80 g sukker&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Æg og sukker piskes til æggesnaps&lt;br /&gt;
Fløden varmes i en gryde (evt tilsat en vanillestang). Når den koger op, tages den af blusset og hældes i æggesnapsen under omrøring.&lt;br /&gt;
Fordel crèmen i 6 små skåle, og stil dem i et ildfast fad, som derefter fyldes halvt med vand.&lt;br /&gt;
Bages i ovnen ved 100 gr i 75 min.&lt;br /&gt;
Tages ud og står til afkøling lidt, inden de sættes i køleskabet til fuldstændig afkøling i mindst en time.&lt;br /&gt;
Drys ca 1 tsk sukker over hver enkelt og smelt sukkeret med gasbrænderen, indtil der er dannet en brun skorpe. Hvis du ikke har en brænder, kan du bruge ovnens grill i ca 3 min. i stedet (så skal de bare stå i vandbad).&lt;br /&gt;
Sæt de færdige Crème Brulée&#39;er i køleskabet igen, indtil de skal serveres.&lt;br /&gt;

Det vil være fint at servere med nogle bær - blåbær, hindbær, jordbær - eller kiwi, ananas eller lign, til at hamle op med den meget søde smag.&lt;br /&gt;

Blandes til en god dej, som hæver 30-45 min.&lt;br /&gt;

2,5 dl mælk&lt;br /&gt;
1 æg&lt;br /&gt;
2 spsk maizena&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsk vanille&lt;br /&gt;
1-2 spsk sukker&lt;br /&gt;
Cremen skal laves samtidig eller før dejen, da den skal nå at afkøle inden brug.&lt;br /&gt;
Det hele blandes i gryden og varmes op under omrøring. Husk at røre helt i bund, da mælken nemt kan brænde på. Når den er færdig, hæld den da over på en tallerken, så den afkøler hurtigere.&lt;br /&gt;

Bag knækbrødet midt i ovnen ved 200 gr i 15-20 min, til det er gyldent. &lt;br /&gt;
