We let ourselves down when we become emotionally attached to money. We can all take advice on how to not let our emotional fuel be ignited by the way our wallets stretch. That sounds easy enough right?
Most people have to make a change within themselves to make this happen. The irony is we are born without the need for money from a conscious perspective. Its crazy to think that the leaders of an organization as large as the NFL are having to appeal something as vile as "performance-enhancing drugs" being allowed a place in professional sports. Not pointing the finger at the players in what I say, but commenting on the condition and litigious nature of our Nation as a whole. I understand why the decision was made at the state level the way that it was, but to have the state involved is almost a breach of democratic basics. If me and a few business partners send our employees home from work under the suspicion of doping, only to be told that our action was unlawful and therefore void, the next logical course of action would be to fire said employees. That's quite a leverage tool when sitting across the table from the person in question accompanied by lawyer(s).

"In the contract you are party to you are under obligation to adhere to this organizations decisions regarding workplace safety. If it is determined you have violated this agreement be it by mistaken or decisive action, this organization reserves the right to terminate your participation in commissioned events."

I'm no lawyer and not once have I been asked for my legal opinion. It only makes sense that an organization reserve the right to govern what is expected to be safe and fair for all of its employees. Who better to decide than the persons responsible for the image and success of that organization?
