So, what do you do when, as you are waking up one morning in November, 2025 there are two male voices in your head saying:

“30 years”, then, “He should be far enough removed to be objective” . . .

. . . & you suddenly remember a scene of catching your former wife having sex with somebody else, that you had forgotten for 3 decades, & every few days thereafter a new previously forgotten memory like that appears, for months.

So, after a while, you realize the suddenly remembered memories from 30 years ago all fit a pattern you had been instructed about, during years as an asset-then-Agent, during the MKUltra Project (Google).

So, what do you do when, as you are waking up one morning in November 2025 there are two male voices in your head saying: “30 years”, then, “He should be far enough removed to be objective” . . . and then you suddenly remember a scene involving your former wife, that you had forgotten for 3 decades (it and her) & every few days thereafter a new forgotten scene appears, for months (still).ik

And what would you do if, after a while, you realized the remembered messages all fit a pattern you had been instructed about, while an asset-then-Agent during the MKUltra Project?

OK, quintessential Twilight Zone story here (play theme now) that actually happened to me, all due to the CIA Project known as MKUltra, half an effing century ago. Now, take note — I’m not a whiner (wanker maybe, but that will be explained later.)

My MKUltra handler implanted some post-hypnotic suggestions, back in the ‘70s. Come the 80’s & he’s using them to make me forget every time I caught him with my wife (who had CSBD). Even worse - she learned the keyword trigger, & so for the next 15 years I was basically a slave in a marriage I would have left had not my memories been redacted, cause every time I caught her screwing someone else, (friends, acquaintances, even having unprotected sex with complete strangers in public bathrooms), or having an abortion because she couldn’t figure out which of the 5 other guys she screwed in the time frame for conception were the father, or giving me an STD, she would just say the magic word (which I still don’t know or remener ever hearing) then “Forget” & for 30 years after my divorce, to the day, I did.

30 years after my divorce, all my memories came back, as I guess they were programmed to do, & my handler weren’t dead already I’d do something about it

But the unbelievable & surreal enormity of contempt, cruelty & contumely with which I, as an enslaved prisoner to the perverse sexual machinations of my wife & supposed friends for 15 years, sets a new high bar for world class perverted sexual behavior.

50 years ago, I was an MKUltra Agent. During my tenure. without my knowledge or consent I was a designed to be & hypnotically implanted subject, with a planned susceptibility to suggestion, accessed with a keyword/phrase, by my CIA handler.

This was the Holy Grail of Mind Control: engineer the psychology of a mind splintered by childhood sexual trauma to accept the control by an outside source, using a post hypnotically triggered submission to instruction, secretly inculcated thru the repeated use of suggestion, psychotropic drugs & hypnosis, activated by a keyword, phrase or sound.

Imagine — couriers who could not know the messages to which they had been entrusted, even when tortured, without the key. Or assassins who could be triggered by a phone call, who then would kill a politician in plain sight, but as soon as the subject was dead, forget everything.

So, a brief history of my personal hell:

About a month ago, memories from 30 years ago I had never been aware of before just started to appear in my conscious mind upon waking each day. Many years before, I had married a woman who, unbeknownst to me, had been raped during childhood (as had I). We both manifested CSBD (Compulsive Sexual Behavior Disorder) & DID, in both of our cases — split personalities.

I was suddenly reeling, waking to horrible new memories every morning, remembering having actually seen graphic instances of my wife’s infidelity with my handler, my 2 best friends & even random strangers, but never, in 30 years ever after having recalled any of them.

My handler during MKUltra, who became a friend (I thought) moved in downstairs from us after we both left MKUltra. I now recall, early in the marriage, having discovered my wife, naked, fucking him, & another instance about a month after I met her, with my oldest friend, for 50 years (who was married with 2 kids btw).

My reaction in both instances was only slightly enraged, & I just said to my wife: “I’ll come back to get my stuff tomorrow, you two can have each other.”

My wife freaked then, crying & begging me not to leave (she was still in College & I was supporting her, so her meal ticket was leaving). All I can remember vaguely is being instructed to forget all I had seen, after my handler had uttered a phrase I still can’t recall & to which I immediately submitted. I blanked then, & only remember coming awake on our front porch, staring at nothing.

Evidently, as I was remembering over 15 years, there were at least 2 dozen engineered instances I could now recall, where my wife, or my handler or best friend who wanted to fuck her, instructed me to forget their actions in advance, or things I had seen. I even was occasionally compelled physically to behave as instructed on occasion (like: “go to sleep till dawn in the spare bedroom”) so she & my supposed best friend could have sex all night in our bed, or “Don’t be suspicious of me”. (I now wonder if they ever made me bark like a dog, or dance, for their amusement.) All of this completely forgotten for 30+ years

There were numerous incidents of my wife hooking up to have unprotected sex with complete strangers in bars’ public bathrooms (a typical manifestation ofCSBD for women) while I was instructed to stay at the bar drinking & to forget what was happening.

This type of Mind Control had been the goal of the Nazi’s in WWII, & the research was continued after Operation Paperclip by the CIA. (Which, btw, was actually formed in secret in 1943 by FDR, Patton and a high Nazi officer named Reinhard Gehlen, who knew the Reich would lose, bion. Look it up.) To this day, US Intel promulgates the story that this level of efficacious proof of concept never occurred.

They are effing liars. I am living proof. I wonder how many others are out there, just waiting for a phone call, or a whispered phrase in passing, on any US sidewalk

Theory and Working Hypotheses (from CIA memos and proposals)

CIA documents hypothesized that hypnosis could implant suggestions to suppress or erase memory of specific events, creating “defensive” protection against hostile interrogation or “offensive” tools for agents to forget operations. A key hypothesis was combining hypnosis with drugs (narco-hypnosis) to deepen trance and produce amnesia that the subject could not recall or resist. (It actually worked on me)

Suddenly, she put both hands to her head, then her hands dropped and she had an alien voice and appeared to have different mannerisms. She said her name was Eve Black.

