<p><strong>Tort de capsuni inghetat cu blat de cafea<br />

<li><strong>Blat delicios</strong></li>
<li>1 cana migdale</li>
<li>3 Lg nuca cocos</li>
<li>2 Lg cafea din cereale, am folosit <a href="http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51EC7V213PL._SL500_AA280_PIbundle-6,TopRight,0,0_AA280_SH20_.jpg" target="_blank">Cafix</a></li>
<li>2, 3 picaturi esente vanilie</li>
<li>3 curmale</li>
<li>1 Lg miere sau dupa gust</li>
<li>½ cana seminte canepa (opt.)</li>
<li>3, 4 Lg lapte soia praf</li>
</ul>
<p>Toate se proceseaza in robot, pana la consistenta unui aluat lipicios. Este extrem de delicioasa si se poate manca ca atare, si asta din cauza cafelei de cereale. Compozitia se preseaza intr-o tava rotunda, cu bordura inaltuta (vedeti <a href="http://www.ugaveagift.com/images/small2/5949.jpg" target="_blank">poza</a>) care este tapetata cu o folie de plastic culinara. Se foloseste o lingura umezita pentru a presa si nivela compozitia, dupa care se introduce la frigider timp in care se va prepara umplutura. Nu uitati, ca la aceste deserturi nu trebuie sa calculati caloriile. Sunt cum se spune in engleza, &#8220;guilt free&#8221;, adica le mancam fara sa avem remuscari. Nu ingrasa, din contra ne ofera nutrienti pretiosi de care avem nevoie.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Umplutura</strong></li>
<li>1 cana capsuni/zmeura/afine*</li>
<li>1 cana alune caju (cashews)</li>
<li>5 Lg ulei de palmier</li>
<li>3, 4 Lg miere</li>
<li>1 Lg zeama lamaie</li>
<li>un varf de cutit sare</li>
</ul>
<p>*Adaugati orice fruct aveti la indemana. Toate se pun in blender, si se toarna peste blat. Se lasa la frigider pana la intarire. Se scoate cu atentie folia transparenta, dupa care se va aseza cu grija pe un platou. Aveti grija ca daca e lasata prea mult se va intepenii si va fi greu de taiat. Se va orna deasupra si pe parti cu fructe taiate cuburi sau ca atare, si se va adauga un sos dulce. Eu am preferat pe cel de ciocolata, super delicios care merge perfect.</p>
<p><strong>Sos de ciocolata</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 Lg cacao ecologica</li>
<li>3 Lg ulei palmier</li>
<li>3 Lg miere</li>
</ul>
<p>Toate se amesteca cu o lingura de lemn pana la omogenizare. Nu va speriati daca uleiul de palmier este inca in stare solida, se va topi. Daca este prea gros, se pot transfera cateva linguri bune intr-un vas de sticla si vasul se pune intr-un altul cu apa fierbinte. Se va topi in cateva secunde. Crema nu se face foarte groasa, se poate adauga apa putina pentru a fi mai lichida. Acelasi tort poate sa aiba si o infatisare mai trista, ca cel de mai jos. Totul tine de imaginatie si inspiratie pe moment.</p>

<li>Vom incepe de la baza spre varf. Sosul de ciocolata de mai sus, eventual in portie dubla. Mie nu prea mi-a ajuns, frumos ar fi fost sa mai fie unul pe la mijloc</li>

<p>Un procent ridicat in aceasta samanta il constituie, Lignans, un component chimic gasit doar in plante, fiind precum compozitia chimica a estrogenului si a antioxidantilor. Lignans pot ajuta la mentinerea unei inimi sanatoase, posedand proprietati anti-cancer si impotriva formarii anumitor tipuri de tumori. De asemenea in cazul diabetului, poate reduce severiatea bolii si stabilizeaza nivelul zaharului din sange. <p>O alta proprietate bine apreciata este continutul mare de fibra. Pe primele locuri in combaterea constipatiei cronice se afla,  <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2009/04/24/importanta-sucului-verde/" target="_blank">sucul verde</a>, semintele de in si taratea. Nu se recomanda insa consumarea in cantitati &#8220;industriale&#8221;, si ma refer aici la  3, 4 cani mari/zi, in special fara apa. Aceasta poate duce la blocaje intestinale si nu cred ca cineva isi doreste asa ceva. Semintele de in pot fi consumate ca atare, sublinind ca pe 100 g, beneficiem de 20 g proteine, 28 g fibra si 41 g de grasimi sanatoase. In bucatarie pot fi folosite intregi sau macinate, in paine, in <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2009/05/01/retete-partea-2/" target="_blank">painea naturala de in</a>, prajituri, pateuri, sarmale, salata de vinete. <p>Semintele se pot cumpara in Romania de la Plafar, in cantitati mai mici pana la 200 g cat si la Metro, am inteles in cantitati de peste 500g. De preturi nu stiu, insa va recomand sa cautati aceste miraculoase seminte. In USA, se pot gasi la punga sau varsat la Whole Foods Store, Trader&#8217;s Joe, Shoppers sau orice supermarket.  </p>

Sincer este cel mai indicat tratament de pe pamant. O lingura sau lingurita pe zi este foarte bine. Sanatatea este pe primul loc in aceasta viata.</p>

