The other way is to click the “create screenshot” button in your “preview” and you get a page that will make a .jpg of your newsletter. You sometimes have to “right click” and “refresh” this page if it loads too fast and gives you an error message. That screenshot can be “saved” by right clicking” it and “save image as”

Finally, if you publish your newsletter, and then start the process to email it, you get a three part process page. The first is another opportunity to print your screenshot. The second is your mailing list and the third is the mailing button. If you have a screenshot done, then skip the second step and in the far right, choose to send a sample to yourself. It should come through with the whole newsletter (all pages) in a .jpg image that is in full proportion in the body of your email. You can right click that and “save image as” to get the .jpg of your newsletter.