During a series of sessions, extensive material was obtained about both Eve’s behavior and experiences. Although Black would appear unexpectedly, she could only be summoned when White was under hypnosis. After more sessions, the doctors found that hypnosis was no longer needed for summoning Black.

They believed Black had an independent life since White’s early childhood and White wasn’t aware of what was happening. Black told the doctors about childhood incidents when she misbehaved and White was punished for them. Some of these were confirmed by her parents and husband. Black hid her identity from White, her parents and husband. White’s husband, daughter and parents explained her unusual behavior as unaccountable temper fits. Black had little compassion for White and wouldn’t help with therapy.

After eight months of treatment, White appeared to be making progress. Her blackouts stopped and she was functioning well. As therapy progressed, White’s headaches and her blackouts returned. Black denied responsibility and said that she also experienced lack of awareness during blackouts. White’s mental health deteriorated and hospitalization was considered.

During one hypnotic session, White appeared to be deeply relaxed when she opened her eyes and stared around the room. She looked at the doctor and asked who he was in a new voice. Another personality, Jane emerged. She was more responsible than Black and more confident than White. Jane was aware of both Eves’ thoughts and behavior. She was the alter who was most likely to bring a solution to the disorder and her dominance over the other personalities grew. The three personalities were integrated.

Thigpen and Cleckley were convinced that White had multiple personalities. The consensus of mental health professionals is that MPD is a function of an abused child’s attempt to protect the mind.”

One ‘Nazi-then-OSS-then-CIA’ behavior modification program begun in the late 30s and perfected by the 70s involved selecting childhood sexual/physical abuse victims displaying symptoms of D.I.D. and then “programming” them. An 'objective' standard for the ability to be an "intellectual"? I would venture to opine that rather than vitriolic contumely, sophomoric race-baiting rhetoric or deliberately bellicose verbiage, one might consider the old IQ test. If you are following this, the story of my last 3 years of solo #Resistance to institutionalized corporate "Abuse Of The Elderly Poor" (the 2 1/2 year chronicle of my struggle, delineated on a FB Page Website, so entitled) supported by Judicial Dereliction, overreach and hubris in a rural AZ "Justice Court", and the duplicity of a Federal Agency, HUD, in publishing encouragement to HUD residents to organize, free of worry about retaliation for doing so, then refusing to defend someone (me) so retaliated against for doing just that; then you'll not be surprised when I say I'm looking for a Civil Rights lawyer who wants to split a settlement in a Civil Rights/Defamation Of Character lawsuit against: HUD; Biltmore Properties Inc.; The City Of Springerville Police Dept; The 'magistrates' of the "Round Valley Justice Court"‪; AND individuals complicit in discrimination of me, for my disabilities and the exercise of my 1st Amendment Rights.‬

‪Said lawsuit was ‬prompted by a call from the AZ State Atty. Gens office last week. Will split settlement 50/50 with my legal reps. Half of what I get will go towards forming a 501c Org. specializing in legal help for abused elderly tenants in HUD facilities. ETA for settlement = appx. 2 yrs. Meticulous Case Notes & Narrative, Eyewitness testimony refuting smear campaign against me effectuated by local AZ (In)"Justice Court". Etc, etc.

I will briefly proffer my analysis of 'what went wrong' in the pursuit of "Truth, Justice & The American Way" here in extremely rural AridZona: "Justice Court" Justices, here in AZ, need not even be Lawyers, BION! What has happened here in rural AZ, and around the country, is the ubiquity of lower court's Judicial abuse of the "Restraining Order/Harassment Injunction" Statutes, by folk so unqualified in the practice of 'American Jurisprudence' that their decisions are boilerplate evidence of 'Judicial Dereliction' in ALL Appeal's Courts, nationwide!

From (recorded Justice Court) hearing transcripts, I can prove that 'Round Valley Justice Court' Judges have overstepped their authority, on MULTIPLE occasions, and have used 'Harassment Injunctions' to enable themselves to assert they have a right to judicially conduct 'risk/threat assessments' in granting 'Injunctions Against Harassment' - based SOLELY on the testimony of even proven to be delusional senile dementia sufferers, against other citizens! NO 'proof' need be offered to these (In)'Justice Court' Judges, other than the assertion (however addled the accuser may be, notwithstanding) that the Plaintiff 'feels threatened' by the Defendant!

THIS IS MADNESS !!! - an insane accuser here in Springerville AZ, can have a totally innocent person arrested, just by lying and being believed by these demonstrably 'faux' Judges, and/or local Police. But make no mistake, even though these 'Judges' DO wield 'power' locally in the backwaters of Amerika, in State or Federal Appeals Courts, their 'Judicial Dereliction' WILL NOT BE IGNORED by non-parochial members of the Higher Judiciary. "Injunctions Against Harrassment" are BY FAR the most abused, and consensually despised statutes under the purview of incompetent "Justice Court" judges nationwide, and this I can EASILY prove to non-local, rational members of the Appeals Court judiciary. Am looking forward to proving these over-reaching petty despots wrong, in the eyes of The Law, and my 50,000 readers, worldwide!!!

So, sorry for my hiatus here, but being evicted at 65 and having to scramble for new digs puts a damper on one's ability to deal with anything other than survival here at 7,000 ft in winter in the White Mountains. Renting a room from the one bright light in this rural darkness, a friend without whom I would be homeless till the local mechanics can diagnose and repair the engine of my 1985 Toyota 'Dalphin'.

