Sometimes it is the little things that can count a lot. I thought I would throw in a couple of the nicer things in life I learned a long time ago, has improved the quality of my life, and I don't notice other people doing.

So here are a limited number of secrets. As if I could start anywhere else, here is the first; how to tie your shoes. You might think you have this one down pat and you couldn't use any additional instruction. I'm asking you to think again. I always check in on TED.com because of the mostly unsurpassed group of intelligent people all meeting together, sharing ideas, and all at one phase. If you don't know about TED.com I suggest you give it some of your time.

Terry Moore has given an enjoyable lecture to some of the brightest people on the planet on how to tie your shoe. Somewhere in life I had come across this information, or just tried it and it worked, but until this video I have never seen it explained. Here is a short video on how to tie your shoes correctly. I tried to embed the video several ways, but could not get a big black box from sounding the video.

Another little life gem I've tried to pass around that makes eating a banana so much more enjoyable can be watched in this video. Although I do pass this information on every chance I get, I have yet to see it repeated by someone else.

And just for the record, I eat all of my apple from one side to the other. I don't eat around the core and throw the core out. This has made my apple eating experience more enjoyable since I started doing this practice years ago when eating an apple on the bus and didn't have a place to throw out the core. I ate the core and have ever since. Maybe sometime later I'll explain why I have never peeled a potato.

If you enjoy this information and/or find it useful, please pass on this posting to others to not only share the information, but to help people find this blog.

I'm posting the following links to help you get the word out. When I was growing up, feminine products could only be advertised at something like after 9PM with the assumption that only adults would be up and watching the television.

Now, anything goes. This South Park episode T.M.I. is an outstanding example that rules just don't go far enough to keep pretty much anything from being seen by anyone at any age.

No longer are things just NSFW (Not Safe For Work) but also SFFYBO (Safe For Fourteen Year Old Boys Only). Remember you heard SFFYBO here first.

I agree 14 year old boys will possibly find this episode one of the the greatest things they have watched on television or the Internet. However, just because there might be a target audience for something doesn't mean everyone wants to see the show or would want their children to see the episode. I've seen the argument so many times; one should be a responsible parent and pre-watch everything that their children might see before allowing them to see this.

Not only do just about every person with a television just doesn't have the time to watch everything before they allow or disallow their children to watch a program, it takes the enjoyment out of a family watching a show at the same time together for the first time, thereby being able to have a conversation where everyone is at an equal advantage or disadvantage on what is going to happen next in the show and how the show is going to end.

This is why we have rating systems, where a few people watch the program and decides which category a show falls within. Then a parent is informed without having to watch the show first. So until we have a category of SFFYBO, we are not informed parents. I think most parents would know what information would be included in such programing and decide if they want the program to be showed to those that would be watching at that time.

Why do 14 year old boys think this type of show is the best thing since slice bread is debatable, but at least with such a category parents would be informed of the content.

If you agree with this issue and would like to see an addition rating category of SFFYBO, please contact the rating organization at TV Guide Lines. I crossed the state for a few days to see a couple of doctors, where I used to work, and a few friends. I got back Thursday night and I continue to pay for the trip with a wore out body.

I go back in another month. I'm getting closer with getting the house clean. This has been one heck of a big job. However, with only one computer hooked to the Internet, I am getting more connected. I need to figure out how to get my router to work with this DSL equipment. I'm watching movies as I think about it.

The nightmares are still back. The worse one was the other day where I was married to someone that killed a person and I was trying to keep the news from our two sons. Jimmy Carter helped a guy walk and while in court I helped pump a dead guys muscles as everyone in the court room sang What A Friend We Have In Jesus.

The guy moved a few muscles, but didn't talk during my dream. I'm putting out effort to reconnect with those in the area. The reconnecting is going slow. I'm receiving little, but much appreciated, help with not staying alone all the time and with some cleaning and cooking. The more I stay home the less negative remarks I hear about me. I've decided those needing to make such gossip about me is hurting in ways I can't offer help with. Live is what it is and that is just that. I have my own problems to deal with to have time to worry about it much. My life would be easier if the person going out of their way to cause me problems would find a way to stop. But I'm in the situation I'm in and such is life.

I borrowed a car to make the trip. Maybe in a month someone would like to go and so some of the driving.

You don't need a doctor Raymond Carney (aka Robber Baron). You need a swift kick in the rear. Just because you're a homosexual doesn't mean you're afforded extra protection. Just because you contracted some venereal disease as the result of your homosexual promiscuity doesn't mean you require the sympathy of the rest of us White GOD Americans. fearing people. If you put your business out here on the blog, then you've invited me in to your business. You claim you're too sick to work. You're using up Government resources. My tax dollars are MY business. If I pay for your homosexuality contracted disease, your disease is MY business. Today is no exception. I have gone into these "coma" states at least twice today and when I'm awake, I can't get all the way awake. It is all I can do to type this, but I want to keep record of how I am doing.

I should be moving before the end of February. This gives me a month to pack. With days like this I don't know if that will be enough time or not. I have help coming on Wednesday to help me get started.

The c-pap might be contributing to my face pain. I will be moving close to here. This is where I will be buried. Many of my family members have been buried here. My house is close by.Just about everyday for the past couple of weeks or so, I've slept most of the day. I can have two to three hours of good time, then it goes. Other than a repeat sleep study I've requested, my doctor doesn't know how to help me anymore than what he is doing and UNC Hospitals hasn't as much as talked with me about how I might be able to return to work doing any kind of work.

I've asked and my doctor has asked the hospital to help me, but that is just not going to happen. It is time to move back. I will miss my best friend, but I will have a cousin to help me. I'm learning how to use a webcam messager system so I can stay in touch better. Things will work out. I will have to try to stay away from those wanting to give me a hard time for being on disability. I've already heard just how much of a low life I am for not working.

I'm sure I can pay someone to load a U-Haul for me, but I've not figured out how to get the truck and my car across the state. I've yet to check into it, so at this point I'm not worried about that. I have to start packing soon or it won't be done on time. I've already been told I can get help to unload the truck when I get there.

I've only been up a few minutes, but I need to go back to sleep. I mainly wanted to document about my decision to move out of the apartment and turning in my notice.

<!--
