Hello everybody! it's been a long month... I just check my blog site while my baby jolie sleeping. I had notice many people buzz me at my CBOX ! I would like to say thank you ! all of those people keep buzzing me. Well my baby jolie she's growing like a "weed", she is 3 month's now and she had a little attitude now, " JUST WANTING TO BE HELD ALWAYS", my arms hurt and my shoulder hurt for helding her always and I cannot do anything at home. "I need help".. Nanny sa tabi tabi!!!!!

Hello!!! I am back. I just wanted to say Thanks to all of my blogger friends still buzzing me all the time. It's been a while since the last time I wrote something in my site. Just wanting to share my experienced during my delivery day.
January 28, 2009 my parents in-laws just got here after a 10 hrs. drive from Kansas. It's almost 10pm when they got here. We talked and telling some stories for a little bit. Then at 2:00am Jan. 29 my water broke, I told to my husband "Honey, wake up I think my water broke!!!", then he got up and we went to the hospital. I did labor for 21 hours and I did 2 hrs. pushing trying to be a normal delivery. But it ain't happening because my baby was so big and I am not fully dilated. So my doctor decided to do a C-Section delivery at 1:07am Jan 30,2009 , our daughter Jolie Mikyla Hayes was born. She's 8.9 lbs. and 21.5 inches long. Thank God she's fine and healthy. And both of us are healthy. As off today I am still in medication and in healing process. So, I might be not fully active yet but I will definitely keep you guys in touch.

Yup I am still pregnant. We are still waiting and waiting for the finale day!!!! It's been a week that I am having bad day ...almost everyday...I will tell that this is the hardest part during pregnancy the last month. I am about 39weeks and 5days. I am due on Jan20 so we are still waiting!!! Everybody is waiting. And asking me!!!When she will come out???? I said "I don’t know", maybe she still enjoying inside my tummy.
Well guys I just want to say hello to everybody and to all my friends are keep buzzing me at my CBOX thank you all. I will catch you all up!!!Soon. Miss you guys...

Treatment Center

When I was in high school my brother experimented with marijuana. He only used it on the weekends and at parties that I know of. After high school he went on to college for a degree in teaching and psychology. When he was there I guess that’s when he started drinking. He’d tell stories about parties and people and the crazy ass shit he did. Somewhere between classes and parties he drank. He drank a lot. So much so, that his grades started to fall and he found himself with a DUI. Kinda funny, but funny in a “dark comedy” kind of way. He got a DUI in the McDonald’s parking lot. He was ordering food, says the police report, and the attendant called the cops on him. She said he sounded drunk. In fact he was. He received a diversion and paid about 1,200 dollars fine. Lost his license for a year too. He was 20 years old. He attended drug treatment center as recommended by others. There he completed the 12 steps. He says the Core Treatment Team did great. The services rendered at the treatment center were outstanding. There program was great as well. My brother said it changed his life completely. It’s an outstanding center. My brother does not drink nor consume any alcoholic to this day. Unit this day he continuous to remain in contact with friends he met there. 38weeks and 2days

I am so happy when I knew that I was pregnant last May 08. We stayed in Youngsan South Korea for about almost 3 1/2 years. All those years we did have fun and hanging out with our friends and we did exploring.
Today, We went to the hospital this morning together with my husband. I am 38weeks and 2 days now. Waiting our baby will comes out anytime she wants. By the way it's a girl. All I wish right now is she will come out healthy and safe and I will have a easy labor. I am expecting the pain I know it and my friends telling me that. My parents were not here but I know my husband will be there and as well as my in laws and friends. The doctor check me and anytime..maybe today or in next 48 hours. I don't know depends to our daughter.
So I will say to all my friends I might be take a while to talk to you all if I am starting in pain. I will catch you up guys. I will miss you.

Mike Got Promoted

Last December 31,2008 Mike got pinned. I am so proud of him and he deserved to be promoted. He's been waited too long for this and he made it!!!!! after getting the scores for 750points.