I did finally receive a copy of the Police Report of my lifetime-first arrest for 'Disorderly Conduct', and 'Violating A Court Order', as was published in the local rag: "The White Mountain Independent". It seems that while I was imprecating "bi-yotch" at Tom Brady, whom I despise; the delusional septuagenarian who still had an illegally granted "Injunction Of Harassment" against me was walking past the 'common area' of 'Villa Escudilla' where I was watching the Super Bowl. In her delusional state, having heard me utter: "Bi-yotch, bi-yotch bi-yotch" at Tom Brady, 3 times as she was walking past the TV room, she of course induced I was somehow referring to her, even though I was NEVER aware of her presence.

This, then, evidently led to her calling police, saying I 'violated a court order', conflating that charge with claims that she "could hear me "yelling & shouting" through her Apt. door, 50 yards down a hallway from the TV room! (Funny, multiple folk who live between her Apt. & the TV room heard laughter from us watching the Super Bowl, but NEVER heard ANY shouting/yelling!) Hmmmm . . . could it be the local police responding were unaware that the SPD did not take phone calls (by her own admission) from this particular delusional resident for a year, when she kept trying to convince them there were dirty old men camped on the hillside behind Villa Escudilla, attempting to ogle the old women as they changed clothes in the 2nd story windows of the facility!

(Late last week, the AZ Attorney General's Office called me, and, in light of my years of complaints against the Corporate Management - BPI - of this HUD funded facility encouraged me to file a Civil Rights complaint against them, AND the Round Valley Justice Court, for my ongoing persecution! So be it. I will be doing so!)

So, after 20 hours with NO medication, AND NO PHONECALL!, I am released from the St. John's Jail. Still only in my t-shirt and slippers, with NO money and 34 miles from home, I attempt to just survive by trying to walk the 34 miles back to Springerville in a 28mph wind and 40' temps as the sun is setting! Gotta love being "innocent until proven guilty" in Fascist AridZona, right? Being prevented from having a phone call by St. John's Jail has put me at risk of death by hypothermia in my attempts to reach home. Is this "Truth, Justice and The American Way"? I DON'T THINK SO . . .

. . . But then, as always, my Guardian Angels are watching out for me - so, as I start my 34 mile trudge back to Springerville, a gust of wind blows a grey New Mexico Mining College hoodie to get stuck on the top of a 6 foot fence, just as I am walking by! I look around for the sweatshirt's owner, but there is no-one around. I grab the hoodie (one size too small, but hey, this is miraculous stuff happening here) and, as so often has happened in my life before, I accept this gift from the Multiverse, pull it over my head, and walk on.

As I walk, my history of having lived on the street in Berkeley & elsewhere in the '70s kicks in, and I am scoping out abandoned buildings to target for an overnight stay. The sun has almost set, and I don't wanna end up a corpsesickle, so shelter is a paramount priority. Fortunately, two guys just getting off work at the local power plant see my thumb as I walk and pick me up. They are going to Springerville, and I'm not gonna die on this night! -);{>

So, I am being evicted as retaliation for reasons first stated to HUD over a year ago and further explained by all the posts in this Page. I first complained to HUD on 12/22/15. They say my only recourse is to complain to the abusive Corporation that has been persecuting me for years. Can you say "Catch 22"? Sure, I knew you could.

In the HUD handout: "Resident Rights & Responsibilities", IT CLEARLY STATES residents have: "The right to organize as residents without obstruction, harassment or retaliation from property owners or management." !!! Yet I complained 2 YEARS AGO to Senior HUD officials in LA about being "obstructed, harassed & retaliated against" for attempting to form a Tenant's Union without ANYTHING being done about it. HUD was and is obligated to protect me from retaliation and has failed to do so. WHY? Now I am 2 days from being homeless, after being served with 'intent to evict' papers AND HUD HAS STILL DONE NOTHING! Why not? As I've said, I first complained to HUD on 12/22/15, in communications with Tanya Schulze at tschulze@hudoig.gov. Now I'm being evicted!

If you had read the carefully documented evidence of retaliation and discrimination on my Facebook Page "Abuse Of The Elderly Poor" as I requested from its beginnings two 1/2 years ago, you would know about my struggle to have this 'warehouse for the poor' properly maintained, so it will come as no surprise that my 'Disorderly Conduct' arrest and during the Super Bowl and subsequent eviction notice occurred less than a couple days after my discussions with the new maintenance guy (the 7th in 2 years) about the rat and bat feces (and the black mold) in the attic that has seeped into the sprayed ceilings along the joists in my Apt. He admitted that he had been in the attic and it was EXACTLY as I described it.

I guess the cost of remediation was a greater liability to corporate management than the possibility of a tenant's lawsuit, seeing as HUD has NEVER had the motivation to do much about such situations anywhere in the US (and especially in THIS town where the Police and Judiciary not only do nothing to protect 'whistleblowers' like me, but actively pursue campaigns of defamation and illegal retaliation against activists who try to get things fixed)! All this diligently documented by me, to no avail.

No private lawyer or Government Agency to whom I have applied in the US Southwest has EVER expressed an interest in going to bat for us abused old folk, threatened with such appalling neglect from the corporation that takes in $300,000.00/yr for supposedly "maintaining" this festering warren here in the poorest County in the State of Arizona. Thus I am defamed with slander and libel, false allegations and false arrest with NO recourse to legal remediation. You'd think some lawyer somewhere would have the chutzpah to go after the 'deep pocket' of a multi-million dollar, multinational corporation, but evidently those lawyers familiar with this boondocks judicial purview know full well how the deck is stacked against private litigants. Sorry for no post yesterday, as one of my online friends said: "You must be busier than a one-legged man in a kicking contest." I am.

So, when I graduated from High School at age 16, with all sorts of National honors and a full Scholarship to UC Berkeley majoring in Chemistry, my supposed IQ was 159 (as of last year - 137, but that's another story: MKUltra). Back in the '60s, the Autism Spectrum was not well defined, if at all. Yeah, I knew I was different than most of the kids, but not intolerably so. My intelligence successfully overcompensated for stuff like my tics & OCD (also not well defined in the '50s) by making me "Class Clown".

