As vezes pergunto-me por que ser correto é &quot;fora de uso&quot; ou caro. Na cidade em que moro tem coleta seletiva. Bravo! Que maravilha! Bom, mas não é assim tão fácil aderir ao projeto. Na verdade é três vezes mais caro descartar o lixo reciclável do que os resíduos normais. Tudo porque o caminhão de coleta não leva os recicláveis se os mesmos não tiverem em sacos plásticos especiais. Até tudo bem, até porque facilita a identificação. O problema é o valor dessas embalagens que, como dito no início, custam o triplo do sacos pretos comuns. Tudo bem que os tradicionais sacos não são lá muito amigos da natureza( e quais plásticos são?), mas creio que a quantidade deles que seria usada, comparado com os benefícios da separação de detritos a ser reciclados, seria amplamente justificada. Aqui fica a pergunta: a população menos abastada não tem direito a contribuir com o meio ambiente só por conta de não poder pagar o valor dos sacos diferenciados? Definir um dia da semana para recolher os recicláveis não seria o suficiente para identificar? &lt;/div&gt;

Vi essa reportagem no Jornal de Piracicaba (edição do dia 23/02/2014). Considerando interessante, resolvi compartilhar aqui.

Todo líder tem que conhecer muito bem seus subordinados para alcançar bons resultados e cumprir prazos. E, para isso, é muito útil aprender a lidar com os quatros estilos básicos de personalidade encontrados no ambiente corporativo. Esse conhecimento ajuda muito no relacionamento e no diálogo entre as duas instâncias.
Esta é a opinião de Ariadne Pavanelli, gerente de desenvolvimento do Grupo Kronberg, empresa especialista em inteligência emocional. “É essencial entendermos que todos os estilos são predominantes, mas somos capazes de transitar entre eles, o que é recomendável para que obtenhamos melhores resultados em nossas interações. Os quatro tipos básicos de personalidades não têm como objetivo definirem estereótipos, mas sim trazer o conhecimento das diferenças e de como cada estilo tende a se mostrar”, explica Ariadne.
 AMÁVEL – O Grupo Kronberg listou as quatro principais personalidades encontradas no ambiente de trabalho. Uma delas é a personalidade amável.  Quem é desse grupo fala de forma suave, é bom amigo e ouvinte, evita conflitos e não tem o costume de se queixar. Gosta de trabalhar em equipe e considera que o relacionamento com pessoas é algo muito importante. Não gosta de pressão ou que o apressem.
Na sala das pessoas amáveis geralmente são encontradas fotos de família, da empresa ou de colegas, denotando que relacionamentos são importantes. Nesse caso, o líder deve usar abordagens pessoais, com declarações referentes a amigos, família e grupo; deve demonstrar interesse por ele. É mais fácil aceitar a idéia do líder se gostar dele. Usar frases como: ”Isso será muito bom para o grupo” ou “Todos vão aproveitar muito” estimula esse tipo de funcionário.
 EXPRESSIVO – Quem está nesse grupo é bem-humorado, energético, impulsivo e gosta de ouvir elogios. Como não gosta de ser manipulado, aprecia um tratamento que possua emoção e muita empolgação, pois encara os desafios desta forma. Não gosta de regras, regulamentos e ênfase aos detalhes. Geralmente estão rodeados de cores vivas e vestem-se de forma exuberante. Na sala desses profissionais o estilo é alegre, sempre com sua própria personalidade em destaque e com estilos modernos.
 ANALÍTICOS – Dá detalhes das informações que passa pausadamente, em tom baixo e inflexivo. Não costuma conversar sobre assuntos pessoais. Quando fala de negócios, necessita de fatos que os comprovem. É organizado, centrado e detalhista. Não toma decisões de forma rápida, não gosta de desorganização e bagunça. Pode notar: pessoas com tais características ficam em escritórios bem arrumados, com objetos bem organizados. Tudo absolutamente no lugar. Usa cores sóbrias e dificilmente dá informações que remetem à vida pessoal.
Para lidar com esse tipo de profissional, o líder deve falar com inflexão baixa, oferecer detalhes nas informações e ser discreto. Ele deve sempre apresentar alternativas, mostrando o que ganham com cada uma. Questões como custo versus benefício são extremamente valorizadas por esse profissional, que analisa a progressão lógica no raciocínio e pensa muito antes de tomar uma decisão. “Dê tempo para ele se decidir, mas demonstre segurança com fatos comprováveis”, orientou Ariadne Pavanelli.
 DOMINANTE – Ele é direto nos assuntos. Por isso é confundido como pessoa ríspida e grosseira. Totalmente focado nos resultados finais, não liga para os meios que serão utilizados para chegar até eles. É muito objetivo em suas conversas e gosta de controlar as situações. Esses profissionais gostam de entusiasmo, iniciativa e confiança. Não gostam de ouvir que estão errados ou que não têm controle sobre a situação em questão. O líder consegue notar esta personalidade pelas paredes cobertas de prêmios e condecorações, itens que denotam orgulho com as realizações.
O tratamento dispensado a esse tipo de profissional deve ser objetivo sem perder o foco de seus interesses. “Demonstre segurança em suas colocações e em seu tom de voz, porém deixe-o sentir que tem o poder por decidir. Esta personalidade precisa ter o controle das situações”, informou a profissional.”

