Ara  sıra karıştırmaya devam ederek,  birkaç dakika da salçayı kavurun.  Tuzunu serpin.  Baharat torbasını ilave edin. Ateşi kısın.  Tencerenin  üzerine bir tas kapayın,  1 bardak sıcak suyu,  tasın kenarından dökün.  Tencerenin kapağını sıkıca örtün. Yağın 200 gramlık kısmıyla tepsiyi yağlayın.&lt;br /&gt;Kadayıfı ikiye ayırın ve yarısını tepsinin her tarafına eşit olacak şekilde dağıtın. Eşit büyüklükte bir başka tepsiyle, dağıttığınız kadayıfı iyice bastırın. Dövdüğünüz veya öğüttüğünüz fıstığın hepsini tepsinin üzerine dağıtın. Kalan kadayıfı yine eşit bir şekilde fıstıkların üzerine kapatın. Boş tepsiyle yeniden bastırarak pişmesi için fırına verin. Kadayıfın pişme süresi ortalama olarak 20 dakikadır.&lt;br /&gt;Şerbetinin hazırlanışı: Şerbeti yapacağınız tencereye soğuk suyu boşaltın.
