OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — LightWild and Lusio Solid-State Lighting today announced plans to discuss and display the company’s accent lighting products and newest line of high efficacy commercial and industrial LED fixtures at LEDucation’s sixth annual educational expo sponsored by the Designers Lighting Forum of New York. The event takes place March 21 at the Hotel Pennsylvania in New York City.

When considering a move to LEDs for general illumination, companies should consider several factors in addition to energy savings. These include lifetimes, maintenance requirements, ability to use occupancy sensors, dimming capabilities, and heat gain from a fixture all contribute to an accurate cost of ownership of any lighting system.
