Süt, şeker, un ve kakao bir tencerede devamlı karıştırılarak pişirilir. Kaynamaya başladıktan sonra vanilya ve margarin ilave edilir, margarin eriyene kadar karıştırılır. Dikdörtgen fırın tepsisine hindistan cevizi yayılır ve üzerine kakaolu karışımımız dökülür. soğuduktan sonra 1,5 su bardağı sütle hazırlanan kremşantiyi de tepsimize yayıyoruz ve tatlıyı soğumaya bırakıyoruz. İyice soğuyan tatlımızı ince şeritler halinde kesip rulo olarak sarıyoruz. Dilerseniz tepsiyi önce boylamasına 2 ye bölüp daha fazla dilim çıkarabilirsiniz. Margarin eridikten sonra suyla ıslattığımız bir borcama tatlımızı dökelim. (tatlının kabına yapışmaması için dökeceğimiz kalıbı suyla ıslatıyoruz) soğuduktan sonra dilediğimiz sosla servis edebiliriz. sadeolarakta çok hafif ve lezzetlibir tatlı.