<blockquote><p>&#8220;În seminţele de cânepă acizii graşi esenţiali omega 6 şi omega 3 sunt prezenţi în raportul de 3:1, raportul ideal menţine şi cele mai fine vase de sânge curate, prevenind apariţia bolilor cardio-vasculare. Microelementele prezente în sămânţa de cânepă includ stronţiu, torium, arsenic şi crom. De asemenea, seminţele sunt o sursă bogată în vitamina E în formă de alfa, beta, gamma, delta, tocoferol şi alfa-tocotrienol.</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p><strong>Indicaţii terapeutice</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Oboseală, stres</strong>. Magneziul şi proteinele de calitate din seminţele de cânepă te ajută să te hrăneşti corect în perioadele de solicitare intensă şi să îţi păstrezi echilibrul în situaţii de stres.</li>
<li><strong>Sarcina, alăptare</strong>. Conţinutul nutritiv bogat recomandă seminţele de cânepă în dieta viitoarelor mămici şi a mămicilor care alăptează. Nivelul ridicat de omega 3 la mame a scăzut incidenţa de naşteri premature, a crescut greutatea copilului la naştere, lungimea la naştere şi circumferinţa capului, de asemenea a îmbunătăţit inteligenţa bebeluşilor de 18 luni.</li>
<li><strong>Hipertensiune.</strong> Prezenţa magneziului te ajută să “ţii în frâu” tensiunea, iar aportul de grăsimi sănătoase (acizii graşi omega 6 şi omega 3) în raportul ideal de 3:1 te eliberează de problema găsimilor nesănătoase pentru viaţa arterelor.</li>
<li><strong>Diabet</strong>. Pentru diabetici, indexul glucemic al seminţelor de cânepă decorticate este considerat mic datorită conţinutului scăzut de carbohidraţi. Seminţele sunt, de asemenea, pline de elemente nutritive care moderează nivelul de zahăr din sânge. De asemenea, 300 mg pe zi de acid gamma-linoleic alungă amorţeala şi înţepăturile picioarelor, simptome comune diabeticilor.</li>
<li><strong>Artrita reumatoidă</strong>. Acizii graşi omega 3 ajută la producerea seriilor prostaglandin 3 (PG3), substanţe antiinflamatoare care funcţionează asemenea hormonilor. Seminţele de cânepă oferă acizii graşi vitali în tratarea pe termen lung a afecţiunilor artritice.</li>
</ul>
<p>Menţinerea echilibrului hormonal. Cânepa e singura sămânţă comestibilă care conţine acid gamma-linolenic benefic în tratarea simptomelor premenstruale şi ale menopauzei. Datorită profilului acizilor graşi din cânepă, ea este sursa cea mai adecvată de AGL pentru consumul pe termen lung.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Pe langa faptul ca puteti consuma aceste superbe nuci goale, combinatiile sunt fara numar. Mai jos voi oferi o parte din retetele pe care le-am facut si care ne-au incantat gusturile.</p>
<p><strong>Lapte de canepa</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 cana seminte de canepa decorticate</li>
<li>4, 5 cani de apa</li>
</ul>
<p>Totul se prelucreaza in blender pana la omegenizare. Se poate adauga mai multa apa daca doriti o consistenta mai lichida. De asemenea adaugati miere, banane, capsuni, orice fruct dulce pentru indulcire.</p>
<p><strong>Crema cu fructe</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 cana seminte canepa</li>
<li>2, 3 capsuni</li>
<li>½ banana</li>
<li>1 piersica (opt.)</li>
<li>vanilie dupa gust</li>
</ul>
<p>Totul se pune in blender, iar fructele se pot varia in functie de sezon. Mai puteti adauga miere sau stafide daca nu e suficient de dulce. Se poate adauga carob, cacao fiind o crema delicioasa pentru ornat torturi sau manca ca atare.</p>
<p><strong>Inghetata rapida de canepa</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>½ cana canepa</li>
<li>1 para</li>
<li>3 capsuni</li>
<li>Alte fructe preferate</li>
<li>1 mana de cuburi de gheata</li>
</ul>
<p>Toate se pun in blender, si se adauga mai multe fructe sau nuci pentru consistenta. Se pot face diferite culori si aseza in straturi intr-un pahar transparent, ornat frumos cu felii de capsuni sau lamaie.</p>
<p><strong>Brownies</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 cani seminte canepa</li>
<li>4, 5 linguri miere sau mai putin</li>
<li>2, 3 Lg cacao</li>
<li>1 lg vanilie, sau 2, 3 picaturi de esenta vanilie</li>
</ul>
<p>Totul se amesteca cu robotul sau intr-un castron. Se preseaza intr-o tava inalta, grosimea sa fie aproximativ de jumate de deget aratator <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/face-smile.png' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  Stiu, asemenea masuri nu veti gasi nicaieri. Se aplatizeaza frumos, eventual se poate folosi o spatula umeda, dupa care se pune la frigider pentru a se intari. Se taie in cuburi, si se serveste cu inghetata de nuci, prezentata la pagina <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2009/05/06/retete-deserturi-partea-1/" target="_blank">Deserturi</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Hummus sau Pate de canepa</strong></p>

<li>2 Lg zeama lamaie</li>

<p>Toate se mixeaxa pana la omogenizare si se pot adauga si alte ingrediente preferate.</p>

