Judge Judy credits Her Honor program with making her 'hopeful' for the next generation

Judge Judy Sheindlin recently announced that she’s "rewiring" and letting son Adam Levy take the reins of TV courtroom drama, but she has plenty of other projects to keep her busy. The Her Honor Mentoring program she helped co-found just celebrated its 20-year anniversary.

Sheindlin founded the program with her daughter Nicole Sheindlin to empower young women through mentorship and professional development. For the past two decades, Her Honor Mentoring has welcomed approximately 2,500 participants; 1,500 mentees, selected from 31 high schools across the region, and more than 1,000 mentors from 400 organizations and businesses.

"I’m so happy to be here 20 years after our freshman year," Sheindlin told Fox News Digital.

The project, she said, "started off with a dream" and all they could do was hope it was successful. The first class held only eight or nine women, whereas the most recent class in September saw over 100.

"It’s the combination of the mentoring and the financial part of it – which is the girls get paid for working… and learning how to dress for success, learning about making first impressions, learning how to manage your money and just knowing how to grow up financially prepared to be an adult," Sheindlin told Fox News Digital.

The project, she said, is "simple, but satisfying." And she's been impressed and inspired by the young participants' drive to succeed.

"This small cohort makes me hopeful," Sheindlin said. "I think that you become jaded when you see so much dysfunction. I’ve been around so much adult dysfunction and juvenile dysfunction, that to see young people still hoping and dreaming, wanting to work hard to realize their dream that their journey on this Earth is positive and fulfilling, makes you feel good. It sort of renews your faith that probably the vast majority of people are like these young women. That they want their lives to be productive and happy and fulfilling."

Several of the former mentees have come back as mentors after starting their careers.

"We’re teaching them to give back," she said. "We’re teaching these young women the importance of being not only for themselves. But then once you’ve realized that, to supporting others with your time and your talent… they have a drive, they want to be their own engines. They want to be the engine that pulls their own train."

Sheindlin credited her stepdaughter Nicole as being "the engine that keeps the project running."

Nicole, the current CEO of Her Honor Mentoring, said the program started as a reflection of her relationship with Judge Judy. She went to the same law school as her stepmother and sat on the bench with her when she was a judge in family court. Nicole called it the perfect model for the program, saying, "The power and the impact of having a professional woman, a strong woman be a mentor, be a guide, be a supporter."

The mother-daughter duo concluded they should empower young women together to help women gain some extra skills and expand their professional network.

"We’ve come to learn how much the mentors have grown and are inspired," Nicole told Fox Digital. "They’ve discovered that giving back empowers their own personal wellbeing."

The program connects mentees with mentors across several industries. During 20 weekly meetings throughout the academic year, mentoring teams explore topics related to education, career and financial literacy.

In addition, as part of the Her Honor experience, mentees complete four electives. The offerings include field trips, digital courses and creative projects.

The 2026-27 Her Honor class consists of 108 mentees and 123 mentors across 14 schools throughout Bronx, Rockland and Westchester counties.

Mentee Keiry Alvarez and her mentor Lilliana Mendoza said they were grateful that the program helped them overcome their timidity. Alvarez, who said she was encouraged to join the program after her sister said Her Honor has helped her become more confident and outspoken.

Mendoza was the first generation female to go to college in her family and a 2016 Her Honor mentee. She said the program helped her combat her shyness, gain people skills and find her voice. She added that it gave her specific guidance that has made an impact on her career as a police officer in the Mamaroneck Police Department.

"Throughout my mentorship, I learned to have a lot of empathy for people and understand how people are, and I think that was a big part, because I also have a lot of empathy for people," she told Fox Digital.

British adventurer returns home after 28-year walk around the world

Adventurer Karl Bushby has finally stepped foot on UK soil after a 28-year journey across the world.

On Oct. 5, he announced he swam the English Channel, from France to England. While resting in Dover, he said, "I’m staring at the Union Jack flying outside this hotel. I’ve seen many flags over the days, but that one is special."

On social media he shared one of his first meals back, overjoyed to have authentic British fish and chips again.

His journey is not over yet. He hopes to reach the finish line — his mother’s home in Hull — by the end of the month.

On Nov. 1, 1998, the ex-paratrooper started his journey in Chile, with only a few hundred dollars in his pocket "South America, you were young, it was all new, it was the boys adventure dream," Bushby said.

He walked north to the United States, waiting for the Bering Strait to freeze to cross from Alaska into Russia. In April 2012, Russia denied his next visa, pausing his expedition. So he started walking in the wrong direction, in protest, to the Russian Embassy in Washington, D.C. The ban was overturned and he carried on with his journey. From Russia he entered Mongolia, China, and swam the Caspian Sea from Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan.

Then it was on to Europe.

"You’ll find that you are way more capable than you think you are, people always underestimate themselves. The world always looks bigger and scarier than it actually is," Bushby said.

He originally expected the journey to take 12 years, but visa restrictions, the 2008 financial crash, COVID-19, geopolitics, detention and some close calls slowed his progress. He says it’s the people that kept him going.

"The world is an incredible place, and it’s the people, the strangers that I have met along the way, that have kept me upright and moving forward," Bushby said.

Bushby has roughly 240 miles left to walk. He covered more than 30,000 miles, across 29 countries. "We went at a reasonable pace, we did what we needed to do and it has worked. I know it’s time to stop, I know that much because I feel that in the knees and ankles."