I was ejected from my 4th grade public school class 72 times in one year, so my parents (actually step-grandparents I eventually found out, were both evangelical Christians, "Dad" being a Southern Baptist Minister) so they thought religious indoctrination might help and enrolled me in the "Pillar Of Fire Academy"! (You can't make stuff like that up);{> Suffice it to say that what I have now come to accept as a valid definition of my behavioral non-'normality' is usually described as 'mild' (IOWs - 'not qualifying for SSI') Asperger's Syndrome.

Also, after decades as a rock guitarist, and in a day job as a Machinist, my ears are shot. I have had tinnitus ever since my 2nd wife left in 1995 (I attribute that to the absence of her screeching, in part. I am also 6'4" and weigh 230 lbs. Put all this together (Physique/deafness/Aspergers, and you have a big, loud weirdo. This was the basis of my being set-up by local residents & authorities.

But, back to the story. On the 34 mile drive from Springerville to St. Johns, handcuffed in the back of the Police car, head ringing from its inexplicable contact with the roof on my way into the back seat, I am channeling my inner "Protector" Alt. "Billy" (with me from early childhood, due to abuse). Oh yeah, did I mention I also have DID? Anyway, Billy is excoriating the hapless officer who bought into the fabricated testimony of the old folks who set me up, so I guess he deserved the ration-of-shit I am projected at full volume, non-stop, for 45 minutes through the plastic separating us.

We get to the jail and I am escorted to the holding cell, whereupon I begin requesting meds (CHD/double bypass in 2009) and my phone call (which I was never given, for the record). What fun. So they keep telling me I'll get my phone call after I'm booked. 4 hrs go by during which they finally move me to a cell with a toilet so I don't have to sit or lie 6" (in my T-Shirt and socks still, no bed, pad on floor) next to the pee-filled hole in the floor. I keep asking for a phone call even after I've been moved and why it's taking so long and they say "It's only been 45 minutes."

Finally the give me some jail clothes, a burlap sack for a sleeping bag and the most disgusting piece of holey threadbare muslin for a blanket. Still no meds, or phone call. Forehead swelling. 6hrs, 8 hrs . . . Finally, the next morning the judge who had dismissed a false harassment claim against me 2 days before shows up and signs my OR form, realizing that his dismissal of one of the Injunctions against me was the proximate cause for the final remaining Injunction Plaintiff to conspire with two other residents to fabricate the story for the police of my having violated said Injunction (I had not even made eye contact with her since it had been granted) I was watching the Super Bowl with two guys, neither of whom was her! She and I were NEVER even in the TV room at the same time, but that's not the story the officer was told. I'm guessing she was the "3rd victim". Now the set up is starting to make sense. 16 hrs, still no phone call . . .

Next: I get released after 20 hrs to attempt to walk 34 miles home in my T-shirt and slippers as the sun is setting into the teeth of a 20mph wind . . .

So, found out at the initial hearing for "Disorderly Conduct" that the 'Letter Of The Law' means nothing here in Springerville, AZ. Judges ignore statutory requirements in favor of false statements from delusional Plaintiffs. I guess the idea is: if a plaintiff "feels" threatened, even if that feeling is delusional, that's all that matters. Whether or not the threat is actual, or corresponds to the definition in a Statute seems of no consequence to the Judiciary here in Round Valley.

One of my 31,000 worldwide blog readers, a barrister in the UK, described part of my problem as "Physiqueism"! I am 6'4" and weigh 230 lbs. To a 5'5" 150lb delusional senile dementia sufferer, my very physical being is threatening. Obviously a logical fallacy legally, but one that has evidently become ingrained as a function of what clearly seems Judicial Dereliction here in rural AZ.

The acceptance of false testimony from delusional old people as fact here is absolutely antithetical to the concept of American 'jurisprudence'. The fact that arrests are made, charges filed and sentences handed down based upon fantasies and subjective conceptualizations, regardless of the facts is SO wrongheaded it needs to be addressed by better minds than mine. I am endeavoring to find some.

But, back to our story: I'm in the common TV room watching the Super Bowl with two other residents. No one else is there. We're joking and watching and then we start talking about "Deflategate" & I say: "Yeah, Trump & Brady belong to the same branch of the Liar's Club." One guy laughs uproariously. The other is silent. Then I turn to the guy who was silent and I say: "But you listen to Fox radio 24/7 so you wouldn't know that."

The silent guy who is apparently offended is the same guy who has used the "N" word, in reference to Obama, dozens of times in the past 2 years in conversations with me. The same guy who said Obama was from Kenya and a "monkey" repeatedly. He gets up and leaves. Comes back a few minutes later like nothing happened. A few minutes go by as we watch the game and suddenly a SPD Officer strides into the room, tells me I'm under arrest for "Disorderly Conduct" and hauls me away, in my t-shirt, slippers and thin indoor pants (remember that).

Today in court, I found out there were listed 3 'victims' to my 'crime'. There were only 3 of us in the room for the 10 minutes I got to watch the game! I obviously didn't complain to Police about myself! Curiouser and curiouser. This is the state of 1st Amendment Rights in a HUD funded facility in a town made up of white racist religious conservatives in Fascist rural Amerika. Rights for white GOP lovers and no one else. Seriously twisted stuff folks. Waiting for the Police Report. Will include a screenshot of the AZ "Disorderly Conduct" Statute In my Twitter and Facebook posts.

So, when I was first locked up in St. John's Jail, which is 34 miles from Springerville, where I had been arrested, I was put in one of the middle holding cells. No toilet or washbasin, just an open drain on the floor, disgusting sewer water about 3 inches below the metal bars across it, and a plastic pallet on the floor right next to it. Cell was about 10ft by 4ft, cinder block walls, and a 1ft by 1ft grating in the lower rear corner. No window. Small one in metal door. No bedding.