Nu se poate face nimic daca locuiesti la bloc si n-ai acces la o gradina fiind obligat sa cumperi de la piata sau supermarket-uri. Nu putem decat sa spalam foarte bine tot ce cumparam, cat si sa stropim cruditatile cu urmatorul amestec extraordinar preparat dinainte si lasat la indemana. <li>0 sticla cu pulverizator, foarte curata, eventual noua (din aceea de stropit rufele la calcat)</li>

<p>Eforturi de promovarea a produselor ecologice se fac, insa din pacate putine ajung pe piata noastra, multe luand drumul spre popoare care sunt gata sa plateasca pret bun pentru ele. In USA spre exemplu, pretul la produse organice, cum le numesc ei, este de cele mai multe ori dublu comparat cu produsele obisnuite. Dar nu tot timpul, am gasit de multe ori chiar in timpul iernii, fructe la acelasi pret cu cele cu pesticide. Haideti sa vedeti o lista cu legumele si fructele care absorb si storeaza cele mai multe chimicale. Daca totusi le cumparam, fiindca nu putem totusi sa ne lipsim de multe dintre ele, nu uitati sa le spalati cu sfintenie. <p>Trist este ca fermierul din ziua de azi, cat si micul producator nu le pasa de populatie, ci doar productia finala bogata cu orice chip. Fara sa-si dea seama, si ei sunt de doua ori mai mult expusi la chimicale, iar efectele nu se lasa asteptate. Luati spre exemplu acest <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wD7WRLD5ok" target="_blank">video</a> (are mai multe parti) din Nicaragua, care arata scene infricosatoare ca urmare a folosirii unor pesticide ilegale in USA, dar care au fost exportate acolo de dragul a face bani si productie cat mai mare. Oamenii n-au stiut si se incredeau in compania care detinea plantatiile, deoarece populatia simpla nu se gandea la asa ceva, si mai ales la efecte secundare precum: oameni morti pe capete, nastere cu defecte diverse infioratoare, copii si adulti vesnic bolnavi, maini si fete arse de puterea chimicalelor, putrezirea carnii, si nu cred ca vreti sa mai continui. </p>
<p>Problema este ca toate bananele lumii vin din aceste zone care folosesc aceste extrem de periculoase pesticide, si toate sunt afectate. Sotul meu mi-a povestit despre asta, si dupa ce am vazut cu ochii mei si auzit marturia oamenilor, am hotarat sa scot bananele de pe lista mea de cumparaturi. E vorba de sanatatea noastre care ni se &#8220;scurge printre degete&#8221; in fiecare zi. Poate spuneti ca sunt prea ingrijorata, dar de ce n-as fi, mai ales cand sanatatea mea si a celor dragi mie este in pericol.</p>

<p>Revenind acum la fructele organice sau ecologice, acestea ori nu sunt de gasit ori se afla la preturi piperate. De cele mai multe ori suntem tentati sa mergem sa luam o salata mai mare, mai aratoasa in loc de produsele mai pricajite si simple. Eu una, nici nu vreau sa vad spanacul cu frunze imense sau salata perfecta de pe piata romaneasca. Ideea este ca atunci cand cumparam de pe piata, sa ne straduim cat putem sa cumparam de la tarani, batranele care vand produse nu tocmai perfecte. Nu se garanteaza, insa se pare ca vanzatorii de acest fel, care vor sa-si vanda si ei o salata sau niste ridichi, nu se avanta sa cheltuiasca banii pe pesticide sau ingrasaminte chimice. Uitati de vegetalele &#8220;superbe&#8221; aduse din Turcia si mai ales CHINA, fugiti de China mai ales, este cea mai poluata zona de pe pamant. </p>
<p>Daca ati vedea ce poluare si in ce conditii se cresc toate, v-ati infioara. Un prieten de al nostru care lucreaza pentru World Bank, facea proiecte anuale unde era nevoit sa stea in China pentru luni de zile. Poluarea era de nesuportat si conditiile de crestere a produselor pentru export era sub orice critica. Lacurile spre exemplu din care provine mare parte din pestele de pe piata lumii, sunt pline de sticle de plastic una langa alta, mizerii, mortaciuni. Daca faceti cautare pe Google de articole si poze, ramaneti ingroziti. Priviti doar cateva <a href="http://paulmalouf.blogspot.com/2007/07/photo-gallery-pollution-in-china.html" target="_blank">poze</a>, nu sunt prea reprezentative, fiindca am vazut altele si mai rele. <li>interferenta cu dezvoltarea normala a copiilor si cu abilitatea cognitiva</li>
<li>cauzeaza probleme neurologice</li>
<li>cauzeaza dezichilibrari hormonale</li>
<li>cauzeaza cu adevarat diverse forme de cancer, incluzandu-se aici leucemia, de rinichi, de creier si non-Hodgkin&#8217;s lymphoma (nu stiu ce este asta)</li>
<li>copiii sunt cei care comparat cu adultii se pot debarasa mai greu de magazia de pesticide din corpul lor&#8221;</li>