Last week, longtime "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest showed off his flawless physique in an Instagram post, highlighting what a typical "day off" looks like for him.

The viral post, which showed him shirtless next to his bike, was met with applause and celebrity feedback. "Dancing with the Stars" pro Gleb Savchenko commented, "Let’s goo!!! Shredded."

Pentagon data breach exposes records of over 3M people

You can change a password after a breach. You can cancel a credit card. But when your Social Security number gets exposed, you could be dealing with the fallout for years. That is the concern after a major breach involving the Pentagon's Defense Manpower Data Center. If you have served in the military, worked for the Department of War or have other ties to the military community, your information could be among the records involved.

A War Department official told CyberGuy that 2.76 million living individuals and 294,000 deceased individuals were affected. Depending on the person, the exposed information can include Social Security numbers, names, dates of birth, contact information and military personnel details. So, if a breach letter from the Pentagon shows up in your mailbox, don't toss it aside. Here's what happened, what may have been exposed and what you can do to protect yourself.

The breach involved the Defense Manpower Data Center, or DMDC. A War Department official told CyberGuy that a DMDC information system experienced unauthorized access to personally identifiable information by a small number of unauthorized users between October 2025 and July 2026. The official said DMDC immediately remediated the vulnerability after discovering it. At this time, the department says it has no indication that the accessed information has been misused.

The files accessed contained unencrypted personally identifiable information. That created a potentially long exposure window before the vulnerability was discovered. Personal information such as a Social Security number can remain useful to criminals long after the original breach fades from the headlines.

The specific information varies depending on the person. According to the Pentagon, exposed records can include:

The military details make this breach particularly sensitive because the records may reveal more than basic identity information. DMDC plays a major role behind the scenes at the Department of Defense. It maintains more than 60 million records covering military personnel, civilian employees, contractors, family members, retirees and veterans. The agency uses those records to support benefits, identity verification and other Defense Department programs. In other words, plenty of people who left active military service years ago may still have information stored in these systems.

People whose personal information was accessed are being notified by postal mail through the Department's contracted provider, Identity Theft Guard Solutions, or IDX. If you receive a notice, read it carefully rather than assuming it is another piece of junk mail. The letter should explain what information tied to you was affected and what protection is being offered.

According to the War Department official, IDX is providing notification, credit monitoring and identity restoration support based on the data elements affected for each individual. Anyone with questions can visit response.idx.us/DMDC or call 1-855-744-4556.

Be careful with unexpected emails or text messages claiming to be connected to the breach. Scammers can use major security incidents as an excuse to send fake notices or links designed to steal even more information. Instead of clicking a link in an unexpected message, verify the information using the official IDX contact details or the postal notice you received.

WHY SCAMMERS TARGET VETERANS AND HOW TO FIGHT BACK

A credit card number has an expiration date. Your Social Security number usually stays with you for life. That can give criminals plenty of time to combine stolen information from one breach with information collected elsewhere. Someone might already have your phone number or an old email address. Adding a Social Security number and date of birth can make a stolen identity far more useful.

A criminal could try to open credit in your name or use the information in a convincing phishing attack. Other forms of identity fraud may never involve your credit report at all. That is why I would treat a breach involving an SSN differently from one exposing an email address or password.

A breach notice can leave you wondering where to start, so focus first on the protections that can limit what someone does with the information.

If DMDC sent you an official notification, review the identity protection services available to you. Eligible individuals may receive 12 months of free credit monitoring and identity restoration support through IDX, depending on the information affected. Credit monitoring can warn you about certain changes to your credit file. However, monitoring usually alerts you after activity occurs. It does not stop someone from attempting to use your identity.

If you were not contacted by DMDC, or if you want protection that continues beyond the free 12-month period, you may also want to consider a broader identity theft protection service. Depending on the service, it may monitor for suspicious use of your personal information and provide help if identity theft occurs. Consider placing a credit freeze with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. A freeze restricts access to your credit file, which can make it harder for someone to open a new credit account in your name. You can temporarily lift the freeze when you legitimately need to apply for credit. A freeze remains one of the strongest free steps you can take after your Social Security number has been exposed. Keep in mind that a freeze focuses on new credit. It cannot stop every type of identity theft, including fraud involving an existing account.

If you do not want to freeze your credit, you can place a fraud alert on your credit reports. A fraud alert tells lenders to take extra steps to verify your identity before opening new credit. You only need to contact one of the three major credit bureaus, and that bureau should notify the other two. A fraud alert offers less protection than a freeze, but it can still add another layer of scrutiny.

Review your bank and credit card activity regularly. Also pay attention to unexpected changes involving accounts that use your identity. Turn on transaction alerts where available. Quick warnings can help you spot activity before it grows into a bigger problem.

Scammers pay attention to major data breaches too. You could receive a call, email or text from someone claiming to represent the Defense Department, a credit monitoring company or another organization offering to help you secure your identity.

Do not hand over a Social Security number, password or verification code because someone contacts you unexpectedly. Also avoid opening attachments or clicking links in unexpected breach-related messages.

Strong antivirus software can help detect malicious downloads, suspicious links and other threats that may show up in follow-up scams. Keep your security software updated and verify unexpected requests using official contact information you find yourself. Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) for your email, financial accounts and other important services whenever it is available. Your email account deserves special attention because criminals can use it to reset passwords for other accounts. An authenticator app or passkey can offer stronger protection than relying only on a password.

