I also love the new panel of judges that they've selected to be a part of this season. Carlos Ponce, Ines Rivero, Franco Lacosta & Jocelyn Pierce as the Host. I used to be in love with Carlos Ponce! I even owned one of his CDs! lol. I see he hasn't changed a bit. I know I'll be tuning in for sure! Ozeri is a specialty manufacturer of digital products for the modern home such as kitchen scales, bathroom scales & more! One of the more popular items that I'm sure you guys have seen around are the Moderna Artisan Series Double Wall Thermo Glasses which I was able to review.

The glasses are durable, heat resistant & said to be shatter resistant – though I don't want to see if they shatter – sorry lol. I'm too in love with them to try. These glasses are so cute & I don't know how I went so long without them. The double walls lets hot drinks be hot & cold drinks be cold. I love the indents in the cup – it makes me feel a little more secure when I hold them. It says on the box that they're dishwasher safe but I recommend good ol' fashioned hand washing these babies. They do work though – I had this glass of lemonade out for a little over than an hour while I worked on some stuff & I didn't have melting ice in my cup – just ice cold lemonade like if I had just taken it out of the fridge.

The other item I was able to review was the Ozeri 4x3razor Pedometer.

If you want a thin pedometer that records steps, distance, calories, fat burned, & your exercise time? This is the pedometer for you! It has a 7 day memory & can count to 1 million steps. Plus, it also has a clock and a exercise timer. I didn't think I could love something so small. It's very handy, easy to use & accurate! It's been a huge help for me – especially since I'm trying to get into a healthier routine of walking/jogging everyday – even if it's on the treadmill at home. This little pedometer has been at my side.

Both of these products are absolutely wonderful. Ozeri products never disappoint me! My mom & my older sisters were blessed with super straight hair. My youngest sister & I, however, have curly & wavy hair. It's hard for us, mostly for me, to find an iron that actually works for more than half an hour. Everything mentioned was sent to me – other than the Cherry Dr. Pepper was replaced with a Diet Dr. Pepper but it's okay – I didn't mind. The Diet Dr.Pepper was surprisingly good. It didn't have a weird taste or after taste like most diet soft drinks. And hello? When did Dr. Pepper have a BBQ sauce?!? I actually owned a Dr. Pepper Cherry dessert topper before – ever since I first saw it at the Froyo shop nearby but the BBQ sauce, I didn't know about. I wasn't sure about it but I tried it & wow, yum-my! Can't believe I didn't know about it before! Everything in the box was great. Loved all of it!And I loved the box that it came in! I actually have it saved. It's sturdy & cute & I'm re-using it as a gift box.

Fast forward to April 18, 2012 – I get an e-mail at 2:37AM with the Subject Line: "Host a One Direction Up All Night House Party". I was awake at 3AM since that's the time my husband leaves to work so I literally ran to my computer & applied. I was confident for the most part….until it was announced on One Direction's Twitters & on their Facebook page. All the confidence I had deflated – I was more than sure I would never be selected to host with all of the girls applying to host. I would refresh their Hosting Page on House Party & see a new post about someone being excited to host every minute. I'm not joking. Even people in other countries were posting trying to get into the action. x_x

Why was I was freaking out over hosting a One Direction House Party you say? Well, I've mentioned it here before my sister, Karen, is a HUGE fan. We knew about the guys before they made it big here in the U.S. For those that don't know who One Direction is (taken from their Wiki page):

One Direction are a British-Irish boy band consisting of members Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson. They signed to Simon Cowell's record label Syco Records after being formed and placing third in the seventh series of The X Factor. They later signed in North America to Columbia Records.

In November 2011, One Direction released their debut album Up All Night, the record became the fastest-selling debut album in the UK of 2011. In 2012, it debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200, making One Direction the first UK band in history to debut at number one with their first album.

If you follow me on Twitter, you can remember I was helping my sister campaign to get them to our city when they had a Bring 1D to US contest. Our city didn't win – we tried reaching out to the radio stations here in Atlanta but nobody would listen to us. My sister even made a blog about it. Fast forward a couple of months, they announce One Direction's first ever US performance on Nickelodeon – after that, it was 1D mania & all of a sudden, they were everywhere!