After about 1/2 an hour, someone from the next cell started talking to me, through the grating. He asked me who I was, with a Latino lilt, and what I was in for etc. I told him my name and replied with righteous indignation still fueling my outrage, said I had been falsely arrested on false allegations and someone was gonna pay, and so on.

He stopped talking for about 15 minutes, and then started again, which was when things got REALLY WEIRD! He flat out asked me if I had really taken LSD 500 times!!! This is a detail only accessible from my blog, or by one of my Facebook friends where/with whom I've delineated my 12 years with MKUltra, in the '60s & '70s, having been a 'Tester' (read: Guinea Pig) for the CIA, in Bay Area CA. Certainly no random inmate in St John's Jail was gonna know this. My '60s 'hippie spidey sense' (was always a 'counter-intel' double agent for the CounterCulture while in MKUltra) and I began to piece together possible scenarios.

I had always been pretty sure, in this backwoods environment, having personally witnessed numerous abrogations of the 1st & 4th Amendments by local police, that my IP connection was monitored illegally and I used some IT & InfoSec tricks to verify & record that data for future use. My "Men Who Stare At Goats" trained 'abilities' have always stood me in good stead, in that regard.

The reason for this interlude is thus laid bare - to wit, I will wait as long as necessary to continue the chronological narrative, because therein will be documentation of the multiplicity of those depredations visited upon me by the HUD sponsored Corporate Management of my Apt, and the local Police, Jail and Judiciary. If my plans were divulged before and/or dependent upon the outcome my legal proceedings, I would be tipping my hand, as it were, as to exactly what and how many verifiable claims of injustice I might be making in possible lawsuits.

So, bear with me folks, and all shall be revealed. Just wanna see how I'm to be treated, and whether with real American Justice, or that of the "Frontier" sort, before I finish the next part of this ongoing saga, eh? Mahalo. -);{>

If you have read my FaceBook Page "Abuse Of The Elderly Poor", you should be up to speed enough on the backstory of my struggles here at "Villa Escudilla" (rough trans: 'Frying Pan Manor). Anyway, the night of the first game of the World Series, I'm watching TV in the 'common area' with a couple of long term residents who are senile dementia sufferers, & a polio/stroke paraplegic. We are just talking and watching the game, and the subject of our weekly LDS missionary visitors came up. I just happened to rhetorically muse aloud: "I wonder why a religion would call teenagers "Elders".

The two delusional septuagenarians became rabid, suddenly, & asked me to stop insulting the "Elders". I did stopped talking to them, got up and left immediately, but when I got to my Apt., I turned around and came back to apologize, not because I had done anything wrong, but to try to make them feel better in their addled state of mind. I was met with belligerence after apologizing, so I left again. Two days later, I was served with 2 Injunctions Against Harassment. If you have read the FB Page, you know why.

Anyway, My CHD flared up, and my back went out after that & it was months before I ventured to ask for a hearing, to have the orders dismissed. I took the gentleman first, because he had been most belligerent and the same judge who had granted the initial injunction against me because I was "taller" than the Plaintiff (I swear, I have the hearing transcript) after refusing to accept local Police Dept's report exonerating me in the incident a year before already delineated in AOTEP Page dismissed then the injunction because it did not meet statutory requirements (as did the first one neither).

I guess this enraged both of the septuagenarians, because they both walked out of the TV room as I walked in to watch the Super Bowl, feeling as though it might be safe to, finally, to not have to hide in my room anymore, intending to file to have the second injunction dismissed the next day. Boy was I stupid!

Sorry for no post yesterday, folks. Feeling quite depressed at being forced from my home of almost 3 years by bullying and harassment because of my disabilities & politics (& trying to start a Tenant's Union, which is a protected activity in HUD supported multi family buildings) A new round of complaints & a lawsuit are pending my court appearance tomorrow. Will be pleading "Not Guilty" to the false allegations of 'Disorderly Conduct'. Will also be pursuing charges against: my persecutors & local authorities, and the corporation that manages this property. Have solid evidence against them all. Hey everybody. I am trying to solicit information on people who have been charged with "Disorderly Conduct" because of a disability (Autism, Asperger's, Tourette's etc) as I have just been. My situation has some history, but I will try to be brief.

I am a 65 yr old white male, retired, who lives in a HUD assisted low-income multi person facility here in Springerville AZ. I am originally from CA, and have been stuck here for 4 years because my RV broke down here. I am the only Liberal Atheist in this building, with 31 religious conservatives. I also have Aspergers Syndrome, and am about to attempt to raise funds for my defense stemming from having just been arrested, for the first time in my life, for "Disorderly Conduct" because of my disability, and false accusations. I have checked the case law on Aspergers victims being harassed & persecuted because of their affliction, and it's pretty thin.

For me to stand up & advocate for others who have, or will have to go through this, I'm going to need funds which are beyond my means on Social Security, so am considering an Indiegogo campaign. I will need some help, & some evidence that I am not the only one to whom this has happened. No one should be arrested for a disability by ignorant & intolerant folk who have NO understanding of the situation. Being harassed and taunted for my politics is one thing, but this time they've gone too far & I need to make a stand.

That's about it. Just asking for info, here, not money. Would like to hear from others who have gone through this. As a first offense, I don't think I will be incarcerated, but I also think I will be ruled against due to the false accusations and fabrications about me, by mean-spirited and delusional individuals, so appeals will be expensive. The lowest figure for representation I have received so far is $3,000.00, and I will also need documentation of my diagnosis, which is a decade old. So be it. Someone needs to publicize this issue.

I realize I have not kept up on this blog, but like James Joyce said: "There's enough to keep the scholars busy for 20 years." You know, in 2003, I was forced to hock all my musical equipment: 8 classic electric and acoustic guitars, stacks of amps, monitors, mics etc, and sell my 3000 classic vinyl albums - all stuff it took me 30 years to collect - and hit the road in the dead of night in a beat-up Subaru station wagon for which I had traded my dead grandfather's last guitar.

