I learned a great deal from watching the other actor’s performances, as well as taking directions for mine.  We had 2 commercials and a scene that we worked on. I felt really comfortable doing the scene and one commercial, the other one not so much but I learned what I was capable of and that’s what is important.

Maxann Crotts is WONDERFUL. I fully enjoyed being in her presence, learning from her, laughing at her stories and hearing what she had to say about all aspects of the business. She truly is a jewel.

At the end we got prizes from various movie sets she’s worked on. That was cool.  Most of us were like, “I’ll take Orlando Bloom’s number.” :) FYI she wouldn’t give it out. Darn! He’s married anyway, right? Thought so.

Now its time to look forward to see what other oppportunities are out there for me in this crazy but awesome business.

I am SUPER psyched about the workshop, as it will be an all day event where we are put in front of a casting director! How exciting! I’ve had some email interaction with her and she is very nice, so I am really looking forward to it all. I am getting together a resume and headshots for the workshop so that is taking some of my time. Okay, a great deal of it *laughing* Come back here soon for updates and the review of my day!
