First off, I have to say right up front out-of-sign aspects annoy the heck out of me. What are they? Here is a nice, polished definition from Wikipedia I rather like:

I’m excited about Neptune arriving in Pisces today though I expect it will take us awhile to get an idea of what it will bring. Learning about Neptune is sort of like the blind men describing an elephant . . . we get bits and pieces right but the whole picture tends to elude us.

The key to the Full Moon at 18° 32′ Leo on 7 February 2012 at 01:54 PM PST is Saturn stationing retrograde at 29° Libra.
