Web designer/developer required immediately.
We have an immediate requirement for a Web Developer/Designer in King's Lynn, Norfolk.
An exciting opportunity to work in an enthusiastic expanding company. The role would ideally be suited to an IT graduate or web developer with at least one year of commercial experience, who is looking to develop their career further.
We are looking for someone with good experience in web design, with a portfolio of work to show their capability. The succesful applicant will have strong demonstrable experience using Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript and e-commerce systems. Experience in Actinic, SEO and e-mail marketing would be advantageous but not essential.
The role will initially be a 6 month contract with scope for extension. We are looking for someone as soon as possible the turnaround from CV submission to offer will be short.

You will be apart of a small team managing a variety of web based projects. Comic relief challenge a success

A week ago today, James and I were over 10 hours into our 52 hour challenge. We didn't quite realise how difficult it would be on the brain power! We both eventually finished work on Friday around midday....55 hours after starting work on Wednesday morning.

We'd like to thank everyone for supporting us and helping us to raise £948.00. This is enough money to give 189 people a life-changing trachoma operation to restore their sigh.

Perfick Pork and Lighthouse make a perfick relationship

Lighthouse Design & Marketing have just been awarded the contract for the Perfick Pork website. Perfick Pork are a highly successful rural Norfolk butchers producing high quality, home reared produce.
They are sole suppliers of pork produce to the Hoste in Burnham Market as well as many other Norfolk establishments.
The website will be designed to feature a brochure section, an online e-commerce butchers and useful video recipes cooked by renowned Norfolk chefs. The site is due to go live Autumn 2010.

Lighthouse wins new web client

Lighthouse Design & Marketing have begun working on the David Auker Jewellery website. David Auker is a well known jeweller and traditional craftsman in King's Lynn, Norfolk. Lighthouse are working with the company to produce a glossy, high end functional brochure style website.

This week Lighthouse carried a photography shoot of the interior and exterior of the shop as well as the workshop and jewellery. The website is due to go live in March/April 2010.