If your Social Security number was exposed, consider getting an IRS Identity Protection PIN. An IP PIN is a six-digit number that helps prevent someone else from filing a federal tax return using your Social Security number. The IRS issues a new PIN each year. This can be especially useful after a breach because tax-related identity theft may not show up on a credit report.

One year of free monitoring is useful, but stolen personal information does not become harmless when that year expires. Continue checking your credit reports and financial accounts. Also pay attention to unexpected tax notices, benefit claims or bills that you do not recognize. We have previously explained why a credit freeze alone does not stop every form of identity theft. A stolen Social Security number can potentially be misused in ways that never trigger a traditional credit check.

What stands out to me here is how long the information involved can remain valuable. A password can be replaced in a few minutes, but a Social Security number, birth date or military history can follow you for decades. If you receive one of these Pentagon breach notices, I would take it seriously even though officials say they have not seen evidence of misuse. Use the free monitoring being offered and consider freezing your credit. Then keep an eye on your accounts after that free monitoring period ends. We hand organizations an enormous amount of personal information because we often have no practical alternative. When that information gets exposed, the burden of watching for fraud suddenly falls back on us.

Selma Blair arrested after in-flight incident

Selma Blair was arrested Sunday after allegedly attacking crew members on board a Delta flight into New York City.

"On Sunday October 11 at approximately 11pm at JFK Airport, PAPD responded to a call about a physically abusive passenger aboard Delta Airlines flight 938 which was parked at the gate after arrival from LAX," New York Port Authority officials confirmed to Fox News Digital.

"Suspect was identified as Selma Blair, a 54-year-old woman. She was taken into custody and transported to the hospital for evaluation."

A rep for Blair told TMZ, "Selma experienced a medical emergency that led to the alleged conduct. Upon landing, she received immediate medical attention and is currently in stable condition."

Officials confirmed two flight attendants also reported injuries, and one was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.

Delta confirmed that law enforcement officials responded to an incident upon arrival to John F. Kennedy International Airport, a flight which departed out of Los Angeles earlier in the day.

"Delta has zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first," Delta said in a statement.

Additionally, there was no operational impact to the flight as it landed ahead of schedule at JFK, Delta said.

Blair's representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Season is already over for these four NFL teams after Week 5, you can write them off now

Five weeks into the NFL season, we can officially write off four teams. By "write off," we mean teams that are going nowhere. Their fans should be more concerned with draft position than anything their teams might accomplish this season.

We understand how demoralizing it is to concede a season before mid-October. It is, nonetheless, the reality for certain franchises.

Let's start with two teams that aren't tanking, per se, but weren't exactly built to contend this season. The Miami Dolphins and Arizona Cardinals are about as bad as expected, despite the latter managing an early-season win.

The positive is that both teams have stockpiled young talent while positioning themselves for a high draft pick. Miami's rookie class is impressive, including Kadyn Proctor, Chris Johnson, Jacob Rodriguez, Caleb Douglas, and Chris Bell. Arizona has the best tight end in football in Trey McBride, while Jeremiah Love, albeit injured, has generational upside.

Unfortunately, the 2027 quarterback class doesn't appear nearly as promising as anticipated. Arch Manning, to this point, hardly resembles the prospect analysts projected him to become.

Elsewhere, the Tennessee Titans might be worse than both the Dolphins and Cardinals. That's particularly concerning because Tennessee spent the offseason actively trying to improve its roster and coaching staff.

Through Week 5, the Titans rank last in the NFL in both scoring and total offense, averaging just 11.6 points and 246.4 yards per game.

The winless Titans shouldn't be expected to win many games this season.

After five weeks, we can also write off the Los Angeles Chargers, who entered the season with nearly the same Super Bowl odds as the Kansas City Chiefs. A team coached by Jim Harbaugh and quarterbacked by Justin Herbert should not be this inept. And yet, they are.

At 0-5, with games remaining against the Rams, Ravens, Chiefs twice, 49ers, and Patriots, it's difficult to find many wins left on the schedule.

A midseason parting with offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel now seems more plausible than a late-season surge toward the playoffs. The Chargers' season, at least in terms of meaningful aspirations, is over.

Based strictly on their play, the New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers should join this list. Both teams have won just one game and have deficiencies on both sides of the ball. Despite relatively high expectations entering the season, the Saints have a minus-33 point differential.

Neither team figures to be much of a factor in the postseason, if it gets there at all. However, both remain just one game out of first place in the perpetually mediocre NFC South.

Likewise, the 1-3-1 Washington Commanders remain viable playoff threats largely because of the lackluster state of the rest of the NFC East.

Granted, it's hard to take seriously a team that did that in overtime on Sunday

The 2-3 New York Jets are the final team worth discussing. As WWE commentator Michael Cole told OutKick last week, the Jets remain poorly coached and overmatched in the trenches. In all likelihood, they are probably a bottom-10 team in the NFL–again.

But we can't, in good faith, write off a team that sits just one game behind the Patriots and Bills, who play the Rams on Monday night, in the AFC East.

We suspect the Jets will join this list by the end of October. For now, however, they've played well enough — including competitive games against the Lions and Packers — to keep the light on for a few more weeks.

