Name badges for Fortune Fest 2009 have started shipping out to US registrants. Below are some of the frequently asked questions related to the name badges. If you have additional questions that are not answered below, please don’t hesitate to contact Rep Support.
As mentioned previously, badges for Canadian Representatives will be available for pick up onsite during the convention.

Q: My name/city/state is misspelled. What do I do?

A: The name/city/state was pulled directly from the information listed on the registration form. We will gladly create a new badge insert and have it available for you to pick up onsite at check in. Please e-mail the correct information to RepSupport@fhtm.net as soon as you receive the badge and notice an error to allow us time to reprint the insert.

Q: I promoted to a different Representative level and want a new badge holder. What do I do?

A: We will be more than happy to trade out your badge holder once you arrive onsite at the convention. Please ask the person helping to check you in for a new holder. Congratulations on your promotion!

Q: I did not receive a wrist band in my ticket order. What do I do?

A: Thank you for notifying us in advance. We will mail a wrist band/wrist bands out to you asap. If it is 10 days or less before the event, the wrist bands will be reserved for you at the check in area. Please notify RepSupport@fhtm.net of this issue. We must know before the event that this has occurred so that you will not be charged for a wrist band replacement onsite.

Q: I received the wrong color wrist band in my packet. What do I do?

A: Please mail the incorrect band(s) back to the office, to the attention of Bryce. Bryce will then mail the correct color band(s) back to you. If it is 10 days or less before the event, you will need to bring the band with you and it can be verified and traded out at the check in area.

Q: I lost my wrist band or badge while onsite at the event. What do I need to do?

A: You may purchase a new wrist band for $10 USD onsite. A new name badge due to losing it (not updates for misspellings) will be available for $5 USD per badge.

2. (FHTM) legitimate business is registered with the Better Business Bureau. A scam/pyramid scheme is not registered, thus creating a red flag that gives the appearance of them being illegal.

3. FHTM displays integrity by making it known that the opportunity is not another form of a lottery ticket and that it takes time and work to succeed with the business. Scams/Pyramid Schemes make promises of getting rich quick without putting in any work to do it or very little work.

4. FHTM provides actual products and services that can be utilized by the public. A scam/scheme tends to recruit people on a concept and not actual products/services that can be utilized.

5. FHTM is tax-deductible and provides you with a statement every year to pay taxes on your business if you earn pass a certain amount of money. Scams/Pyramid Schemes don't (another red flag for being illegal).

6. FHTM provides several ways to make a lucrative amount of money. A scam/pyramid scheme may offer only one way to earn money.