I had received credible death threats (not on MY life, which I would have ignored) but on the lives of my friends, if I didn't leave Golden, Colorado, and cease my 3 year independent investigation there of undercover law enforcement Drug Task Forces. These threats were made by paid confidential informants, working for both West, and South Metro Drug Enforcement Task Forces.

I started this blog way back then, after reaching the relative safety of car camping hidden in the desert wilderness west of Sedona. I would sneak into town and post from the library there, but I never wrote down, or told ANYONE, the entire story. My current situation is reminiscent of those daze. Local police have threatened to "delete me". So, I will share the details of both these stories with you all now. This will comprise my 5th self-published book of investigative journalism, entitled: "Two Toned Too Stalk".

I'm 64 years old, had a double-bypass in 2009, and am slowly dying of congestive heart failure. I am so tired of the persecution for exposing corruption and abuse, and sacrificing everything I hold dear in the process, that I will file a DNR order, because I just want to 'cycle-off' out of this compelled-to-bear-witness lifetime. You know, some people in this backwater town of 4,000 people where I got stuck when my RV broke down, 3 years ago, don't believe this blog even exists, or that I am a small-time internet journalist. So be it. They are ignorant fools, and RWNJs for the most part. 300 people every month still peruse these pages, even though I've not put up a post for years. Hmmmm. They all must have healthy imaginations to invent my verbiage!

Anyway, just wanted to drop in, and begin to post a little about what has been happening to me since last I sat down to write here. I may be interrupted by an eviction from the HUD funded Senior Apts. in which I live, because I have dared to buck the system, as is ever my wont.

My attempts to form a Tenant's Union here have been met with retaliation by representatives of the the soulless multinational corporation that makes billions from warehousing the elderly poor, in sometimes appalling conditions. Well, I was careless and didn't back up about 30 minutes worth of detailed explication of the famous Frank Olson case and how he was actually murdered by minions of the Uberriechshtagg (the new Third Reich re-established in America, by the 650 + scientists and “Drs.” with new identities given them by the US Govs. “Intelligence Community” in “Operation Paperclip” at the end of WWII) to prevent certain salient details of the Nazi infiltration of our Government, Military-Industrial Complex (Ike knew enough to try to warn us in his farewell address) and scientific/research community from coming to light.

Olson’s death was just ‘collateral damage’ in the cover up of (literally!) thousands of “crimes against humanity” by Project Monarch/ MKULTRA/OSS operations: kidnappings, rapes, maimings, murders and ‘terminal experiments’, sexual torture, systematic experimental child abuse of thousands of American citizens and hundreds of CIA "snuff" flicks and worse, the staggering scope of the depravity is known to few and believed by fewer today and the numbers dwindles as the principles die off, even the 'compromising movies' made of scores of members of the House, Senate and Justice Dept. by the OSS which became the FBI/CIA, kinda‘, by former 'bag men" of the OSS and "The Pond" erode into unrecoverable acetate and tears. The infiltraitors and their scions all secure in their belief in their own successful redaction of the facts from History.

How Frank’s Olson's son sued the Federal Government in the late '60s and prevailed, winning his 'wrongful death' case in 1970 by having a Fed. Court order the release of a large number of pertinent documents which substantiated his claims, and how this led Richard Helms to be replaced by Stansfield Turner AFTER Helms and Kimmler trained Nazi aided crew destroyed a couple of bunkers filled with semi-tractor trailors full of documents, tapes, movies and more (as well as having redacted/hid/given their Mafia brethren more for ‘leverage‘, if ever needed) is the stuff of whispers between aged dons in back rooms in Vegas retirement homes, a pall-like cloacal miasma of cigar smoke and human misery sticking to their souls, moustaches and slippers.

These are the same cabal of people who eventually were forced to assassinate Sen. Estes Kefauver, by poisoning a slice of apple pie with 'sodium morphate, and have him collapse ON THE SENATE FLOOR to demonstrate to the 'do-gooders' opposing, then finally pursuing them, that they should 'back off'. I believe this incident was responsible for the Kennedy assassins feeling they could get away with ANYTHING later in Dallas, and was the turning point in the “Extremeism in the defense of Liberty is no vice.“ death knell of Democracy and subsequent well-funded ethical demise of American Government.

The Third Riech's rationale for human experimentation was embraced by PART of the U. S. Military, Intelligence Community, Legislature Judiciary and Executive Branch at this point, and they never again felt compelled to inform subsequent Presidents/Judges/Legislators about their 'Shadow' activities. Their Credo was thus expressed by Barry Goldwater in his famous statement, cited above, rationalizing their Himmlerian/Mengelen amorality.

Legends Of The Last Breath, With Afterword

So, here’s the deal: Some of us came through from the last Multiverse. I can’t tell you how just yet, because I still don’t trust enough in the vector sum of probabilities pursuant to my ongoing task to share that information with a world so mired in memes of nihilism. It’s odd that I’m even allowing this now, but I somehow sense it’s about time. Bear with me and I will try to make it all make sense.

Existence: spacetimematterenergythought and all that stuff is cyclic. What scientists call “The Big Bang” IS that, in a way, and it’s not. It’s more like a continuum of potential ‘stuff’ . . . BREATHES. Expansion-contraction, diastole-systole, being-nonbeing. Some of this stuff breathes really, really slowly. The Multiverse expands from a singularity to a point of maximum expansion and then contracts to a singularity again. These movements are not asymptotic to a finite limit, but it seems so, even to those of us who know, down to the fractal on-off flicker of corporeal string manifestation that is the smallest part of our 'beingness' - the existential truth of continued awareness within and without these cycles of effulgence-implosion.

