Then when you for give truly let it go. If the good out weights the bad or if the person or persons has the potential to change. What is it about that person or persons that's worth forgiving! After all the lord sent his only son to die to save our souls and forgive our sins. then why hold on to all that pain its like a cancer that eat at you, loosing sleep or having what your holding on to affects you re relationships, with friends, family, relationships with you re partner or husband, or wife. If you cant forgive then maybe its deeper then what the person or persons did that is truly affecting you and some cases you cant change the past &nbsp;but you can make new beginning's and close one door inoder to open another door . when you forgive then a weight is lifted &nbsp;off your heart and your soul and then and only then can you be free.
