DisneySea in November

2026-09-30T23:20:27.184+08:00

Disneysea in November is the best month to be in Disney to be honest. It's not so cold and you can just wear whatever you feel comfortable with.

It was the first time I was able to ride the Frozen ride. It's probably my favorite ride in Disneysea right now.

I love that I can take so many photos in Disneysea and never get tired it. I don't always upload it but that besides the point.

We went to celebrate my sister's birthday. It was my first time hanging out with one of her friends here in Japan so I'm also very happy about that.

Disneysea with the Luna 2025

Luna and Ariel's castle.

I had fun roaming around with my Luna.

Tangled ride.

Sindbad.

Ariel's Castle.

My Luna being cutie pie.

Luna in front of the restaurant.

I was not able to ride this ride during this time because it was closed.

Visiting Elsa and Anna.

The food here is yummy.

The place has a throne. Not so big of a place but it's very restaurant-y.

Luna and I waiting to board the boat ride.

I want to take this moment to thank Aquatopia. It's not big of a ride or anything but it's not available anymore as of this writing so there...

Iconic

My sister Mika would have topped this. She kills it every time.

Cute!

I love that I am able to ride rides. I know there will come a time when I would rest my wings but right now, I'm just enjoying it. Actually, I already get dizzy sometimes but you know, gotta chase the adrenaline wherever it's headed to diba?

Okinawa 2025

2026-09-03T22:24:31.664+08:00

Iconic because I feel like growing up, my mom had a lot of Betty Boop shirts. And I'm all for it! Can I just say though, Universal Studios' Betty Boop is kind of confusing for me. But I'm aso all for it lol. Also, someone have said I look like Betty Boop. First of all, no. It's just our butts.

We had dinner here in one of our stays. I liked it.

It was okay. It was a Korean place and I remember their Japchae being delicious.

We just went to Naha. The city center. I always thought that I would never go to the island. That I'd rather go to the Philippines. But it's actually a very nice place to go to kind of relax and stay away from the busy life of the mainland.

This mini sea pool is my favorite. It's just very random and accessible. I feel exposed swimming in here but I don't care lol. This place is near the hostel we were staying at. Yes, accessibility.

They have changing cubicles and if you want to shower, you can put 100 coins to run the warm water. It's nothing compared to Enoshima. They could learn a thing or two from Okinawa if you ask me.

I know THE AQUARIUM in Okinawa is great. It is not this one but since this is the one that is near, we opted to go here. I had to go see an aquarium somehow.

Even though the place is not that big, they have very interesting creatures that you can surely have fun watching.

The American Village was also an interesting touch. It was very colorful and lively.

That's all I have to tell about Okinawa. I would at some point edit this. Right now, I lost a lot of pictures due to being unorganised so yeah at some point, this would be better of a post than it is right now. That's all!

Sanrio Puroland 2025

2026-08-29T22:20:47.819+08:00

To be honest, I don't know why I keep coming back here. I wasn't raised to be a Sanrio kid like my little sister, Mika. I'm more like a Disney kid.

But how can I resist the cuteness? Can I just say? I have watched the My Melody series on Netflix and it is so freakin' cute? And my Sanrio sister made me believe that My Melody is stupid so I didn't really like her and was always on TEAM KUROMI but for me, after watching the series, she's just nice. And Kuromi is just mean.

We went during Wida's Birthday.

To be honest, I don't know the story of Kiki and Lala.

tea ceremony

I don't know if I like it very much but it is very interesting. I don't know but I have a problem with black food. I also have a problem with the black ink spaghetti in Saizeriya.

Wida ordered the kid's curry because it doesn't contain meat and that's all she can eat from the menu. Plus the curry.

I love this series where I bring my dog Luna with me because she can't in real life.

What used to be a game center area became this photoshoot place. And you get to choose a character you can take a picture with so...

I love the character I chose. But I would have loved to take a picture from other characters too.

I kind of like this place. The Gudetama theatre became like this. I kind of like it.

Hello Kitty matsuri

That is all you, guys. I know I have blogged about this place many times but I hope I am able to share something new every time.

Going home kind of early because the Birthday girl has to go somewhere.

Taiwan Day 3 | Floating Lanterns | Rocks and Falls

2026-08-29T14:33:31.823+08:00

I remember I was kind of worried that it will rain so much that we won't be able to enjoy it and all. Well, it rained but it was actually okay. I just don't know if I will want to visit this place again if ever w go back to Taiwan.