Great group, great songs – they deserve all the success that they've been having. It was a long wait (or so it seemed) to know if we were selected to host the party. We were told that we would know by April 30, 2012 so luckily, I had my phone next to me & I get Push Notifications so I knew I had an e-mail at 3:30PM on April 30 with a Subject Line:  One Direction Up All Night House Party – a few more steps. The e-mail said:

You’re in the running to host a One Direction Up All Night House Party

We were more than happy & thankful to have been chosen!

On May 15, 2012 – we received our Party Pack in the mail!

We were given the One Direction Up All Night Live Tour DVD, stickers, tickets, and posters.

My sister said she would help me but all she helped me was with decorating on the day of the party & making a drawing of the guys. Other than that – I did everything on my own. You see these paper dolls of the guys? It took me 3 hours to cut & make them. Yes, 3 hours. I obviously suck at making paper dolls – it took me forever to make & even so, the dolls were all lopsided. The girls loved them though & were fighting over who could keep who.

I remembered my days of fan-girling over the Backstreet Boys & decided I would try & make stuff for the girls that I would have liked back in the day. lol. So I went out & got these cute tote bags at Walmart – only $0.88 each! I personalized each bag with a One Direction gift tag with the girls' name on them.

Each bag came with the poster, the sticker, & ticket that was given to me but I made framed photos of the guys, magnets (for their lockers when they go back to school), a VIP pass lanyard (I felt bad because some of the girls thought they were actual VIP passes :\ ) and since One Direction likes Jelly Babies, I decided to get Sour Patch Kids – it's not the same but we don't have Jelly Babies here in the U.S. so I thought it was similar enough.

Each girl was given a card thanking them for coming to the party & reminding them to check in to the party!

I printed out & made One Direction trivia so we could hold a mini contest after we watched the DVD where one girl would win their Live Tour DVD (when it came out) and one girl would win a set of laminated cards of the boys.

We even had a interview area set up for the girls after the party was done.

We were going to do the guys' favorite food for the party food but were sure that that's what everyone else was going to do so we went a different route.

Each plate had a sign with a picture of each of the guys eating.

For Zayn, we had Zayn's Zebra Cakes.

For Harry, we had Harry's Honey Buns.

For Niall, we had Niall's Nutty Bars.

For Louis, we had Louis' Lays Chips.

And for Liam, we had Liam's Lemonade.

The main food was pizza though & the girls were able to pick their favorite snacks which also included Hasbro gummy bears & carrots with ranch dressing. The food was a hit because nothing was left over & I was refilling the plates whenever I could. -_-

We had ordered a One Direction cake BUT the local Walmart Bakery sucks. I ordered my cake & asked multiple times if they would be able to do it & asked if there would be any problems,  to let me know ahead of time if they couldn't. WELL, I ordered the cake on Tuesday. The party was on Saturday. I was already stressing on Saturday since I was at an eye appointment that was taking forever so I was running late. The party was at 3PM on Saturday & I was told on Tuesday that the cake would be done at 12PM Saturday for pickup. Why did I get a phone call at 11AM ON THE DAY OF THE PARTY telling me that they COULD NOT do the cake? Yeah. Never again will I go there. I picked up the next best thing though – a chocolate cake & carrot cake cupcakes. If you guys are wondering about the carrot thing, Louis said he likes girls who eat carrots so it's an ongoing thing among the 1D fans.

Once we got everything decorated & ready, we got ready. You can't see but I was wearing my One Direction shirt too (it looks like the ones that my sister & nieces are wearing below).

My niece couldn't get her shirt on time so her mom quickly made this shirt for her. The logo looked exactly like the one we had on our shirts.

After looking their bags over & chatting about the guys a bit – we were ready to watch the DVD!

