One of those freaks of nature that produce amazing images.  
Hundreds and hundreds of starfish have washed up on Budleigh Salterton beach in Devon &amp;#8211; a town previously best known for being the home of Muffin the Mule&amp;#8217;s creator and Sue Lawley!