I mean, maybe we have to spell it right, too.

We were able to fly a lantern which I know is a hot topic about nature yadah yadah but I also heard that it's somehow people's livelihood?

I don't know what I feel about the day tour. I guess I'm glad that I was able to go. It's that place where you would want to visit as a first timer I guess. I mean, I get why people like it? It's just not for me. Also, I fought with my mom in this Yehliu place and that's on me but it will forever give me a bad memory. I'm sorry mama.

Also stopped by this place. If it were up to me, would have strolled this place longer. It's a very serene place with only a few people around when we visited.

Out tour guide recommended the sausage and it was indeed delightful so if you ever find yourself in this waterfall place, please indulge yourself to some.

Shifen Lantern, Yehliu Geopark, Old Street, Golden Waterfall.

Taiwan Day 2 | Gardens

2026-06-10T08:42:58.533+08:00

Day 2 is about the gardens. Or something. I really liked Fantasy Forest. It's just kinda far from the city center but it's all good. We availed a private tour for this one so we were able to relax. I think. For me at least. I found out later on that my auntie lives nearby! Too bad we weren't able to meet her there. I would have enjoyed it.

I don't know if I told you but I lost a lot of pictures from my phone but I recovered it from my messenger and LINE from my mom and cousin.

This place is nice. I recommend you go here if you're ever in Taiwan.

This water place, you can also skip.

This rainbow village, you can skip. I mean, with anything, I guess you can go once in your life so you can live without regrets that you were not able to try or go or do when youre already there or when you had the means to do it.

Taiwan! Day 1 | Chang Kai Shek and Taipei 101

2026-03-21T15:00:00.000+08:00

I'm just gonna start here. Well, hello guys! Long time no see (again). If I decide to blog everything that happened from then and now, I will never finish. So I will just start from here. 2024. I've always wanted to visit Taiwan and go to Ying De University but that didn't happen in this trip because it's too far away from the City Center (where we're staying) and I don't think my mom would enjoy the trip there.

Our accommodation is in Ximending so it's really easy for us to access this shopping alleys.

The rainbow crossing. It's a normal road so you have to be careful and follow traffic rules when taking pictures.

On our way to Chiang Kai Shek. There were beautiful arts displayed on the wall of the underground walkway.

Our Day1 in Taiwan is our only DIY trip so it's both fun and challenging considering we don't know where we're going. They do speak English there though so it's very easy if you would ask. We used internet to navigate mostly but there are times when we had to ask.

Can I be honest? I don't know what this place is all about. It's just a stop on our way to somewhere and it seems like a great place to stop by.

The place looks like this and people go up to take pictures and all but we did not. We adored it from afar.

This is a nice little spot in the city. My mom were able to rest a little bit while my cousin and I take a lot of pictures.

We went to the uppermost part of the tower. I think this is my thing. To go up Towers! I like to be at the highest point of the place I'm in.

One thing that amazed me that time is that they have a Shohei Ohtani museum? Or is it. I mean, not only about him but it might as well be.

Yay! Thank you guys. It's kind of hard to look for pictures from some time ago but I will most definitely be doing my best! Ciao!

Fuji Q in the WINTER

2025-11-25T19:58:00.004+08:00

Can I just say that whenever panic clock is closed. it's very relieving. SPOILER ALERT they opened after some time.

The food that I had there. It wasn’t very good but it was okay. I mean, I did not expect it to be sooo good anyway. I go to this place for the amusement park and not for the food itself but…you know what I mean? If it’s decent enough, I’m already happy.

Yes, the centre spot for biking is already replaced by this skating spot.

There was a random guy who approached my group and asked for this picture. It is kinda weird but I guess it works?

Can I just share something? When we were inside the haunted hospital, we fell down. But we fell down on a mattress. So now I am confused if that's all part of the plan all along or if we were just lucky.

This will never be not funny. Did this for our every visit.

Madame Tussaud's Odaiba

2025-05-30T13:02:00.002+08:00

We were supposed to go somewhere else but decided to just go here last minute.

Amber Heard who? Hahaha

I think I was surprised that the former president is this thin. I certainly did not pick that up watching TV and all.

It was myself, Princess, and Mika who went to this place after a quick lunch at the Diver's City.

MADONNA

This was probably my favorite picture out of it all.

That's it folks! It was my first time visiting any wax museum so I can't really compare. I had fun because there was a lot to see. There were interactive spots like Karaoke and stuff so I really enjoyed that. Other than the karaoke, there were football, fashion show, and other stuff as well so that was really fun.