Não raras vezes leio nos jornais que sobram vagas e falta talentos. Porém pergunto-me: falta pessoas qualificadas ou investimento interno na mão de obra?
É comum verificar oportunidades em bons cargos ficarem abertas por bastante tempo. O RH das empresas correm contra o relógio para suprir demandas de vários setores. Geralmente buscam profissionais disponíveis no mercado e até que já estão alocados em outras companhias.
Mas... e os talentos internos? Será que não seria vantajoso lapidar suas joias brutas?
Provavelmente investir em uma educação continuada no próprio quadro funcional não dê frutos tão rapidamente, no entanto a médio e longo prazo pode dar resultados bons e comprometidos. Uma &quot;prata&quot; da casa possivelmente trará consigo, além de conhecimento técnico, o &quot;DNA&quot; da empresa. Ou, em outras palavras, &quot;vestirá a camisa&quot; como mais amor e dedicação.
É comum algum funcionário ter conhecimento e experiência para determinada função e o cargo, porém ser preterido devido a um diploma ou formalidade técnica. Daí cabe a pergunta: por que não dá condições de crescimento? Onde está o RH que desenvolve?&lt;/div&gt;

Certa manhã, meu pai, muito sábio, convidou-me a dar um passeio no bosque e eu aceitei com prazer. Ele deteve-se numa clareira e depois de um pequeno silêncio perguntou-me:
- Além do cantar dos pássaros, você está ouvindo mais alguma coisa?
Apurei os ouvidos alguns segundos e respondi: 
- Estou ouvindo um barulho de carroça.
- Isso mesmo, disse meu pai, é uma carroça vazia.
Perguntei ao meu pai:
- Como pode saber que a carroça está vazia, se ainda não a vimos?
- Ora, respondeu meu pai. É muito fácil saber que uma carroça está vazia por causa do barulho. Quanto mais vazia a carroça maior o barulho que faz.
Tornei adulto, e até hoje, quando vejo uma pessoa falando demais, gritando(no sentido de intimidar), tratando o próximo com grossura inoportuna, prepotente, interrompendo a conversa de todo mundo e, querendo demonstrar que é a dona da razão e da verdade absoluta, tenho a impressão de ouvir a voz do meu pai dizendo: ¨Quanto mais vazia a carroça, mais barulho ela faz...¨

Bom, mas não é assim tão fácil aderir ao projeto. Na verdade é três vezes mais caro descartar o lixo reciclável do que os resíduos normais. Tudo porque o caminhão de coleta não leva os recicláveis se os mesmos não tiverem em sacos plásticos especiais. Até tudo bem, até porque facilita a identificação. O problema é o valor dessas embalagens que, como dito no início, custam o triplo do sacos pretos comuns.
Tudo bem que os tradicionais sacos não são lá muito amigos da natureza( e quais plásticos são?), mas creio que a quantidade deles que seria usada, comparado com os benefícios da separação de detritos a ser reciclados, seria amplamente justificada.
Aqui fica a pergunta: a população menos abastada não tem direito a contribuir com o meio ambiente só por conta de não poder pagar o valor dos sacos diferenciados? Definir um dia da semana para recolher os recicláveis não seria o suficiente para identificar?