So, through Week 5, the Dolphins, Cardinals, Titans, and Chargers are the only four teams we're officially declaring "season over."

The rest of the fan bases should at least have hope, even for just a short while longer.

A Biden-appointed federal judge who previously drew a formal misconduct complaint from President Donald Trump's Justice Department for alleged bias erupted at government lawyers again Monday, in a heated showdown over rapid tree removal at a historic golf course on national parkland.

Judge Ana Reyes unleashed her latest rebuke during an emergency hearing over hundreds of trees removed from East Potomac Golf Links in Hains Point, D.C. Trump wants to transform the historic public facility into a championship-caliber golf course like his courses in the U.S., Ireland and Scotland – the latest courtroom collision between the administration and its political opponents.

Journalist Scott MacFarlane, who live-tweeted from the hearing, described Reyes as "scream[ing]" at administration attorneys over the government's late-Friday notification that tree removal would begin Saturday. A government lawyer acknowledged that approximately 430 trees had already been cut down, according to MacFarlane.

Monday's hearing brought another heated exchange, this time over when government lawyers learned of the tree-removal operation and why they waited until the end of the workweek to notify the court.

"At 4:55pm on a Friday of a holiday weekend, the plaintiffs and I get [little] notice that hundreds of trees are going to be chopped down," Reyes reportedly fumed at the government, according to MacFarlane.

When government counsel reportedly acknowledged learning of the operation on Oct. 8 or 9 and said officials were awaiting details, Reyes demanded:

MacFarlane tweeted that he had never heard a judge "scream at full-voice at a lawyer before," while the UK Independent reported Reyes excoriated federal counsel for about 15 minutes.

The uproar comes as preservationists and progressive interests challenge the administration, including former Obama ethics lawyer Norm Eisen — who has engineered a "broad legal resistance" to the president through his group Democracy Defenders Fund, according to its mission statement.

Eisen tweeted a victory lap Monday after the court agreed to hear the case in an "emergency’ setting.

The ground game got them three scores and 137 yards. One of those was from Nacua as well.

Prior to that game, Buffalo crushed the Rams, winning 31-10 with Stafford going 29-for-41 for 240 yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions. Allen scored one on the ground, and his passing game was even better: 26-for-31 for 297 passing yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions.

America’s most rat-infested cities ranked as Midwest surprise cracks top 10

A national pest control company has released its annual list of the top 10 most rodent-infested cities in the U.S. — and one Midwest city has now joined the list for the first time.

The list is based on rodent control service data from more than 300 Terminix branches nationwide in 2025, ranking cities where residents most frequently used the company's services.

While New York and Los Angeles held onto the top two spots, Philadelphia moved up one spot to No. 3.

The top 10 list included returning cities like Houston, Chicago and Washington, D.C. — as well as Boston and Dallas.

There was also a new entrant in the top 10 this year.

For the first time, Detroit cracked the top 10, moving up one spot from No. 11.

Rodent infestations have previously raised concerns among Detroit residents.

In a 2023 memorandum obtained by Fox News Digital, Detroit Mayor Mary Sheffield, who was then serving as the city council president, said residents complained about rodent infestations during a community meeting.

"In a recent community meeting that I held, rodent infestations were a main complaint among our residents," Sheffield said at the time.

"[Residents] shared that many demolition properties become homes for rat infestation."

Fox News Digital reached out to Sheffield's office for comment.

Following Detroit on the list were Hartford, Atlanta, Baltimore, Tampa and Sacramento, rounding out the top 15.

Terminix said all the cities on the list share three common factors: large populations, abundant food sources and plenty of places for rodents to hide.

"Together, these conditions give rats and mice the resources they need to survive and reproduce," said Terminix in a release. The Rentokil Terminix company is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee.

"Large populations generate significant amounts of food waste, while dumpsters, alleys, parks, and other urban spaces can give rodents easy access to food," the company added.

"Older buildings, subway systems, and sewer networks provide additional places to travel, hide, and nest."

Terminix also urged residents to take steps to prevent rodent infestations.

That includes sealing cracks and openings around doors, windows and foundations, storing food in airtight containers and keeping living spaces clean and free of crumbs and food residue.

"If you live in one of the most rat-infested cities, these steps can significantly help lower the risk of a rodent infestation," the company added.

Republican lawmakers break with Trump on diesel deal with Russia

President Donald Trump last week touted a diesel agreement with Russian President Vladimir Putin, asserting that prices for the fuel would swiftly fall, but some Republicans have responded by rebuking the president's move.

"I have just concluded a highly successful discussion with President Vladimir Putin, of Russia, wherein it was agreed that Russia will immediately supply over 300,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel to the American and Global Marketplace, another 500,000 Tons during the month of November, and 1,000,000 Tons immediately thereafter. Additionally, based on the condition of their Diesel Refineries, Russia will then deliver, within a short period of time, 3,000,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel," Trump declared in an Oct. 9 Truth Social post.

"Between our TOTAL CONTROL of the Strait of Hormuz, and this great announcement on Russian Energy, Diesel Prices for Americans and, indeed, the World, will be COMING DOWN, IN RECORD NUMBERS, AND FAST! Lower prices for Americans, especially our Great Farmers, Ranchers, and Truckers, is my Greatest Priority. This is a very big and important announcement. Additionally, it must be understood, that Iran will not have a Nuclear Weapon!" Trump declared.