Odaiba with Mika in 2023

2025-05-03T03:41:00.007+08:00

GUNDAM IN FRONT OF DIVER CITY

I am definitely all for this view. Like, a morning stroll here would be the best thing that can happen.

They also have this Statue of Liberty thing which in my opinion is very underwhelming. Like, it's not at all impressive of some sort. But it's okay. I mean, the scenic view of the Rainbow Bridge definitely makes up for it.

We had ramen for lunch inside the food court of the mall. We headed to Madame Tussaud's after this and yeah it was very fun, I would say.

yummers

To finish it off, we had dinner at the other mall nearby. My memory of Odaiba is very mixed at this point. I definitely feel like it's incomplete without the Ferris Wheel that was used to be a very memorable piece of the city but then again, I guess it is what it is and that I just have to accept things as it is. I remember my lola, when I think of Odaiba. I don't know why.

Team Lab Planets in 2023

2025-05-01T20:35:00.002+08:00

Due to overpopulation of tourist and such, this place must also be booked in advance. Went with the fight stewardess sister Summer of 2023. I understand that there are new rooms available now but yeah this was what it looked back then. You get lockers and can probably only bring your phone/camera.

Going here really heightens your senses. The cushioned room was so fun. My sister and I were saying my mom wouldnt really like that room very much.

This water thing is also nice. They give you towels after water arts so you don't really have to bring your own.

This was pretty as well. With all the lights and all.

This room was interesting. I suggest you wear something short as to avoid having to fold up things and all! But also, you do you. This room was fun and yeah if I wore the proper attire, I probably would have stayed longer. I don't know how often they clean the water but yeah best not to think about it.

The interactive bouncy ball room is also nice. They change colors. There is also a room with a flower cinema. I could stay in that room forever. Makes you dizzy and all but that is not the point.

I did not appreciate this because it was daytime when I went and what exactly was I looking at anyway?

This was probably my favorite part of it all. Smell and all. Ciao!

Hogwarts in Tokyo?

2025-05-01T16:28:00.000+08:00

I'm keeping up with my blog because I find reading back what happened then refreshing. As for this, it's been a while but I will try my best and share with you guys/or myself what happened during those times. This is is soo last year as you may notice. Welcome to Hogwart. My home.

The park is kind of isolated and you can be lost if you're not familiar but don't you worry my friend. If you think you are lost, you are not.

They have other art pieces all around like the glasses and all that.

The way this works is that you have to book and schedule your ticket and be there. They do not ask you to go out when your time is over. My sister had to go back to Qatar that afternoon so we had to hurry and stuff but yeah can easily spend 4 or 5 plus hours in this place.

MY TEAM IS A LITTLE BEHIND

Your resident Slytherin ghost

They have several interactive activities that you can do and it's really nice to be honest.

It would have been a lot cooler if this was more 4D ish.

We availed the one with guide but to be honest, can do without.

Cheers!

This is probably my favorite part of the tour. They also let you keep the cup. As of this writing, mine already broke, but that's not the point.

yummers! can definitely drink this all day.

Our meal! Yummers. Got this because this seemed to be the most appetising but to be honest, it was expensive for its price.

I went with my sister during her layover and I really had a great time!

cupboard under the stairs

Knight Bus

The thing is, I felt like we did explore the place just enough not to return to it anytime soon but yeah I feel like there are definitely some things that I want to have a closer look at.

Exclusive to Tokyo's Warner Brothers is the installation of the Ministry of Magic.

I will definitely visit one more time and maybe get the official pictures and stuff.

Enoshima Aquarium in the Winter

2024-10-13T20:42:00.003+08:00

ENOSHIMA AQUARIUM

I went with my co-worker during the winter. It was snowing that day but we still went because there wouldn't be another time if we don't. I know I have this post earlier in some other entry but I didn't really say anything on it so this is a better post for those wanting insights.

To be honest, I kind of don't know or not fully into the capybara hype. I mean, they're not very cute now, are they? I mean, maybe they are.

I'm just saying. I mean, are they even allowed to be pets?

There is. a room with information about submarines and stuff. I find that place interesting. Too much information and too many Japanese to deal with but some are easy enough to understand.

Penguins.

As a crystal fanatic, I'm so happy that they have a little corner dedicated to crystals. It's beside the jellyfish show room. It's easy to miss, I guess.

I thought these were interesting!

I think this guy is my favorite.