The girls wouldn't stop talking about the DVD – there was a comment made for every single part of the DVD. They were more hyper after the DVD was done & wanted to replay their videos while they sang along to them & chatted some more. I tried my best to capture videos & pictures but everyone was all over the place. It was a fun party & being told thanks & that I was "awesome" for doing the party? 'Twas worth the migraine I was getting from lack of sleep the night before. -__-

Below is a picture of my sister, who is the one who I had to disqualify from the contest because she knew everything about the guys & to make it fun for the other girls, I told her I would get her something else & my two nieces who are also crazy over 1D.

I've NEVER edited a video before – I took out the parts where the girls were shouting out their Twitter handles for the boys to tweet them or to "call them maybe" lol so the video is not perfect but I tried. Hope you guys watch it!

I'd like to thank House Party for selecting me to host – it was so much fun to put together. We LOVED the DVD & even before I asked them, all the girls were saying they were "totes" getting the DVD when it came out. Which by the way, comes out on May 29, 2012!

So I bought a couple of items from EdenFantasys that I loooove that I'd like to review today. Cake Beauty's Indulge Eau de Parfum, Cake Beauty's Satin Sugar Hair & Body Refreshing Powder,  Bella il Fiore Shine On Lip Gloss in Pink, Bella il Fiore Lip Lovely Lip Set in Strawberries and Cream. These have to be my absolute favorite products. I especially love the Bella il Fiore Lip Lovely Lip Set & the Shine on Lip Gloss.

When I was in middle school, I had a lip balm in a jar that made my lips shiny for a loooong time. I never could find another like it until my last year of High School. That one didn't last long because ALL of my friends would always ask for some. The store that sold them discontinued them since they were limited edition & again I was on the search for the perfect shiny lip balm. I know it may sound crazy but I am being completely honest, I have been searching for YEARS for a lip balm that lasted for more than a couple of minutes. I had two lip glosses from Victoria's Secret that they discontinued that one, I finished & the second one I had, one of my nieces thought it was okay to give to this little girl at Church so she could play with it & yeah, she never gave it back. This was back in my first year of College. Again, I could never find another product like it but this one comes fairly close. It goes on a little thick, clear & super shiny & lasts me about 3 hours before I have to re-apply. Love. <3

I have been loving Cake Beauty products lately & the Satin Sugar Hair & Body Powder & the Perfume are no exception.

The perfume is a warm vanilla scent & from what everyone tells me – I smell like Cake when I put it on. One spritz is enough. It's a strong scent that lasts a very long time. Very sweet scent – I love it. I've had high end brand perfumes that don't last as long as this perfume does. I get compliments from it all the time & apparently I now share this bottle of perfume with my sister who comes down to spritz this on before she goes out. So this gets a thumbs up from us both!

The Hair & Body powder smells great, absorbs well into my skin & hair & I now know why it's award winning & is a best selling dry shampoo. This is a great product. If you guys haven't tried a dry shampoo before, this one is perfect to try out – it's a great refresher for the hair or body & it's tinted for lighter hues, darker hues & there's even a glistening satin sugar powder. Again, Cake Beauty doesn't disappoint.

My family & I went to the Burger King near our house for lunch this weekend & were able to try a little bit of everything!

I tried the Chicken Caesar Garden Fresh Salad. It was fresh, crispy & delicious! One of the first salads that I've actually enjoyed at a Fast Food chain. I was very impressed & I loved the taste of the chicken! Yum! Let me stop – now I'm craving one!  >.<

To go with my salad, I tried a Real Fruit Tropical Mango smoothie & they were giving samples of the Strawberry Banana smoothie so Adrian got one of those. We were seriously fighting over the Tropical Mango smoothie. My husband, who ordered a soda, drank more than half of my smoothie! It was delish & refreshing! LOVED it & Adrian, who usually cries for a soda, drank his smoothie & finished the rest of mine! I hope they don't change these from their menu. My new fave!

Adrian ordered a Ranch Crispy Chicken Snack Wrap & he finished it all. Ever since we've been eating better, he's been making better choices when we do go out to eat. I was surprised he didn't ask for a burger but he said he loved it & even asked if we could buy one to take home for later. I took a bite & I agree, very yummy. I ordered one to go for me as well.

