You can rotate each piece and your objective is to stack them on top of each other till they reach a height goal. Once you reach that height you can keep going for extra points till either your time is up or till your tower falls over.<br /> <br /> You can play alone or along with your nearby friends via Wifi. Pano Camera is just the answer to that, and it's free for now.<br /> <br /> If you're not familiar with panoramic images or how to create them, basically you shoot multiple pictures of a scene and then stitch them together using some kind of photo-stitching software. To get good results you typically need to use a tripod so the pictures are more or less aligned.<br /> Not with Pano Camera.<br /> <br /> <a href="http://bit.ly/wpBzUN" title="Get the app from the AppStore">Pano Camera</a> lets you easily create panoramic photos, without much hassle. It has a couple cool features that make your life easy when you take the photos, and it stitches them up for you seamlessly.<br /> <br /> First of all, Pano detects when you are holding your phone up vertically and only then lets you take a picture. That makes a big difference and lets you take your photos without a tripod. The second useful feature that Pano has is an alignment indicator that shoots your photos when your camera is at the right spot so that all the images align properly in the final panoramic image.<br /> <br /> So all you do is line up your phone for the first shot, hit the camera button, and then move your phone right or left to line up the indicator. Once it's lined up the app automatically takes the photo for you and moves the indicator to the next spot. The concept is really simple (like good games usually are): you move boxes around in order to line up at least 3 of a kind.<br /> <br /> <a href="http://bit.ly/xhdrr3 " title="Get the app from the AppStore">Move the Box</a> starts off with a few very simple levels to teach you how the game works. You can move, drop and swap the boxes. Three or more boxes of the same kind in a line disappear.<br /> So what's the catch? Here's an app that's finally groundbreaking.<br /> <br />Are you ready?<br /> <br /> <a href="http://bit.ly/xDCcga" title="Get the app from the AppStore">Yumemiru</a> lets you control your dreams.<br /> <br />This Japanese app for iPhone detects when you enter the dream phase of your sleep and then it plays a soundtrack you chose, which influences what you dream about.<br /> <br /> The way it works is that you run the app and place it next to you when you go to sleep. The app has a timer and after a while it uses the phone's microphone to listen to you and detect when you've reached the REM phase of your sleep (which is when you start dreaming). It then plays a different soundtrack according to the type of dream that you selected you want. You know, when playing offline games (like a board game) with your real friends, in the real world (remember those?).<br /> <br /> What Scorekeeper does is let you easily setup a list of players and then keep track of the score for each one of them.<br /> The functionality it offers is very straightforward, but no doubt the highlight of this app is its user interface. Everything you click in the app causes some kind of cool animation and sound effect. I know the graphics are horrible, but bear with me, if you like logic games it's really fun.<br /> <br /> Not only does it look horrible but it's also hard to explain the game. However, if you can look beyond that you're promised hours of fun.<br /><br /> Each row of the puzzle contains images of different objects (faces, houses, numbers, fruit, street signs, letters). The goal of the game is figure out what objects go where, based on the clues that you have about their logic. The game gives you JUST enough clues (presented graphically) to figure out where each image must be located in its row. For example: the cherry is next to the grapes, the blue face is above the number 2, the red house is not next to the green house, the number 6 is between the stop sign and the hospital sign, etc... During the installation they ask you to setup a LogMeIn account (which is free for the basic features). Then you can go to logmein.com from any browser in the world and get remote access to any computer you've installed the client software on.<br /> With the <a href="http://bit.ly/zxDsYJ" title="Get the app from the AppStore">LogMeIn</a> app, you can do the same from your iPhone and control your computers remotely.<br /> <br /> The basic features that are offered in the free account are to view the screen of your remote computer and control the mouse and keyboard. The opening animation sequence, including its music, is really good.<br /> <br /> But put all the sleekness and polish aside, what makes a game at the end of the day, is whether the actual gameplay is fun. And Spymouse delivers there too.<br /> <br /> In Spy Mouse you are a mouse (surprising, ah?) who needs to collect his cheese. You need to sneak around and grab the cheese without letting the cats see you. If you are spotted, you better run, you may just be able to run them into walls so you can hide.<br /> Once you have collected all the cheese in a room head for the exit and you're done (assuming the cats don't catch you on your way out).<br /> <br /> There are lots of different elements and techniques that you encounter as you proceed and can use to trick those damn cats. What it does is take a photo that you have, preferably an outdoor photo, and expand the background of the picture. So let's say you have a photo of a rock on a beach, the app can create "more beach" around that rock, in a seamless and very easy way.<br /> <br /> All you do to use the app is just choose a photo and then drag the borders of the photo according to how you want the background to expand (you may want to expand just the top of the photo, the right, all 4 sides...). The app just magically fills in the blanks and generates an extension of your photo.<br /> <br /> If you do this on proper photos, like scenery shots, or a photo of a person or object somewhere outdoors, the results are jaw-dropping. That simple. It's a great app that produces hilarious results. There are a few minor options (like choosing the song style), but that's about it.<br /> <br />There is a also a popularity board where you can hear what other people around the world are creating with the app and you can rate their songs.<br /><br /> The app is free and comes with several song styles you can choose from. You can organize your notes into notebooks and add tags to them to make them even easier to find.<br /> <br /> I mainly use Evernote for photo notes.