<p>Ce putem face totusi pe langa ce am zis mai sus? Se pare ca evitarea si introducerea a produselor cat se poate de naturale, ajuta radical corpul sa faca fata la distrugerea pesticidelor existente deja in corp. Daca aveti o gradina, plantati sau cumparati rasaduri, chiar daca au fost crescute cu pesticide, insa ajutati-le sa se curete si sa se pregateasca de rog numai cu produse naturale. Sunt atat de multe variante naturale pentru tratarea bolilor si dauntorilor de care oricine poate profita. Atat SUA cat si Europa detine ferme intregi ecologice care reusesc sa isi duca cultura la gradul de rodire bogatata cu tratamente naturale. Stiati ca coropisnitele se pot inlatura cu apa amestecata cu sapun de casa sau detergent de vase lichid? Acest lichid pus in gaurile lor le determina sa iasa afara, din cauza lipsei de oxigem. Stiu ca se va inghite destul lichid, deorece canalele lor sunt foarte lungi, insa nu merita incercarea? Tot ce intra in categoria daunatori nu suporta urmatoarele:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Mirosuri</strong>: usturoi, tabac, rubarbar, peste</li>
<li><strong>Gaze si molecule mirositoare</strong>: multe plante pot sa aiba uleiuri volatile, care actioneaza ca o arma impotriva daunatoriilor</li>
<li><strong>Caldura si fum</strong>: ardei iute, kerosen, sare vor arde si ucide instaneu</li>
<li><strong>Uleiuri</strong>: uleiuri vegetale si minerale vor sufoca insectele cu corp moale</li>
<li><strong>Sapun</strong>: sapunul sau detergentul vegetal va determina substantele adauga in solutie sa se lipeasca de planta. De asemenea multe insecte urasc si sunt exterminate prin prezenta sapunului</li>
</ul>
<p>De asemenea, pentru insecte, fluturi de varza, omizi, si orice insecta daunatoare, folositi urmatorul amestec facut in blender sau tocat si strecurat foarte bine. Lichidul se pune in sticle cu pulverizator, si se stropesc toate plantele seara, cand soarele numai bate pe frunze. Daca vi se pare ca nu reactioneaza, faceti o alta solutie mai puternica, adica mai multi catei usturoi si ardei iute. <p>Frunzele si florile se consuma ca atare, avand un gust asemanator cu castravetele bogate in calciu. Frunzele se pot adauga in ciorba, exact ca orice planta aromata. Se poate folosi orice fel de paine, nu prea crocanta si modelata in forme mici rotunde, ca de pizza. Toate ingredientele se maruntesc dupa preferinta. Sosul se face dintr-un amestec dat prin blender de 2 rosii, apa, putin cimbru, un catel de usturoi, sare si putina miere. Nu-mi cereti masuri, totul &#8220;dupa ochi&#8221; va rog <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/face-smile.png' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  Inainte de consumare se incalzeste in uscatorul de fructe pentru vreo 10 min.</p>

<p>Toate ingredientele, cu exceptia a cateva masline taiate cubulete, se amesteca bine in blender.</p>

<p>Se maruntesc ingredientele pentru umplutura. Conopida se va procesa separat, fiindca nu va trebui tocata prea mult, lasata sa aiba consistenta unui orez. Se umplu rosiile sau ardei cu compozitia realizata. Delicios! Puteti adauga orice ingredient care va impini gustul dorit.</p>

<p>Toate se amesteca in robot si se pot consuma pe felii de paine, foi salata impreuna cu felii de avocado, sau alaturi de chiftele (vezi reteta principale anterioare).</p>

<p>Foile de vita se pun la inmuiat pentru 2 zile, in apa cu sare si lamaie pana li se inchide culoarea. Se face asta pentru a fi usor de impachetat. Daca folositi varza murataConopida se proceseaza prima, pana la consistenta orezului care este delicioasa. Restul de ingrediente se dau printr-un robot de bucatarie iar daca compozitia este prea lichida, adaugati inca ceva nuci. Pe foile de de vita sau varza se unge putin ulei de masline pentru ca compozitia sa se lipeasca. Se incalzesc in uscatorul de fructe sau se mananca ca atare. Se toarna peste ele sos de rosii crude amestecat cu condimente preferate si putin ulei masline.</p>

<p>Se pun toate in blender cu ½ cana apa. Se garneseste cu patrunjel tocat.</p>

<p>Toate se fac amesteca cu o lingura de lemn, presarandu-se deasupra patrunjel tocat si boia.</p>

<p>Fructul se taie cu paleta/cutit de lemn, plastic sau silicon cu scopul de a-i proteja proprietatile. Daca folositi inox si metal, se spune ca-i scad calitatile nutritive cu peste 80%. Continutul se poate pasa foarte simplu cu o paleta din lemn sau plastic, stropindu-se cu lamaie pentru a preveni oxidarea. Se poate manca ca atare, pus in salate in loc de ulei sau se face un delicios amestec numic Guacamole care se intinde pe paine<br />

Aceasta substanta continea un element alb, care nu avea nimic atractiv pentru a fi comestibil, asa ca i-au adaugat o culoare galbena, pentru a o vinde in loc de unt. Acum au scos cateva noi savori, ca sa le mai vanda la necunoscatori ca voi si ca mine. Margarina poate avea urmatoarele efecte:</p>
<ul>
<li>Creste cu 53% riscul de imbolnaviri coronariene la femei, conform unui recent studiu medical de la Universitatea din Harvard</li>
<li>Bogata in acizi grasi, creste colesterolul total mai ales cel rau si micsoreaza colesterolul bun</li>
<li>Creste de 5 ori riscul de cancer</li>
<li>Micsoreaza calitatea laptelui matern</li>
<li>Micsoreaza reactia imunologica a organismului</li>
<li>Micsoreaza reactia la insulina</li>
<li>Margarinei ii lipseste doar o molecula pentru a fi PLASTIC</li>