My husband ordered Chicken Strips which he said were surprisingly tender. He's more of a burger kind of guy but since he actually sampled ALL of our foods, he said he would easily order any of the new items next time we came rather than his usual. He loved them all. He had ordered a Mocha Frappé to go but I couldn't take a pic because he didn't give me the opportunity to! lol. I'm making him sound horrible – he's actually a health nut but doesn't mind going out to eat every once in a while & he really enjoyed all the items we tried.

These smell absolutely wonderful. I couldn't choose a favorite though! Each one has a floral scent but they're each different. The scent lasts a long time but it's not overpowering at all.  All I did was put a couple of dabs on my neck & wrists & even so, I've gotten compliments each and every time.  I know the perfume section at stores is sometimes avoided but I recommend checking this collection out. My Mom loves it & so does my 18 year old sister so it's perfect for any age group. We love this collection!

Over 40 years ago, two Bavarian immigrants who resided in Minnesota decided they wanted to begin blending and baking their own unique mix of grains and nuts. This recipe would come straight from Northern Europe and was a recipe that had been used and shared with many people back in the old country. The founders never had any intention of marketing and selling their product initially. They baked it simply because they loved the taste of the granola they were making.

After a few years, friends and family began inquiring about the recipe. At this point, the founders began engaging in the idea of selling their granola commercially since it was developing such a cult-like following.

For the next three decades, the founders baked and sold their granola, slowly expanding their reach over much of southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin. They originally formed a company called Nature’s Harvest, but then changed the name to Nature’s Hand a few years later.  The company had a loyal customer base that used the product as a cereal, a topping, and a baking ingredient with other delicious recipes.

The company is under new ownership but continues to sell the same yummy granola. The only thing that's changed is their packaging & they've added new flavors. They currently sell: Original Vanilla Almond, Cranberry Delight, French Vanilla Almond, Raisin Hazelnut, Cinnamon Apple, Maple Pecan, and Wild Blueberry.

I was able to review the Raisin Hazlenut & the Cranberry Delight. Both are only 120 calories per serving, 3.5 grams of fat, 0.5 grams of saturated fats, 0 mg of cholesterol, 0 mg of sodium, and only 7 grams of sugar. I love this granola – especially the Cranberry Delight. Tastes so yummy as a yogurt topping or on its own like Adrian likes to eat it. Nature's Hand gives you recipes that you can try out with each granola. They all look so good & the best part? They're healthy! This is one snack that I don't mind Adrian getting his hands on.

Adrian, my husband & I have been fighting over the bags but the good thing is, we can easily find Nature's Hand granola at our nearest Whole Foods or even at Piggly Wiggly. When I saw them, I remember one of my cousins had gone on a Cruise & wore bands like these but they looked like ugly sport wristbands. Psi Bands are nothing like it – coming in a variety of styles that would look great with any outfit.

Psi Bands work through wrist acupressure. I have to be honest, I didn't think it would work. During my pregnancy, I tried EVERYTHING & nothing worked but here I go & put a little band on & all of a sudden, I feel better? Might sound crazy but it's true. My head isn't spinning, I don't feel like I want to hurl every half hour & best of all? Since I've been feeling better, I've been able to play more active games with Adrian without feeling sick. The Psi Bands have been a huge help to me & I'm so glad to finally have something that can help me during my next pregnancy. Though, I'm hoping my next pregnancy is not as rough as my last. -_-

If you suffer from morning sickness, motion sickness, or are diagnosed with an illness that has you feeling nauseous all the time like me, you might want to give Psi Bands a try. I've known about Howard B. Wigglebottom books for a while now – the books are by a group of writers, artists, designers, parents, educators, therapists & teachers that are all part of the We Do Listen Foundation. All the books are educational, entertaining & what I love the most is that each book comes with resources, posters, questions & songs that go along with the book. I reached out when I noticed they had a Book about Bullying. This is a topic that I am SO passionate about & am more than willing to get the word out by all means. With so many sad stories running through the papers & news about kids these days getting bullied to the point where they feel like they have no choice but to end their lives is sickening, sad & it makes me scared to think of the generation that my son is growing up in. Bullying is at another level than anything we've ever experienced & it has to STOP!