Can I just say that a stingray ate a fish while in front of an audience. It was very dramatic.

What I hated about the trip is that they were renovating the dolphin show area so there weren't any show. I don't know but I really love dolphin shows. Will I return to this place? Probably not. Even with the dolphin shows, I think it's not worth revisiting. That's all guys.

Snow at Sanrio Puroland

2024-06-05T10:02:00.001+08:00

Don't be fooled by the title folks. Sanrio Puroland in Tama Center is completely indoors. It just so happened that it snowed outside whilst were inside.

I went with my sister and these are the pictures that we took.

As this is our first time in a long time, we got several official photos like this one that was taken during the My Melody ride.

My melody chair.

I don't know if I have a favorite Sanrio character now but back then, I used to like Kitty's sister, Mimmy. JUST BECAUSE. Can I just share that my sister, used to love watching Hello Kitty and we probably have all the Hello Kitty videotapes that there is, right? And when we would go to Sanrio Puroland, you would probably think that it is paradise for her, right? NO! As a child, she would scream her lungs out crying.

Sanrio Puroland is just as I remember it to be. The thing is, I know we missed a couple shows so there's always something to go back for.

When we went way back, they had a Gudetama section. More like an arcade themed area. It was actually fun.

This is the card that they give you at the entrance. Without this, you couldn't really do anything inside the arcade room.

The trick art museum is also something I enjoyed doing.

The boat ride is as magical as ever. I will go to Sanrio just for that ride alone.

Snowing outside on our way home. All in all it was a magical experience made more magical by the snow on our way home.

Christmas in Disney for the first time. In Japan, they don't celebrate Christmas with their family. They spend it with friends so it was very hectic that time. Let this be a reminder for everyone to please do not go to Disney on Christmas. In Japan at least. The wait was around 180 minutes and the ticket/passport is 3000 yen more expensive than a normal day so personally, it's the worst time to be going to Disney.

Sumida Aquarium | Tokyo Sky tree

2024-05-15T18:36:00.002+08:00

I went to this with my sister. We were initially planning to skate because it was winter but decided to cancelled last minute because we didn't like the skating rink. It was crowded with little kids! And it's so small so yeah we thought we'd do the sky tree without the skate bundle but yeah that was also very crowded so in the middle of falling in line, we decided to escape! We found this place accidentally I would say.

SELF

The place is not crowded at all so yeah a little hidden place around the building so maybe not a lot of people know about the place?

Even though the place is small, it didn't disappoint.

I feel like Jelly Fish area is something that I look forward to when visiting aquariums.

I remember spending a lot of time just to take a good picture of this creature.

That is all I can share about this now. I don't know if I liked it very much. I guess I did?

Asakusa, Aquarium, Sky Tree, and more

2024-05-11T15:53:00.000+08:00

I have a love and hate relationship with this city. I get its charm but there's just so many people everytime.

We ate at a Chinese/Japanese restaurant along the street and we were a little bit hesitant to eat in our kimono buy why not?

Small fortune. My sister got bad fortune! If ever this happens to you, they have a place for you to tie the bad luck paper and it will apparently negate the effect of this. Fast forward today, nothing really happened to my sister 2 years ago so yeah tying the paper worked!

Me eating Ichigo ame. Sister with the matcha iced cream. I guess it's cooler to call it Tanghulu now. If you ever come up with that name, know that it is the same.

After our kimono, we wanted to go up the tower but unfortunately, there's a huge queue and we decided not to do it like in the middle of us queuing.

We ended up going in the aquarium. Next post!

Tokyo Dome with Mika

2024-05-01T09:55:00.001+08:00

We went on a day that is not very busy. So I would say that we were really able to enjoy and maximise the day.

Me with my sis

I'm quite disappointed with the boat ride because it doesn't go up very high.

Crepe upon arrival

My favorite ride would be the Thunder Dolphin! I also enjoyed riding the Karaoke Gondola. I also liked the parachute thing that goes up and down.

There are two types of Gondola. The one with no Karaoke and the one that has. The lines are separated so make sure you line up to the right one.

They have this shooting game that I won!

The haunted house is not so bad but it is still worth a try.

TOKYO DOME

You can find this one behind the carousel thing and I highly recommend you trying this.

This is sooo good! I should have eaten two of this but I was already too full.

We definitely stayed until close.

They were doing some kind of illumination and it was very pretty.

We didn't eat dinner there because everything is almost closed already so we just ate at some ramen shop nearby our place. Bye!
