

Train & Bus network is super fantastic, If India start planning this kind of infrastructure lot of problem will get solve automatically.

Town Planning is so wonderful that you will have a city center and shopping center and you will never feel far from good shopping malls.

Roads
Another one thing I liked is footpath are wider than Roads for vehicle. In UK , People are fond of walking and jogging, Also respectfully uses public transport. Having a Vehicle is not like showoff thing and not having a vehicle is not like that you are poor. Walking on footpath has nothing to deal with your class , intelligence and ability.

Currently I am feeling sleepy and I think I should call it a day now.. will write some more stuff later on

Its 6 month today in UK , I have been through many cities during this time Glasgow, Edinburgh, Preston, Bradford, Manchester, Wembley, Southhall , Slough , Reading, Oxford and other.

Indian are always confused in doing business specially with limited budget and lack of risk apatite.

Food & Tiffin Service Near Wembley, Southall, Acton , Harrow would be the best life booster for new person who wants to start earning a good money. Indians are fond of food. And having a good Indian Food is very difficult. No matter what restaurants are offering in Indian Food but we all know that real Indian food is home made food. If you can provide cheap tiffin service in these area you will certainly get a big bang. I have come across lot of people who are in need of good food.

If you can buy small Stall on rent and start fast food there is no change of loosing the game. But Fast food should not be like Vada pau and Dabeli and Pani puri, There are enough people are selling these. And they are selling it on high cost too. Its good to offer 1 chapati and 1 bowl Dal or Plate of Rice with curry at very affordable cost. Or you can sell Masala Khichdi with Butter milk, Paratha with Curd, Batata Poha .. I am here going to write some important things you to take care while upgrading or updating your office or moving your office or shifting your office in another location .

I just had shifted my “LetsNurture” office near to drive-in road from Ghatlodia. As company is growing it was very much required to shift to new location. But during this whole pragmatic matter I have been burst mentally.

When you are moving to office

Start looking at office before 3 months of your actually relocation date. And if it is urgent give full concentration on selecting right location.
Take your enough time to see different locations and narrow suitable location. Do not select office without seeing at least 15-20 offices in different area.
Compare rents in all different area and decide depending upon different factors.
Check parking facility is available or not.
Check internet availability
Inquire about electricity problems. there are many buildings where electricity problem is common problem. So make sure you are not being trapped in those kind of building.
If you are selecting office with furniture then check each furniture when you view property .Do not forget to check termite problem it is common in furnished offices. ( I missed to look office furniture closely and it cost me a lot in terms of satisfaction) . Check all drawer, tables because if your intention is to save money on furniture and if you do not check furniture well you will have to spend time and money both in remodelling and renovating furniture.
Moisture is also another thing that you should look before selecting office. Make 2-3 visits before selecting property and check moisture in wall. Moisture can cause lot of problems.
Makesure lift is working properly , inquire about it with 2-3 different people of the same building.

Now if you have selected office after checking all above things

Get your internet connection and networking done before 2 days and test all network before you getting in to office
Make sure every small furniture work is done before you move into office
If you want to change lighting direction or anything related to electricity please finish before you move into office
Have one mock up round in office with other office workers to have suggestion for comfort. And before actual move finish all changes.
Must have your company board and address at the office before you move into office.

Actually I have missed lot of things from above list and I had faced lot of problems in shifting my office. And I know how difficult it is for start-up company to move office with limited budget and tiny timings for relocation.

A very shy guy goes into a bar and sees a beautiful woman sitting at the other end. After an hour of gathering up his courage he finally goes over to her and asks, tentatively, "Um, would you mind if I chatted with you for a while?" To which she responds by yelling, at the top of her lungs, "No, I won't sleep with you tonight!" By now, the entire bar is staring at them. Naturally, the guy is hopelessly and completely embarrassed and he slinks back to his table. After a few minutes, the woman walks over to him and apologizes. She smiles at him and says, "I'm sorry if I embarrassed you. You see, I'm a graduate student in psychology and I'm studying how people respond to embarrassing situations." Cadbury- Amazing marketing and threat to Indian tradition

In last month again new cadbury marketing campaign is started "subh aramabh". Which means one must buy any sweet on any new start. And proposing to buy Cadbury for it.

If you have read earlier about my blog post on cadbury marketing style in India and how they are vanishing indian tradition comfertably one by one.
This new marketing campaign of Subh arambh is also for the same. Usually In India people use traditional sweet on any new start now cadbury want us to replace it with dairy milk chocolates.

I am really impressed with the marketing style and operating style of cadbury in India. And I am sure somewhere it needs detailed observation and lot of reasoning .
But Yes , I am not very happy if Indian are going to forget tradional sweets and replace it with chocolates.

They always ask me how to register company? How to open current account? How to pay professional tax?, where to pay professional tax?, what if wire transfer is not the right option for customer.? And many more..