Howard B. Wigglebottom learns about Bullies is about Howard & how scared he is every single day of going to school where he is getting bullied by the Snorton Twins. In his mind, he knows he should "Be brave, be bold" & tell a teacher but he's scared of being called a tattletale, a snitch & of getting further bullied. By the end of the week, Howard knows what the right thing to do is & eventually tells a teacher.

I was watching Adrian's reaction carefully & every time the Snorton Twins did something to Howard, he would look at me with a surprised face. I went to the We Do Listen website & saw they actually had a Animated version of the book & played it for Adrian & then asked him the discussion questions – to my surprise, Adrian actually answered them all correctly. I was surprised because I didn't think he was old enough to understand (he's about to be 4) but I was wrong & am so happy to teach him about it & more than happy to know that he's actually interested in learning about it.

I actually read the Lessons, Reflections & the ideas & think this would be perfect if all schools actually did the following:

• Create a bully box so children can leave an anonymous note about bullies.
• Have a telephone number where a child can leave a message about bullies.
• Choose a super kid of the week. Ask the child to fill in the blanks on a piece of paper.
“Did you notice anyone being bullied this week?” “Did you bully anyone this week?”

I am so happy to see so many PSAs about Bullying lately. Kids respond well when they see their favorite athlete or TV star & if more people got involved, the better. We need to let kids know that bullying is NOT OKAY. That there IS someone who is willing to help & to not give up on telling anyone & everyone until someone listens & helps them. Trying to stop bullying by becoming a bully? NEVER the answer!

 Adrian would say "Be brave, be bold, a teacher must be told!" every time Howard said it. He loves this book & says he never wants to be like the Snorton Twins! This isn't the first time I've talked to Adrian about bullying but it has definitely been such a HUGE help. If you can, talk to your kids about bullying & encourage them to do the right thing if they are ever bullied or ever see someone else being bullied. On the Banana & Blueberry Fruit Blend, the Banana flavor is on the flake, the Blueberry flavor is on the cluster. The Raspberry & Blueberry clusters make each bite so refreshing! I've tasted other cereals that have fruit flavors & they taste a little funny but these are the first cereals that I absolutely love. Even Adrian, who usually asks for Cocoa Puffs or Lucky Charms asked for some.

My favorites by far are the Smoothing Hand & Cuticle Buffer & the hand lotions. I love the lip glosses too but I can't resist licking them off my lips to know how long they last! I try but can't!  I think the longest I had it on was an hour before I completly licked it off. They all smell like vanilla & they all apply clear & shiny. Not too sticky – although, I love lip glosses that are a bit sticky because to me…sticky=more lasting power. These lip glosses are great though! No complaints here!

The Smoothing Hand & Cuticle Buffer, like most Cake Beauty Milk Made products, smells like raspberries & has made my rough looking cuticles look nice & smooth…especially after I apply a hand cream. It works well on my feet too! Love it! I'm scared I'm going to use up my hand creams way too fast though. The Vanilla Snow Woman hand cream smells like a warm vanilla & the Milk Made Velveteen Hand Creme smells like Raspberries! Reapplying isn't necessary but I re-apply more than I should because I absolutely love the smell of them. The UnSweet lotion smells like lotion but works just as well. These lotions make my hands feel moisturized without feeling greasy. They're thick, creamy & feels great on my skin! I am so happy with the products I got & can't wait to try out even more!

I have been on the lookout for a new shampoo & conditioner that doesn't dry my hair out even more than it is. I was given the opportunity to review Garnier Fructis' Triple Nutrition. After trying it out, I think I know what my problem was – I would just buy a 2-in-1 for all hair types rather than buying a shampoo & conditioner for my hair type. Never again. I am hooked! It has made such a HUGE difference in the way my hair feels. It's so much easier to brush through my hair & it smells great. With Olive, Avocado & Shea oils working together to actually nourish my hair, I can definitely feel & see that my hair is healthier than it has ever been & that's saying a lot. My hair is curly, unmangeable & I usually have to put loads of product to maintain my frizz but lately, I haven't been using as much product & I know that it has to do with this shampoo & conditioner.
