Where in time are you?

This place where you find yourself… We like to call it the three-dimensional reality. And in this three-dimensional reality, you are swimming in the stream of time.

Now, in the non-physical reality, it is so clear that time is simply a construct that you are using to help organize your manifestations.

That may seem not so obvious to you and that is why we delight in reminding you that time is indeed your ally. It is your friend. And its purpose is to help you see the slow softball of your manifestations in a way that you can’t quite experience outside of this three-dimensional reality.

If you are holding time in judgment then you are holding time at bay.

So, see if you can soften your focus on time just a bit.

See if you can remember that if all that was awaiting you in your vibrational escrow were to manifest simultaneously, it would be quite a mess.

And, see if you can remember that you do not have to get it all done right now. There is an exquisite sweetness in savoring each moment of your three-dimensional experience.

You really will never pass this way again so we hope you are able to enjoy what you are creating for yourself.

What’s in a name?

You may have heard us referred to by different names. This may introduce a bit of amusing confusion. And so we want to be clear about who we are and why we are here.

First, let us say that we are a collection of non-physical entities. Our purpose is to remind you of the truth of who you are. We find great joy in doing this. We do not care so much whether we do this with one person or one thousand or one million. We find it to be quite an honor and a deep and lovely pleasure to connect with each one of you that we happen to connect with.

We are not physically-focused. And by that we mean that we do not focus upon the aspects of our collective selves that are physically incarnate (we like to say that we are, we have been, and we will be in your physical three-dimensional reality). We focus upon the non-physical because when we see you as you really are (which is non-physical in orientation) then we can offer you the truth of who you are clearly and plainly.

We are not teachers, although learning may happen in our presence. We are not healers, although healing may happen in our presence. If you were to want a single word to describe both who we are and what we do it would be: reminders. We remind you of the immense power that each of you has at your fingertips. We remind you that you are each beings of light, created in the image and likeness of your creator and imbued with all the same qualities and characteristics.

Most of all, we are here because it feels very, very good to us to be here present with you. We know that there is no greater service that we can offer other than to be true to who we are. And, as we do that, we offer you the truth of who you are.

Now, you may wonder what to call us. You have read the term Communion of Light many times, no doubt. And that is what we are doing with you. We are communing with you in the light of our collective being, which is magnificent. So, we like to think of Communion of Light as describing the event of our coming together, whether we do so in response to your mental question or in response to your coming together with the one who brings us forth into manifestation verbally. Either way, we are communing with you and it is lovely.

We do, always, speak with one voice. And the name of that voice can be called Paul, for that name most closely resembles the vibration of that voice. Paul is the voice that speaks for the truth of who you are. Paul is the voice that sees you only as Source sees you while also compassionately aware of all of the ways that you see yourself differently. Paul is that voice that reminds you of your magnificence, your power, your innate joyfulness, and your endless abundance.

And so, by whatever name you call us, you can feel our vibration as we respond to your question. If you call upon us, we will always respond. We are not here to show you the way, because that way exists within you already. We are here to show you what you already know but have temporarily forgotten. And we are here because you called and it is delightfully delicious to respond and be with you in this Communion of Light.

There really is nothing wrong here

There really is nothing wrong here.

If you could but get the deepest meaning of this truth, the liberation you would feel would be immense.

You see, there is nothing that you have created by mistake.

There are things (objects, situations, people) that are currently in your experience that you may not like.

But their presence is not an indication of creation gone awry.

Your dislike of their presence is the contrast that will help you continuously refine what you are indeed wanting. When you use these things in this way, then you are leveraging their presence and they will help you create more of what you like and less of what you do not like.

So, when you are noticing something that is not wanted, that you do not like, do not condemn it. Embrace it for the gift that it offers: the clear opportunity to create what you want and to enjoy the deliberateness of it all.

When you let go of your resistance to “what is” in this way, then it is so much easier to bring your focus to what you do want and allow it to come forth into manifestation.

Why weight?

Now, we normally never think that the question “why did I create this” is very useful.

However, when there is an issue that is deeply entrenched in your experience, you may want to try a number of approaches in order to see if you can wedge your way into more relief and less rigidity about the topic.

And, often times, weight can be one of these issues. For many people, they take on weight and it becomes a part of their identity. They will say, “I am overweight,” or “I am fat.” And this is how they begin to identify themselves.

When a topic is so deeply entrenched as this one can be, then it might be a good and useful approach to ask the question, “Why weight?”

Now, we cannot think your thoughts for you so we do not know exactly why any person or being manifests in exactly the way that they do. But we have observed a few things about weight.

Weight is a way to ground. It helps you stay focused in the physical.
Weight protects you from your surrounding environment. It provides a cushion.
Weight demonstrates that you are healthy or that you are able to care for yourself.
Weight is a way of putting off something that is not wanted.

Now, these are just some of the variables that we have noticed in the weight equation. And, we particularly want to emphasize that there is nothing wrong with the person who is carrying extra weight. That is their creation, and as such, as with all creations, it is worthy of honor.

However, we do know that some of you are experiencing your bodies in ways that you do not like. And, so, in response to your asking (and in particular to Frank’s asking), we are offering are own line of awareness, exploration, and reminders on the topic of weight.

Oh, and P.S., I have been toying with this idea for some time and didn’t know until these words came through that I was ready to discuss this publicly with the Communion… But, I am!! It’s going to be a fun ride, so buckle your seatbelts!

You know who you are

You know who you are. That is not some distant memory of a time long before your birth.

It is right in front of you, or should we say, it is right inside of you.

If you sit and listen for a moment, very quietly, you will hear the voice of the Universe, All-That-Is, the Divine, God… It is always speaking to you. We like to call that voice your Higher Self. You might also call it your Inner Being. Or the Holy Spirit.

Whatever name you give it, it is ever-present. It has been with you since you came into this three-dimensional focus and answers every question that you have.

The rub comes when you realize that you have been trained to not listen to this voice, this Higher Self. Yet, it has never ceased speaking to you.

For each one of you, how this voice speaks to you is unique. In fact, for some, to even use the words “voice” and “speak” in this context may seem quite foreign.

But, regardless of the specific way you receive this communication, know that it is always there. There is no ritual you need do to prepare to receive it. There is no sacred or distant place you must travel to in order to be in touch with it and know its presence.

For, you see, you can never be any place that it is not.