The announcement sparked blowback from some Republicans, including outgoing Rep. Don Bacon of Nebraska, who declared in a post on X that Trump's "policies towards Russia and Ukraine are failures."

It will be called the 'Ronald Reagan Peace Through Strength Act.' It will be forced to the Floor via discharge and it will pass overwhelmingly."

Bacon shared Fitzpatrick's post and noted, "I’ve already agreed to be an original cosponsor. Congress must make a stand."

A bipartisan group of senators — including Democratic Sens. Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire, Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut, Ron Wyden of Oregon, as well as GOP Sens. Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Thom Tillis of North Carolina and John Curtis of Utah — joined together in a statement pressing the administration to "reverse course."

"Congress explicitly banned Russian energy imports in 2022 to prevent American dollars from financing Putin’s brutal war against Ukraine. Congress was clear: The U.S. should not import oil from Russia until it ends its aggression against Ukraine and ceases threats against our NATO Allies," the statement declares.

"President Trump’s decision to allow Russian diesel imports to the U.S. runs directly counter to that law. Tillis, an outgoing senator who is not seeking re-election, is the author of the recently released book, "How to Lose Friends and Antagonize Presidents." Shaheen is also not seeking another term.

Former U.S. Energy Secretary Dan Brouillette explained during a Monday appearance on FOX Business that he does not expect the agreement to cause the price of diesel to decline significantly.

He said that he believes "it's important for Americans to realize that ... we may not be talking about brand new barrels to the marketplace. So, if there's an expectation that prices are gonna come down dramatically as a result of this agreement, I'm a bit skeptical of that."

Against Denver, they were up 16-0 at halftime, and the defense just couldn’t get a stop when needed in the second half, giving up 30 points. Against the Eagles, they were down 20-10, but two fourth-quarter touchdowns gave them the win.

US attorney warns Chinese espionage is 'extremely pervasive,' says Beijing 'playing the long game'

First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli said Chinese espionage is "extremely pervasive" in the U.S. following the arrest of an alleged Chinese agent in Los Angeles this month.

Essayli told Fox News Digital in an interview that his office has pressed charges against several alleged Chinese spies in recent months, saying Beijing is brazen in its attempts to build their access inside the U.S.

"I think it's extremely pervasive," Essayli said of Chinese spying. "China is one of our biggest adversaries, and they're committed to advancing their interests. And they're playing the long game, and so they are willing to put a lot of resources into developing sources, recruiting people within the U.S. to advance their interests.

"They're willing to steal our technology; they're willing to engage in espionage here. So, there's no limit to what China is willing to do. It is a huge, huge concern. We have to be vigilant, and we have to disrupt these operations on our soil," Essayli said. "We have to protect our sovereignty."

"If you look at just the cases we brought this year, just in my office, I mean, you had cases where the woman from Irvine was engaged in espionage against the Taiwanese president's family member. I had a guy last week we arrested, he sold more than $300 million in SI chips, formerly known as AI chips, to China," he continued. "You had a mayor of a local city that we charged for serving as an unregistered agent of China as well, pushing out their propaganda and taking orders from China."

"So, it's extremely pervasive. It's a huge problem, but the FBI is on it," he said. "They have entire squads dedicated to combating this, and we're committed here at the U.S. Attorney's Office to supporting those investigations and bringing criminal charges to disrupt these operations."

Wanying Zhang, 34, of Irvine, was arrested earlier this month for allegedly working with an associate to photograph and record the family outside their Seattle-area home, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Fox News Digital.

CHINA-LINKED HACKERS INFILTRATED US GOVERNMENT NETWORKS BEFORE FBI TAKEDOWN

Authorities nabbed Zhang, who goes by "Heather" in the U.S., at the Los Angeles airport as she attempted to board a plane to China.

Essayli said FBI Los Angeles agents arrested Zhang on a federal charge of acting as an unregistered agent of the People’s Republic of China.

She allegedly traveled to Seattle in 2025 at the direction of Chinese officials and sent them photos, videos and license plate information.

"She coordinated the trip with an associate and used tradecraft to avoid detection," Essayli wrote. "She never notified the attorney general she was acting for a foreign government, a federal offense."

Speaking on "The Big Weekend Show" Sunday, Essayli said Zhang is a naturalized U.S. citizen and confirmed the alleged surveillance targeted a relative of Taiwan’s president.

"She was conducting surveillance on behalf of the Chinese government. She was acting as a foreign agent," Essayli said. "And she was spying on a relative of the president of Taiwan here in the U.S."

The alleged target was Ting-Yu Lai, the U.S.-based son of Taiwanese President Lai Ching-te, CBS News reported, citing law enforcement sources. The complaint does not name him.

The Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) World Championship is the top prize in the company and adding your name to the rich legacy of the title is a worthy cause for any pro wrestler.

The pressure is enough for anyone, but add a shot at history on top of it is almost too much. It was what Leon Slater was trying to accomplish at Bound for Glory on Sunday night in Tampa, Florida. If Slater defeated Nic Nemeth, he would become the youngest TNA world champion in the promotion’s history at 22 years old. The opportunity came months after Slater nearly became the longest-reigning X Division champion.

Pressure can crush anyone who cannot live up to it. It can also make diamonds.

