I felt like this latest Polaris material was right on. I generally agree with what you write, but this time seemed more profound to me.

In June, it was all about frenetic energy. I felt that in so many way. I couldn't stop moving for one thing & you can imagine how that is for a moving part of moving centered person. I participated in everything I could think of until exhaustion set in, then did some more. I did things I haven't done in ages. Like ironing & mending (I didn't say those bad words did I?) Then as you know I planned my birthday party. So now I'm ready for a rest. And------ along comes July.

As you know, I'm not an emotional person normally, but last night was our Energy Share at some friends house. Boy was it something. I felt the energy coming straight from my heart into the crown chakra of the person I was working on. It also felt like a higher energy signature. Then we had some serious clearing work with 2 of the healers. Some of it was very old stuff. One was her deceased mother, still clinging to her. It was causing her to have some serious neck & shoulder pain. During all this, I felt like sobbing, but it felt actually separate from me as a person. That's a really odd feeling, but it also could have been wherever I was during the treatment.

Anyway, all of the above was some real validation for what you described with the Polaris Material, then I got an email from a friend who sends me some astrology information each week & it said virtually the same thing you talked about. I can hardly wait to see what the universe has in store for Aug.

As Karen mentioned, we've channeled a fair bit about chakras recently, and I've just mailed you a very rough transcription of what Karen channeled over the last few weeks.

Hi Glenda,

Great questions!

1. The movement of energy through the chakras is something we've been working on, with a bunch of new material. We'll be posting some of that soon.

2. Yes, a lot of non-physical communication is on the astral level (in dreams etc), but if one party is conscious of it, as in conscious connection with another's essence, it'll have roots in the physical plane. In other words, you could communicate with someone else on an essence level (basically, this is by intention), and because you are having a conscious experience of it, the experience is based on the physical plane.

There's an element of semantics involved here, because the physical plane, with all its infinite versions of reality and the astral plane exist in the same "place" (meaning the astral plane is "here"), but we have difficulty maintaining awareness of anything but our physical-plane reality.

1) Although I'm familiar with Reiki and the movement of energy through the body, I could use some basic information about the chakras. Do you have any materials, ie books, CDs which you might recommend?

2) Also, if you could clarify.... If you are in communication with someone energetically that is not physically living in your region.... does that mean that you are meeting on the astral plane? Does that interaction involve any of respective parties personalities at an unconscious level ... or is this an essence-to-essence contact?

Balinese music, called 'Gamelan' is a very layered music, from the low, slow bass notes, up to the intricate, interlocking, and swift high register speeding up,slowing down, loud, quiet, all in seconds.Very much an inseparable part of the Balinese religion and culture, as well as a huge bringer of excuberant joy to my life. I do play it at the Asian Center over at UBC.
I have wondered about the significance of this in my world. Have I played it before, do I have leftover muscle memory for this foreign kind of techinque from a gamelan-playing past life, these are the questions I`ve asked myself, not sure what the answer is, but still fantasizing about the possibilites.

I went to Bali last summer and the whole thing was a real portal into another way of perceiving things, through their spiritual beliefs and openness to the unseen.
But yes, I will talk to you soon about checking things out.

Hey all, Karen,
my name is Kris and I just signed up to this board. I'm a fairly young guy with a major passion for Balinese music, which I partake in here in Vancouver.
I've been doing lots of reading about Michael( I feel like I have a pretty good idea of my overleaves already), lately from one of Shepherds books, and was looking for a channel in Vancouver. Well, it looks like I found one, and I also learned of Polaris in the process. Wow, Polaris sounds like a loving force for sure and am very much looking forward to getting some channeling done, as well as some energy healing. So far I have found this site to be very encouraging. Thanks for having me!