<p>Margarina are continut mare de acizi grasi creati prin hidrogenare. Procesul acesta transforma uleiurile lichide vegetale in stare mai solida, si previn rancezirea si dau viata mai lunga in afara frigiderului. Ca si grasimile saturate, acizii grasi cresc colesterolul rau, miscorandu-l in acelasi timp pe cel bun.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Hydrogenation became popular in the US because this type of oil doesn&#8217;t spoil or become rancid as readily as regular oil, and therefore has a longer shelf life. You can leave a cube of margarine sitting out for years and molds, insects or rodents will not touch it. Margarine is a non-food! It would appear that only humans are foolish enough to eat it! Because the fats in margarine are partially hydrogenated (not fully saturated), the manufacturers can claim it is &#8220;polyunsaturated&#8221; and market it to us as a healthy food.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Datorita faptului ca atat populatia cat si producatorii au realizat in timp efectele negative a acizilor grasi, s-a scos pe piata un inlocuitor superb al untului si margarinei. Produsele nu contin uleiuri hidrogenate, si in locul acestora producatorii adauga in aceste margarine un mic procent de ulei de palmier modificat cat si ulei de boabe de palmier care ajuta produsul sa fie usor de intins pe paine.</p>
<p>Aceste produse se numesc &#8220;Smart Balance&#8221; si &#8220;Earth Balance&#8221;. Primul are un gust perfect, poate chiar mai bun ca al untului, cu aceeasi consistenta. Celalalt produs, &#8220;Earth Balance&#8221;, nu este chiar asa de bun si are o consistenta putin faramicioasa. Pentru cei care pot sa faca rost de ele, se pot gasi in magazine gen <a href="http://www.shoppersfood.com/" target="_blank">Shoppers Food Warehouse</a>, <a href="http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/" target="_blank">Whole Foods</a>, <a href="http://www.myorganicmarket.com/" target="_blank">MOM</a>, etc. <img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-1053" title="smart-balance" src="http://ligiapop.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/smart-balance.jpg?w=250&#038;h=250" alt="smart-balance" width="250" height="250" /></p>
<p>Revenind la margarina, va propun un mic experiement. Cumparati o cutie mica de margarina si lasati-o deschisa in garaj, sau intr-un loc umbros. Dupa cateva zile, veti observa doua lucruri: nu veti gasi nici muste, nici macar acei deranjanti tantari. Nu veti putea simti nici un miros urat sau diferit, pentru ca nu are nici o valoare nutritiva. Nimic nu creste in ea, nici macar cele mai mici microorganisme. De ce? Pentruca este aproape numai plastic! V-ar place sa ungeti pe paine prajita plastic topit? Si ca un ultim aspect, mai putem adauga inca ceva. Daca luam o bucata de margarina si o punem pe gratar, sau intr-o tigaie ca sa prajim o friptura, va iesi un fum negru&#8230;</p>
<p>Daca am lua in discutie si untul, acesta contine grasimi animale, atat grasimi saturate cat si colesterol. Aceste doua sunt doua ingrediente dietetice care cresc semnificativ colesterolul din sange. In concluzie, evitati si eliminati pe cat posibil acizii grasi, grasimile saturate si in special uleiurile hidrogenate din dieta dumneavoastra. Daca vreti sa aveti o viata linistita, fara prea multe vizite la medic, faceti ceva pentru sanatatea dumneavoastra zilnic.</p>

<p><strong>Ciocolata</strong></p>

</ul>
<p>Daca va plac bucatiile de nuci sau migdale in ciocolata, toate ingredientele se vor amesteca intr-un robot si veti putea folosi mai putin de o cana de apa. Daca preferati o pasta perfecta, toate se amesteca in blender. Se pun in forme mici,  inimioare, rotunduri sau ce aveti la indemana, unse cu putin ulei de masline. Formele de cuburi de gheata sunt foarte bune daca nu aveti altceva la indemana. Se introduc la congelator pana se vor intari.</p>
<p>*Uleiul de palmier are multe proprietati nutritive (intr-un viitor articol) si va ajuta ciocolata sa se lege si sa prinda gustul acela cremos. Il puteti gasi la Billa sau Metro, in sticle de 3 l, care va va ajunge 1-2 ani. Ajunge cam la vreo 29 lei si firma se numeste &#8220;<a href="http://www.comunicate.mediafax.biz/UploadedFiles/585/images/poze%20olina%202l%20si%203l%20(1).jpg" target="_blank">Olina</a>&#8220;. Este in stare solida dar se poate topi daca se tine recipientul intr-o oala cu apa calda.  Daca nu gasiti, folositi avocado si ulei masline.</p>
<p><strong>Desert de mere</strong></p>