Slater survived a Skull Crushing Finale and a Rough Ryder. He superkicked Nemeth and got his opponent in position for the Swanton 450. He hit the move but Nemeth kicked out of the pin. He tried again, but Nemeth got his knees up and nearly pinned him in the same sequence.

Nemeth hit a Danger Zone and tried to pin Slater, but to no avail.

Slater dug as deep as he could. He countered every chance Nemeth had to move out of the way of the danger Slater brought with him. Slater went over the turnbuckle and onto the floor to catch Nemeth slipping. As he tossed Nemeth back into the ring, Nemeth moved out of the way of a third Swanton 450. Instead, Slater soared across the ring and nailed a splash.

It set Slater up for the final Swanton 450. He hit it perfectly and pinned Nemeth for the win.

Slater became the youngest TNA world champion and proved that the "Youngest in Charge" was certainly that.

Nemeth’s reign ends at 105 days. It was his second reign as world champion.

Now, Slater has the title and has etched his name into the TNA history books.

Bright lights not too bright for the Brewers or superfan Front Row Amy in Game 1 of NLCS

Those who thought the Los Angeles Dodgers and their massive payroll were going to waltz into Milwaukee and run over the Brewers were wrong. This is a team that won 103 games this season for the best record in baseball.

They're not going to forget how to play the game now that October and its bright lights have arrived. They have too much talent for that, and they proved that in a 2-1 win in Game 1 of the NLCS.

The lights aren’t too bright for the Brew Crew or their superfan, Amy Williams, better known as Front Row Amy. They showed up, proved that they weren't going to be run over and took a tight Game 1 while she went viral.

Brewers ace Jacob Misiorowski was on the mound. He gave up one run in 4 1/3 innings of work before turning it over to the bullpen to hold it down the rest of the way, which they did.

They only needed two runs and that's what they ended up with when the final out in the top of the ninth was recorded. All you have to do in October is win. It doesn’t matter how, just score more runs than the other team.

Amazing Red enters TNA Hall of Fame and wins X Division Championship on same night at Bound for Glory

The X Division Championship scramble was simply "amazing."

The match was initially billed as a six-man match among BDE, KC Navarro, Ryan Nemeth, Fabian Aichner, Rich Swann and Cedric Alexander. The X Division title was vacated when Leon Slater cashed in "Option C" for a shot at the TNA World Championship.

Amazing Red was being inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame as part of a class that included Konnan and ODB. He said during his speech he would enter the match Sunday night at Bound for Glory. The six-man scramble turned into a seven-man brawl. Chaos was everywhere in the ring. Amazing Red knew better than anyone what it took to win the X Division title.

Swann and BDE were unfazed at first. The duo used their tag team skills to keep Amazing Red grounded for the most part. It appeared it could have been one of their nights to live in infamy.

KC Navarro also thought he was going to score the victory. He hit the 305 on Aichner and followed it up with a Blessing in Disguise. But as he went to pin Aichner, Nemeth pulled the referee out of the ring. Navarro would hit the floor and take out Nemeth.

Navarro reentered the ring and came face-to-face with his hero – Amazing Red.

The veteran, however, got the advantage. Amazing Red connected with a Spanish Fly and followed it up with the Code Red. Amazing Red pinned Navarro and scored the victory, capturing the X Division Championship.

It’s the fourth time Amazing Red has held the title, but it’s been quite some time. The last time he held the X Division Championship was all the way back in September 2010. He won it at a live event but dropped it to Jay Lethal only a few days later.

Amazing Red’s fourth reign is good for eighth-best in the title’s history. Chris Sabin (10), Austin Aries (6), Jay Lethal (6), A.J. Styles (6), Samoa Joe (5), Low Ki (5) and Frankie Kazarian (5) have only held the belt more times than him.

Indi Hartwell gets back to top of women's wrestling, captures TNA Knockouts Championship at Bound for Glory

Indi Hartwell never lost her WWE NXT Championship when she was with the company. She was only forced to relinquish the title when she was drafted to the Raw brand.

On Sunday, Hartwell was back on top of a women’s division in pro wrestling. She defeated Xia Brookside at Total Nonstop Action Wrestling’s (TNA) Bound for Glory pay-per-view to become the Knockouts world champion for the first time in her career.

Hartwell worked hard to get back into the Knockouts World Championship picture. She nearly got her first taste of TNA gold in the Knockouts TV Championship Tournament, but was eliminated in the semifinals. She dusted herself off and continued to vie for the illusive belt, picking up a tag team title win with Harley Hudson and winning a match via DQ against Zoey Serrano.

After Daria Rae slapped her backstage, Hartwell was rewarded with a shot at the Knockouts Championship against Brookside. Brookside and Hartwell both explained in their pre-match promos the match essentially came down to doing things the right way.

Brookside did her damndest to keep the title but her frustrations got the better of her. She slapped special guest referee Mickie James twice before the TNA Hall of Famer retaliated. Hartwell took advantage and hit the Hurts Donut to get the win.

Brookside’s reign ends after 105 days. She initially won the title against Lei Ying Lee.

Hartwell is the fourth different Knockout to win the belt this year, following in the footsteps of Brookside, Lee and Arianna Grace.

Hartwell is a champion again and there doesn’t seem to be anyone who is going to take that belt away from her immediately.

Jason Hotch captures TNA International Championship at Bound for Glory as Order 4 disintegrates

Order 4 went to war on Sunday night at Bound for Glory.