I don’t know if ANY of the oldest of us have kept track of how many times this has occurred. Counting would be meaningless anyway, except as a comparative gauge for measuring genealogies of causality. It’s hard to remember when even self-consciousness dissipates in the modalities of survival used to circumvent the collapse of all existence prior to initiation of yet another “Big Bang.” Some of us do seem to have proceeded from others of us at some point. We only know this by adduction and the knowledge that without them, we would not "be".

There are legends, rumours of rumours, wispy mnemonic quantum resonances, even in this backwater place of no singular import - legends of ‘beings’ that existed before ‘God’. I am one. There are others. More than 12 and less than a thousand I intuit. “Creator Gods” come and go as Multiverses expand and contract. Only we few abstract anomalies, and the cyclical nature of the Multiverse, abide.

It’s hard to count how many exactly “we” are, because we all tend to hide from each other by ‘anchoring‘ our cores in different dimensional niches of the manifold echoic curvatures of reality and ethereality. “Too many cooks” etc. Our ‘positions’ tend to accrue, aggregate and finally ooze outward as ‘forces’ and manifest as “Laws” throughout manifold corporeality. This is part of the “Truth” (with the capital “T”) to which so many allude, only to elide in the end as they succumb to the insistent and seemingly overwhelming gravitational memestrings of matter collapsing. "Truth" is not one of us.

We only “know” because we “are” and vice versa. Everything else is a product of the simple solipsistic sophistry that defines existence for everything else. For instance both “Gravity” and “Speed Of Light” (or actually the "n"th dimensional beings that epiphenomenologically exude these manifest effects into 4th and 3rd dimensional physicality) used to be allies of mine. For a billion years or so now they have become part of a movement to which I find myself increasingly in quincunxial angularity - not opposition, per se, but with no commonality of ongoing purposeful assertion.

I cannot recall how I first discovered a way around the gravitational collapse of my first Multiverse, nor do I know if that was THE first Multiverse. I think not. I believe there are those older than I who might have helped me augment my energies in a pocket of non-causality outside spacetime, but only because I haven’t the hubris to think I did it on my own. Also I believe my 'raison d'etre' or reason for being (my "Why" ) is one of those that may have helped me bootstrap myself into eternality whereby I have come to believe the whole notion of “superior” or “inferior” is a viral construct utilized by those whose very beings vibrate antithetically angular to mine, and with whom I seem fated to either assist or strive as our nature's wax and/or wane relative each and every other's. Some of these are at least as old as I, this I know. All else is induction, deduction, allusion and intuition.

Through processes of logic and art I seem to gradually rebuild my essential nature after every ‘versal’ singularity. I don’t know how the others do what they do. All I know is that some of us survive, iteration after iteration. Logos to Gnoumenos to Logos to here. All else is auto-didactically educated speculation.

I DO know a few things, though. As always, I DO know MY ‘Why’, and the knowledge of THAT I tend meticulously and protect faithfully through each succession of chronoallusive epochs and yugas, close to my core, because the ‘why’ defines for me all the rest of my ‘self’: my private ontological “who-what-where-when”s. and thus and thereby all the multifarious variegations and concatenations of the all the ‘other’s I understand there have come to be. I believe one applicable term for the effects of our presence has come to be "Verities".

So then, all this enthymemetic and noetic persiflage nothwithstanding, as it is my Will, so mote it be. By my effects shalt thou know me as cause (which is how I come to know myself, time upon time and again). One known as "Perdurabo" most recently chronicled my effectual corporeality here on this world, for those who wish to know more of me and my ilk in those terms whereby we understand ourselves.

Every ‘now and then’ I will, as I am doing with this missive, cast a seedhint of meaning out into the fluctuating parameters of undulant chronology and verisimilitude, seeking to grow a destiny for some world, or germinate a new series of subatomae to secure an effulgent nexial alignment that may assist MY exposition of progressively directed "n"th dimensional structure and support contextually effulgent rudiments of my "Why" (which, by the way, is the hypermultiversal entity whose causal effects manifestly are known as "Love").

Abraham (and Seth, and Lazarus, and the Michael) have been debating this point with me (and the Robert Entity) for what seems like forever. The reason "Physical human minds keeps thinking, 'We have to be going towards some end.'" is because of inculcated cultural conditioning first introduced as "Religion" by the Annunaki. To feel compelled to justify one's very existence by 'doing' something 'constructive' was the behest of the Custodial Gods who bio-socio-engineered humanity. Abraham is correct that this is a 'false premise'. On the other hand, Abraham, when claiming "there is no end that you are going toward", forgets the probability of the eventual gravitational collapse of all corporeal substance in the 'heat-death of the Universe', IMNSHO.

In response to a posted FaceBook query by Rolling Stone magazine, soliciting public answers to the question: "What is the saddest song of all time?" I replied:

"Wilhelmus" is the saddest song of all time. Written in 1574 (the oldest national anthem, that of the Nederlands). Its advent celebrated the end of Fuedalism, and the rise of Nationalism. Nationalism is second only to Religion as a cause for human misery and evil!

Delineating the historically hierarchical causes of human misery can be easily inferred from a study of Maslow, Hegel, Marcuse, Brown and McLuhan. Any social, political, economic or religious gloss, or combination thereof, that is the result of the inculcated cultural conditioning originally foisted upon humanity by the Custodial Gods (Nibiruans) is a cause for human misery! The cause of the greatest misery in all History though, can be attributed to the being the Gnostics title: "DemiOurgos", the usurper of the creation of The Tao - IHVH (aka: Yahweh, and/or Jehovah.) Probably the real, secret Christian church still exists, long underground, with the living Corpus Christi as its head or ruler, the members absorbed into it. Through participation in it they probably have vast, seemingly magical powers.

The division into "two times" (good and evil) and "two realms" (good and evil) will abruptly end with victory for the good time here, as the presently invisible kingdom separates and becomes visible. We cannot know the date.