<p>Toate se amesteca intr-un robot de bucatarie. Se poate orna mult mai frumos decat poza de mai sus <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/face-smile.png' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><strong>Inghetata de nuci</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 cani nuci inmuiate peste noapte</li>
<li>1 cana nuci caju crude</li>
<li>2 ½ cani apa</li>
<li>3, 4 Lg miere</li>
<li>cateva picaturi de esenta vanilie</li>
<li>1 mana de fulgi nuca de cocos sau cocos crud (½ cana)</li>
</ul>
<p> Toate se pun in blender pana la omogenizare. Optional se adauga bucatele de nuci sau fructe cuburi, inainte de a se pune in forme. Se toarna in forme de cuburi de gheata sau intr-un bol. Se aseaza in congelator pana la intarire, dupa care se pune din nou in blender pentru a-i da o consistenta de inghetata. Se aseaza in forme sau se lasa din nou intr-un bol de sticla acoperit, la congelator pana la 1, 2 luni.</p>
<p><strong>Inghetata de fructe</strong></p>
<p>Se foloseste retete de mai sus, doar ca se va adauga o cana de fructe preferate. Se pot face in mai multe culori, puse in recipiente separate la congelator pentru a impresiona musafirii. Dupa cum am mai zis, rezista la congelator pana la 2 luni fara probleme. Puteti adauga la alegere caspuni, piersici, caise, banane, interior de nuca de cocos cruda (e delicioasa inghetata), pepene, mure, etc.elicioasa inghetata e perfecta langa reteta de Brownies, aflata la pagina <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2009/05/22/semintele-de-canepa/" target="_blank">Semintele de Canepa</a>, sau langa orice fel de tort crud.</p>
<p><strong>Tort de fructe</strong></p>

<li><strong>Frisca</strong></li>

<p>*Lecitina se gaseste in Romania din pacate numai sub forma de pastile gelatinoase care se pot inmuia in apa fierbinte. Blatul de mai sus se va folosi pentru toate torturile, cu mici adaugari depinzand de preferintele fiecaruia. Ingredientele pentru blat se amesteca intr-un robot de bucatarie timp in care o forma de sticla sau farfurie se tapeteaza cu faina si faramite de nuca. Daca folositi farfuria, veti avea nevoie de un <a href="http://www.cookwareessentials.co.uk/asp/show_image.asp?pr=0&amp;sku=UKB1046" target="_blank">inel</a> flexibil de prajituri care e ideal. Blatul se va aseza intr-un strat cam de jumate de deget, presandu-se bine in forma si nivelandu-se cu o spatula umezita cu apa. Se adauga frisca, fructe preferate felii alternandu-se cu inca un strat de frisca si fructe deasupra. Gustul este delicios si nimeni nu va ghici ca este totul crud, iar frisca are gustul perfect de frisca, poate putin mai grasa. Se poate pastra in frigider pentru 2 zile.</p>
<p><strong>Tort de kiwi si capsuni</strong></p>

<li>2 caise, piersici sau orice alte fructe preferate felii</li>
<li>1 cana capsuni + 5 Lg frisca + 3 lg zahar brun</li>
<li>frisca pentru ornat interior si exterior</li>
</ul>
<p>Din capsuni, frisca si zahar se face o spuma tocmai buna de ornat. Cu blatul se procedeaza la fel ca mai sus, iar ornarea se va face asemanator. Am incercat sa suprapun doua straturi de blat, insa a fost putin dificil din cauza aluatului care era putin faramicios. Am intins 2 blaturi in farfurii diferite, am ornat pe primul si am rasturnat (era farfuria bine unsa pe fund cu ulei si a alunecat usor) pe celalalt deasupra celui deja ornat. La vremea cand am facut tortul, nu prea se gaseau capsuni si de aceea nu se vede la exterior nici urma de ele. Am folosit insa vreo 2 pentru interior. Inca o precizare, spuma aceea de capsuni trebuie bine indulcita deoarece blatul va absorbi dulceata foarte repede. Sper sa va placa si folositi-va imaginatia la ornat!</p>
<p>&#8220;<strong>Raffaello&#8221;</strong></p>