The faction that had a chokehold on the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) roster for quite some time completely disintegrated in recent weeks leading to all four male members getting into a match for Mustafa Ali’s TNA International Championship.

Ali tried to defend it against Jason Hotch, John Skyler and Special Agent 0. Each man showcased their athletic abilities. Special Agent 0 dove over the ropes to knock down all three of his opponents. But his momentum came to a screeching halt. Ali, Hotch and Skyler teamed together for a few minutes to get Special Agent 0 on a table outside of the ring.

Tasha Steelz tried to step in and prevent any damage. Mila Moore, who was in Skyler’s corner, had different ideas. She hit Steelz with her heel and knocked her onto the table beside Special Agent 0. Ali then went to the top rope and hit a nasty 450 splash through the table.

It was up to Ali, Hotch and Skyler from there on. Skyler nailed a double destroyer on his opponents. But the two top stars in Order 4 showed just how good they were.

Hotch took out Special Agent 0 one last time, hitting a double stomp from the top rope. Ali was waiting for him on the opposite turnbuckle.

Ali hit Hotch with a 450 splash, but Hotch rolled up Ali with a sudden crucifix pin. He picked up the win and was crowned the new TNA international champion.

It is the second TNA International Championship reign for Hotch. He initially defeated Ali back on "Impact" in July. But Ali regained the title once their alliance broke apart, defeating Hotch at Lockdown.

As Order 4 fell to the wayside, Hotch got back on top.

He only held the title for 24 days the first time. He’s likely expecting a much longer reign coming out of Bound for Glory.

Two teens arrested after carrying what looked like rifles to Delaware homes in late-night prank: police

Two teenagers caught on camera wearing tactical-style vests and carrying what appeared to be rifles while approaching homes in a Delaware neighborhood late Friday night were pulling a prank, police said Monday.

The 16- and 17-year-old boys were identified Sunday after New Castle County police received information that helped investigators track them down following the encounters in the Mallard Pointe neighborhood.

New Castle County Police Department spokesperson Sgt. Andrea Botterbusch confirmed to Fox News Digital that officers arrested the juveniles Sunday evening.

As part of the investigation, officers executed a search warrant at one of the teens' homes, recovering a gel bead gun, tactical vest and hockey-style mask.

Both juveniles were charged with two misdemeanor counts of harassment, one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief and two criminal trespassing violations.

Police determined the teens had been knocking on residents' doors late at night as part of a prank that alarmed neighbors, but found that no threats of violence were made.

Arraignment information for both juveniles was pending Monday.

The investigation began after residents in the Mallard Pointe neighborhood of New Castle reported seeing masked individuals approaching homes shortly before 11 p.m. Friday.

Surveillance images released by police show one individual wearing a black hockey-style mask and tactical-style vest while holding what appears to be a rifle outside a home's front door.

Officers were called to the 1200 block of Canvasback Drive at about 10:50 p.m. after receiving a report of a suspicious person.

Residents told investigators that a masked individual carrying what appeared to be a rifle had knocked on doors before running away.

Police also reported seeing four individuals heading east on Mallard Road, including two riding bicycles and two on foot.

Officers searched the neighborhood and surrounding properties with the assistance of a K-9 unit but were unable to locate the individuals.

Investigators initially believed the apparent weapons may have been airsoft-style guns, though police have not confirmed whether the recovered gel bead gun was the weapon seen in the surveillance images.

The incident comes nearly two months after a man wearing a "Chucky"-style mask was caught on camera terrorizing pedestrians about 35 miles away in Philadelphia.

The suspect, Zymire Hughes, 22, was arrested in Las Vegas later that month by members of the U.S. Marshals Service's Philadelphia office.

Hillary Clinton includes 2016 loss in 'hard times' list for Dem voters, including 9/11, 2008 financial crisis

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton included her 2016 election loss on a list of hard times over the years in the U.S. during an event for Nebraska Democrats on Saturday, answering a question about how the Democratic base is feeling disillusioned about their vote.

Clinton was asked about how she would address Democrats who feel that their vote doesn't matter during the event. The former 2016 Democratic presidential candidate said that these people likely feel like no one in elected office cares about them and suggested they felt this way due to a series of hard times over the years.

"And you could kind of understand that, for people who feel like they've had a series of hard times. If you look back on the last 25 years in our country, I was a senator from New York on 9/11. That was a trauma. The terrible financial crisis of 2008 was horrific for people. We had an election in 2016 that, you know, raised a lot of questions that we're still trying to find answers for about what, what kind of really went on, and then we had COVID," she told the crowd of Democrats.

She continued, "So if you're somebody who is saying, does it really matter that I vote because I'm not sure I matter to the people that I'm asked to vote for? What we have to do is demonstrate as clearly as possible and then repeat over and over again, you do matter, and we're going to do everything we can to try to help you have the life you deserve to have."

Clinton argued that Americans still need to work hard and do their part, but, "We're not going to allow your hard work to continue to be undervalued and overwhelmed by the advantages that are going to the people at the very top."

The former Secretary of State said she was excited about the Democrats "winning in November" and argued that the Democrats need to prove that they can produce results for Americans.

"What's most important is what are you going to do with those majorities? How are you going to show people that you're actually producing results that are going to affect their lives?" she said, before criticizing President Donald Trump and arguing his messaging tactics are worn out.