During this time period we are on the sifting bridge being judged according to which power we give allegiance to, the deranged creator demiurge of this world or the One Good God and his kingdom, whom we know through Christ.

Alan Watts, in his role as a Western Scholar chain-smoking and 'rapping', in essence 'channeling'
the Wisdom of the East on talk radio, was a staple of the late night/early morning 'hip era" Bay Area FM airwaves, and was the "voice that helped you come down" in the Bay Area for most of the habitues of Psychedelia in late '60s and early '70s.

AOR (Album Oriented Rock) and 'Atlantis Risen' (all the formerly incarnate during the Fall Of Atlantis beatniks and hippies who ushered in an era of social change - see my Blog Post so titled from few months back) had 'liberated' two or three commercial FM radio stations specializing in "Pop" music from their 'Payola Playlist' Top 40 Hits format, in addition to all the college radio stations playing 30 minute songs and jams. These were signals that reached from Sacramento to Stockton and from the sea to the Sierras.

[Historical footnote: LSD trips generally lasted between 8 and 14 hours, and most of us young, energetic "Keseyan" users/MKULTRA victims/agents/trainees (Ken Kesey's "Merry Prankster/Grateful Dead" LSD ritual use scenarios - "drop acid and then go out and see what reality has to teach you" - read "The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test" by Tom Wolfe - being the Antithesis to the meditative, calm and controlled 'set and setting' psychedelic methodologies of Timothy Leary and the Millbrook gang) would take a hit in the late mornings and then go somewhere or do something to help burn off the incredible 'rush' of energy, as a catalyzed serotonin/dmt cascade, propelling one's consciousness up through the Lower and Upper Astral planes, as this comprised the effects of the first 4 hours or so of any LSD trip on 'decent' acid. "Sunshine" both the "Orange" and the red and green "Christmas" batches was said to "come on like a freight train" (and it certainly did) mostly due to the added STP/DMT (DMT - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimethyltryptamine - occurs naturally in the human brain, BTW, and LSD is not a 'drug', per se, but actually functions as a catalytic agent for the massive alteration of 'natural' human brain chemistry. "Decent" doses we - the 'Fraternity of Psychedelic Missionaries/"Men Who Stare At Goats" - as US Gov supplied and sponsored manufacturers and distributers, usually defined as being between 125 to 400 micrograms of fairly pure, competently synthesized and carefully manufactured LSD - with or without the small additions of STP and/or DMT as 'potentiators' which some underground sources (Leary's Laguna Beach "Brotherhood of Eternal Love" Church sacrament known as "Orange Sunshine" for one, oddly enough, whereas Owlsley "White" was NEVER so adulterated).]

Anyway, by the time the sun had set, one's thoughts began to achieve that clarity of inspirative insight (usually from hours 6 or 8 on through the remainder of the trip) that rendered one quite amenable to Eastern Metaphysical Exposition compared/contrasted with the "Extremism In The Defense Of Liberty" American Fascism/Puritanically Life-Destructive Western Morality that was the dominant Political Ideology of the Pre-Hippie Era

What was truly odd in the midst of this suppression of Creative License was that the entire Manhattan Project Scientific staff were on a daily "low dose" (5 to 50 micrograms) LSD regime for the duration of the project. As were researchers for other covert projects like "Mountalk" and "Philadelphia" This indisputable aid to creative cognition having been discovered and researched thoroughly through the '40s and '50s by the chemists and behavioral psychologists of the Third Reich, in Germany until '42 or so, and then here in America for the next 15 years as the '50s saw the continuation of the surreptitious US Gov's "Operation Paperclip", which brought (by all accounts the undisputed total of) 10,000 Nazi War Criminals and their families to America to be provided with new identities, research/intelligence jobs and in the case of the most infamous (Bormann, Himmler, Mengele etc) cover stories delineating their supposed deaths and plastic surgery to render them unrecognizable to their pursuers from Nuremberg.

Alan Watts was just the curative intellectual tonic that appealed to all we 'tripsters' as we were collecting our thoughts after the paradigm shattering experiences of LSD, as we "came down" in the wee hours of those Bay Area mornings, seeking the solidity of conceptualizations that would tie our hours-old new insights to the warp and weft of the tapestry of world history we so fleetingly had gone beyond.

And these explanations of the 'Verities' of non-First World biased philosophies would in turn assist "The Forces Of Light" (New Age Theorists and Practitioners) in their struggle against "The Forces Of Darkness" (Barry Goldwater and his ilk, parroting their Fourth Reich masters, to this day still ensconsed in the US GOV Intelligence Agencies - remember, the CIA/OSS was actually started by a Nazi Staff Officer: Reinhard Gehlen - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reinhard_Gehlen- and in the present day American Conservative Political movement, IMNSHO, fascism (TRUE FASCISM = NATIONAL SOCIALISM = NAZI-ISM not some idiotic illiterate attempt to call Obama a "Nazi") still drips from every pore of their chosen Icons - men like Jesse Helms, John Birch, Strom Thurmond, Richard Nixon, Dick Cheney etc).

The Members of TOMG (The Original Michael Group) Chelsea Quinn Yarbro and other Bay Area intelligensia/metaphysical researchers could not have avoided Watt's influence, as it permeated all spiritual and sociological strata for a decade, and its legacy persists, I avow, to this very day.
What I have found odd also, is the many years of denial of actual facts of well publicized, no longer disputed Conspiracies, like Operation Paperclip, or Operation Northwoods etc, by Dave Gregg and HIS ilk. It is almost as though in order for people who believe they KNOW the "true core" of the Michael Teachings to relate to reality at all, they must deny all data supportive of MT Students who believe the CGY MTs were 'off the mark' (according to The Michael, for the past 35 years an entire Higher/ Esoteric aspect of the Teachings has been obfuscated by people such as Mr Gregg and their attempts at revisionist History!)