<p>*Chia este o minune de samanta, numai ca nu stiu daca se gaseste in Romania. Pe viitor voi scrie mai multe despre ea, pana atunci, cititi <a href="http://www.turnaroundyourhealth.co.uk/Chia---Salvia-Hispanica---An-amazing-food!/B160.htm" target="_blank">aici</a>. Adaugati orice fruct dulce uscat sau crud doriti si dati prin masina de tocat carne sau robot. Atata timp cand mentineti consistenta unui aluat care se poate modela, totul e perfect. Daca este prea lichid, adaugati faina de migdale sau floarea soarelui, ori nuca de cocos. Se modeleaza sub forma de bomboane Rafaello dandu-se prin nuca de cocos sau cacao simpla amestecata cu zahar brun fin. Se pastreaza in straturi intr-un recipient de plastic, ideal sticla cu capac la frigider pentru 2 saptamani sau mai mult. Sunt delicioase, va garantez chiar daca puneti doar primele 3, 4 ingrediente. Sunt economice si spornice iar copiii le adora.</p>
<p>*Seminte de canepa se gasesc la plafar, sunt cam 5.70 lei pe 100g, ceea ce e considerat foarte scump, insa merita. Sunt recomandate ca un medicament zilnic, 1 lg/zi deoarece contin foarte multe proteine, fosfor, magneziu, cei 8 amino-acizi esentiali, cat si acizii graşi esenţiali omega 6 şi omega 3, care ne protejeaza inima. <p>Apa nu se bea in cantitati mari dintr-o data, asta doar in cazul in care ai uitat sa-ti iei portia zilnica de 2 litri, atunci poti asa pe fuga sa mai bei inca un litru. Asta nu va face decat sa va indemne sa folositi toaleta din 10 in 10 minute. Apa trebuie bauta cu masura pentru a-si indemplini datoria fata de corpul nostru. Cate o cana la fiecare ora este ideal si totodata va va ajuta sa pierdeti din greutate fara sa va dati seama. <p>Daca preferam sucuri de fructe si legume preparate in casa, asta este superb. Daca sunteti interesati va pot recomanda doua surse la acest website unde puteti gasi retete de sucuri naturale, <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2006/07/20/sucul-de-morcovi-o-minune-pentru-frumusete/" target="_self">articolul 1</a> si <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2009/04/24/importanta-sucului-verde/" target="_self">articolul 2</a>. Si in plus, multi dintre noi am uitat de delicioasa limonda, simpla cu apa, miere, lamaie si cuburi de gheata. Stiu ca este mai greu sa ne facem timp pentru a ne prepara sucuri proaspete iar de multe ori preferam sa cumparam un suc &#8220;natural&#8221;, care cine stie cand a fost proaspat. Conservantii de care se fereste toata lumea sunt prezenti in cele mai multe nume celebre de sucuri romanesti. Au aparut spre bucuria multor si unele firme care produc sucuri fara conservanti, insa la niste preturi pe care lumea de rand nu si le poate permite.</p>
<p>Sa luam spre exemplu atat dorita Cola, analizand putin continutul ei. Ingredientul activ al acestei &#8220;bauturi&#8221; este ACIDUL FOSFORIC, al carui pH este de 2,8 &#8212; in stare sa dizolve un cui in doar 4 zile. Acidul fosforic este daunator pentru oase, dizolvandu-le si fiind vinovat pentru aparitia osteoporozei. Aceasta substanta face ca in corpul nostru sa se produca pierderea sarurilor minerale, iar acest lucru inseamna ca calciul nu este absorbit, ducand la slabirea oaselor si crescand riscul fracturiilor.</p>
<p>Combinarea acestei substante cu zaharul ingreuneaza absorbtia fierului, ceea ce poate provoca anemia. Din aceasta cauza este o bautura foarte periculoasa pentru copii, femei gravide si batrani, iar ceilalti o folosesc pe riscul lor. Contine un aditiv, E 150, care este raspunzatoar pentru eliminarea vitamine B6. Aceasta vitamina este responsabila pentru asimilarea de proteine si pastrarea calitatii sangelui. Lipsa acestei vitamine duce la anemie, depresie si confuzie, cat si un nivel exagerat de scazut a glucozei din sange.</p>
<p>Daca considerati ca Cola Light este mai potrivita pentru cei care vor sa se mentina, se ridica din nou o problema teribila care se numeste ASPARTAMUL. Acesta provoaca in timp leziuni cerebrale, pierderi de memorie si confuzie mentala, leziuni ale retinei si sistemului nervos, fiind o cauza si pentru boala Alzheimer. Urmeaza ca in viitorul apropiat sa postez si deserturi, tot ceea ce astept e sa strang mai multe poze pentru a va arata ce am &#8220;gatit&#8221;.</p>
<p>Inainte de a enumera retetele, vreau sa va anunt ca ceea ce vedeti sub fiecare reteta nu reprezinta instructiunile. Marea parte contine adaugari si amanunte despre ingrediente, informatii nutritionale cateodata, descrierea gustului. Pofta buna va doresc! Noi am avut fiindca pentru masa de seara tocmai ce am terminat o mare &#8220;Salata de primavara 2&#8243;, care a fost extrem de delicioasa.</p>
<p> <strong>Salata de cruditati</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2, 3 morcovi</li>
<li>¼ telina poate sa fie mare sau mica</li>
<li>3 pastarnac</li>
<li>1 mar</li>
<li>1 radacina patrunjel</li>

<p>Toate se dau pe razatoarea cu zimti mai mari si se amesteca cu maioneza. E delicioasa, si are gust foarte deosebit. Se poate pastra cu incredere in frigider pentru cateva zile, intr-un vas de sticla sau emailat, cu capac.</p>
<h4>Salata de varza</h4>
<ul>
<li>¼ varza tocata marunt</li>
<li>½ mana seminte floarea soarelui crude (se gasesc la Metro si Carrefour)</li>
<li>½ mana de migdale maruntite</li>
<li>½ ardei tocat cuburi</li>
<li>1 rosie felii</li>
<li>½ castravete</li>
<li>1 Lg condiment gen Vegeta*</li>
</ul>
<p>*Vegeta are continut pronuntat de MSG (mono-sodiu glutamat), un chimical foarte nenorocit comparat cu altele, care are proprietatea de imbunatatire a gustului unui produsului si care este foarte periculos pentru corpul uman. Ataca organismul pe toate planurile, cauzand complicatii cardiace, neurologice grave, respiratorii, circulatorii, musculare, genitale, gastrointestinale, etc. Cititi <a href="http://www.truthinlabeling.org/Proof_BrainLesions_CNS.html" target="_blank">articolul</a> aceasta si multe altele care le puteti gasi pe internet pe acest subiect. Singurele care le stiu in Romania fara MSG sunt produsele <a href="http://www.duchrumunska.cz/blog/wp-content/uploads/wpsc/product_images/condiment-mititei.jpg" target="_blank">Fuchs</a>, dar si la ei unele au MSG. Atentie mare la ingrediente.</p>
<p><strong>Salata de primavara 1</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 mana frunze spanac</li>