"I think that's kind of worn out. I think what originally seemed like, 'Oh, he's a different kind of leader. He says what he thinks.' All of that, I think that is beginning to finally sink through to people like, 'Wait a minute, am I better off? Has my life improved?' I look at other people, especially those who are doing really, really well, and they seem to be enjoying a lot of access to the president. And even the president has made a lot of money, which is so unprecedented," she said.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) told Fox News Digital that Clinton was in no position to offer help to Americans.

"Just like Democrat Dan Osborn will never be a senator, Hillary Clinton will never be president, and she's in no position to help Americans escape Democrats' delusional America-last policies she's spearheaded over the last 20 years," RNC National Press Secretary Natalie Baldassarre said.

Clinton made her first endorsement of a U.S. Senate candidate in the 2026 midterm elections on Thursday, backing Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan.

"Minnesota, you have an opportunity to select an extraordinary person and public servant as your next U.S. senator. Please take it!" Clinton wrote in a post on the social media platform Bluesky when sharing a post in which Flanagan touted Clinton's endorsement.

Flanagan declared in her post, "@hillaryclinton.bsky.social has spent five decades fighting for working families, dedicating her career to making the case that every child in this country deserves a fair shot. I’m honored to have Secretary Clinton’s support, and I’ll proudly carry on her fight in the US Senate."

Clinton was also asked by an audience member about what she would have done differently over the course of her political career.

"I would have not just won the popular vote but the Electoral College," she responded.

She called the Electoral College an "abomination" in a trailer, which aired in June, for the new Netflix docuseries titled "The American Experiment."

Idaho professor falsely accused of student murders by TikTok psychic reveals fear for children's safety

The University of Idaho historian who successfully sued a Texas TikTok psychic who had accused her, without evidence, of involvement in the murders of four students there has revealed fears for her children's safety — including sleepless nights standing guard as they slept — and other consequences of the ordeal in a new op-ed.

Rebecca Scofield, 41, first became aware of Ashley Guillard's unfounded videos on Thanksgiving, less than two weeks after the murders. Court documents provide a raw account of what she went through.

"I went and laid in my son's bed because his bedroom is the closest to an entrance to our house," she testified at trial. "And I was so afraid for him, so I just sat there at the end of his bed all night and watched him."

Things got worse as time dragged on and Guillard posted more videos, she wrote Monday in a New York Times op-ed.

"Over the next several weeks, while I was grieving with the rest of my community, this TikTok influencer uploaded over a hundred videos declaring that I had committed a quadruple homicide," she wrote. "The videos got millions of views. I was overwhelmed with calls, messages, comments and emails, many of which were disturbing or threatening. And I could have been anyone."

She had trouble sleeping and found herself patrolling the hallway outside of her children's rooms at night instead. She stopped going to class and taught students remotely. While she hunkered down at home, she felt exposed there at the same time.

Guillard's claims continued even after Scofield's lawyers sent her a cease-and-desist order, after Moscow police publicly stated the professor was not a suspect — and even after police arrested Bryan Kohberger in connection with the crimes.

"I was not hit by a bus or punched in the face," Scofield wrote. "Yet I saw up close how the online world can come to feel more real than the physical one. Even after the actual murderer was arrested and convicted, the accusations against me continued. And even though these outrageous claims were made online by someone I had never met, they were amplified by unsuspecting viewers and algorithm-driven platforms, and the harm seeped into every aspect of my life."

Scofield is also warning that social media giants face little accountability while amplifying potentially defamatory or damaging claims.

"We can try to hold platforms accountable for the harmful content they spread," Scofield wrote. "A federal law, Section 230, protects online platforms from many defamation lawsuits, meaning that only individuals are liable for misinformation, even if a platform helped spread it. Proposals that would reform Section 230 range from adding exceptions for extreme cases to revoking immunity for social media companies altogether. If the companies making billions of dollars off these platforms won’t protect us, what other recourse do we have?"

"We can sue," she added, and "we can also share our stories."

She did both, with a federal jury awarding her $10 million in her defamation lawsuit against Guillard, a 41-year-old from Houston who had repeatedly posted videos about Scofield online, claiming she'd directed the murders and was having an extramarital same-sex affair with one of the victims, while providing no evidence. Guillard has appealed to the Ninth Circuit.

"I came to realize that all of us are responsible for the online world we inhabit, and all of us must fight its tendency to propagate lies," Scofield wrote.

As part of her warning, she recounted that technological advances in communication throughout history have had huge impacts on the world, citing the effect of the printing press on Christianity and claiming that "the radio helped fuel the rise of fascism across the U.S. and Europe."

"Digital platforms rewrite our reality in a much more profound way," she wrote. "It takes a long time to uncover the truth through historical analysis, and even then, it’s often at best partial. Social media destroys that process. Even though many content creators hold themselves to high standards of research, they are not professionally beholden to official codes of conduct or review."

Scofield and a spokesperson for TikTok did not immediately respond to messages seeking comment.

Last year, Kohberger admitted to the murders of Madison Mogen, 21, Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Ethan Chapin, 20. All four were University of Idaho undergraduate students. The three young women lived in a rental home off campus with two other roommates, and Chapin was spending the night over with Kernodle, his girlfriend.

In July, Kohberger petitioned the court in an attempt to take back his plea. He's due to attend a virtual court hearing Thursday on a motion to have the judge taken off his case as part of that process.