Treating Depression at Home

Treatment of depression often involves multiple and different strategies. For some patients, a few simple home remedies are all that's needed. But even those who need counseling and/or medications will benefit from these do-it-yourself techniques:

1. Exercise. The fatigue and poor motivation brought on by depression can make it very hard to get up and get moving, so resuming or increasing your former exercise program—or beginning a new one—may be difficult at first. However, the rewards should come quickly. The increased blood flow, breathing rate, and muscle use associated with exercise will improve energy levels during the day and result in more restful sleep overnight

2. Laughter. The simple act of laughing also releases endorphins, thus treating depression. Of course, being depressed can make it very hard to laugh, so this may not be practical advice in the early stages of treating severe depression. But as soon as you're able to, going out of your way to find funny things and experience some good, hearty laughter is seriously helpful!

3. Light. It is well known that the shorter days of winter are associated with seasonal affective disorder (SAD)in many people, and worsen symptoms in those with chronic depression. Increasing your exposure to natural sunlight will help elevate your mood right away, and regular light therapy can be very beneficial for treating depression.

4. Attitude. For many people, depression is caused or worsened by a variety of stressful or sad thoughts and situations. Resisting or denying a diagnosis of depression can become yet another source of stress, and actually worsen your symptoms. Failing to accomplish desired or necessary tasks, a common problem in depressed people, often makes things worse, too.
Try to take stock of your current abilities and limitations—what you can do now, not what you used to be able to do—and then set out some specific, modest goals. Just getting a few things accomplished can help to reduce stress, and that will help improve the depression.

All these!!!!! dinnerware's needs to go!!! since we got married Sept.2005. We collected a lot of dinnerware's.Our friend Deniese gaves us a new set of dinnerware's and Grandma Hayes as well. So we decided to disposed all of these. Mike brought it to his work and gave some to his soldiers and some of that are going to GOODWILL donations.

I'm kinda sad because I liked some of these dishes..Goodbye!!!!and hello to new one!

Colds and Cough

Being sick really sucks. It's been a week that I am sufferings colds and cough. I am loosing my appetite and my stomach felt like one giant knot and my energy was totally sapped.My husband taking care of me. It's hard for me because I am pregnant and I don't want to give my baby inside a sickness too. I am medicating myself which only aloud to me as a pregnant woman. Drink lots of water and juices and eat lots of vitamin C.

Mike and I saw the Fort hood Squad Team . It's outside the Fort hood East Gate. I took a pictures and it's awesome. Riding a horse with a uniform. One guy was holding a flag symbolized there troop or squad company. Well, I really don't know there company name but I enjoy taking them a pictures.

Last Saturday my husband surprise me. Around 4pm we left at the house and we went to this Pamper ME Day!!!!It's a free treat of his company for all the military spouses. Free everything. As a preggo I really need some relaxation. After I've done everything I felt good and felt so relaxed.

The free snack...fruit tray,cheese cakes,

cheese balls,brownies,some coffee,water and juices.

Putting some moisturizers on the face.

Scrubbing my hands...with rock salt with honey

She was really good massaging my hands.

Of course my favorite part the massage..

my therapist Aqua Brown,she was good.

I remember year 2005 my husband and I were in South Korea. He is in the military service and I am a fulltime teacher. We just got married and about a year after I ask my husband to buy a pet. Today my friend Jaja will be going to Bahamas with her son Nicolas. I really want to go to Bahamas and do have fun and enjoy every single day I was there. Oh well! I guess we will be there soon with Mike and our daughter..hehehe..Jaja will spend there time with her mom in Bahamas and celebrate Christmas together.It is so sweet! mother,daughter,grandson all together. She came here this morning to dropped her aquarium with one fish,supposed to be two fish but one gold fish got dead last month poor little fish! I have to take care of her fish for 3 weeks..My husband likes aquarium too maybe soon he will buy of his own.

Hahahha I was laughing my self alone..when I saw both of them like this. Focker was on top of the cage and Soju was inside....I ask him to get done and go to his cage but he won't listened to me..hahahah!!!!so funny!!!!