<li>1 mana frunze de loboda <a href="http://www.buzau.com/loboda1.jpg" target="_blank">rosie </a>sau verde* (optional)</li>

<p>* Loboda rosie este foarte buna pentru purificarea sangelui si e plina de vitamine si minerale. Este foarte frageda, cu un gust crud, dar foarte slab. Se poate gasi pe piata la gramajoara si este foarte ieftina, sau daca aveti gradini se inmulteste si apare singura. Voi scrie mai multe despre ea intr-un articol dedicat.</p>
<p><strong>Salata de primavara 2</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 maini bune de spanac</li>
<li>2, 3 frunze papadie (optional)</li>
<li>1 capatana salata</li>
<li>1 mana de loboda (optional)</li>
<li>1 cana quinoa*inmuiat de cu seara</li>
<li>½ avocado feliute sau ulei masline</li>
<li>zeama lamaie si sare dupa gust</li>
<li>diverse plantute* mici de diverse feluri de salata, macris, etc.</li>

<p>*<a href="http://www.vreaubio.ro/273-quinoa-rapunzel-bio-500g.html" target="_blank">Quinoa</a> se gaseste putin mai greu in Romania, dar se gaseste. Mai multe info despre quinoa pe viitor, insa acum foarte scurt, pe 170g are 24g de proteina, 8% calciu, 43% fier. Vedeti <a href="http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/cereal-grains-and-pasta/5705/2" target="_blank">sursa</a>. Va dati seama ce putere intr-o boaba atat de neisemnata si delicioasa. Am uitat sa va spun ca inmuiata si incoltita, seamana la gust cu orezul fiert. Apa trebuie schimbata dupa jumatate de zi, dupa cum stim, la orice semanta pusa la inmuiat.</p>
<p>* Plantele mici de obicei au o doza aproape dubla, compacta de nutrienti. Sunt prezente in ele deorece au nevoie de putere pentru sa-si lua avantul spre drumul catre o planta matura.</p>
<p><strong>Salata de primavara 3</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 mana din urmatoarele frunze daca le aveti la indemana</li>

<p>*Iarba grasa, cunoascuta de mii de ani, a fost folosita inca din vechime pentru proprietatile ei extraordinare de vindecare. Este o planta comuna intalnita in orice gradina dar ignorata de multi. Americanii o cultiva special in ghivece numai ca s-o aiba la indemna pentru salate. Am gasit o <a href="http://www.musetel.ro/articol.php?id=686" target="_blank">sursa</a> in limba romana daca vreti confirmare si din alte parti. Daca faceti cautare la google, cautati dupa denumirea latina, Portulaca oleraceea. Intr-un articol viitor mai detaliat.</p>

<p><strong>Dressing pentru salate (Tahini*)<br />

<p>Semintele de susan se inmoaie pentru 1h, dupa care se pun in blender pana la omogenizare cu toate celelalte ingrediente. *Tahini este de fapt pasta facuta din seminte de susan, putin amaruie insa este superba pentru hummus (pateu) sau ca dressing.</p>

<p><strong>Sandwich</strong></p>
<ul>

</ul>
<p>Pe foile de salata se aseaza felii din cele de mai sus. Totul se ruleaza si se serveste imediat.</p>

<li>1 castravete mic fasii</li>

<li>1 ceapa verde taiata pe lung</li>
<li>1 avocado taiat pe lung</li>
</ul>
<p>Se pun toate in foaia de sushi, se ruleaza si taie in jumatate.</p>
<p><strong>Chiftele</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1½ cana nuci inmuiate peste noapte</li>
<li>½ cana migdale crude inmuiate la fel</li>
<li>½ morcov razuit</li>
<li>¼ ceapa</li>
<li>3 catei usturoi</li>
<li>½ lg boia</li>
<li>1 lg de condiment <a href="http://www.duchrumunska.cz/blog/wp-content/uploads/wpsc/product_images/condiment-mititei.jpg" target="_blank">Fuchs</a></li>
<li>sare dupa gust</li>
</ul>
<p>Ingredientele se maruntes si amesteca bine. Se fac chiftele folosindu-se mana umezita cu putina apa cu sare, si se vor usca in uscatorul de fructe pentru vreo 6h. Dupa 3h se vor intoarce pentru a se usca pe ambele parti. Sunt delicioase cu salata, sau maruntite in sandwich-ul cu salata de mai sus.</p>
<p><strong>Ciuperci (rosii) umplute</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10 palarii de ciuperci, ori mai multe</li>
<li>½<strong> </strong>cana nuci</li>
<li>2 catei usturoi</li>
<li>½ cana rosii tocate (optional)</li>
<li>½ cana de branza de nuci (vezi <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2009/04/25/retete-partea-1/" target="_blank">acest</a> post)</li>
<li>1 lg condimente Fuchs</li>
<li>sare dupa gust</li>
</ul>
<p>Pentru marinat:</p>
<ul>
<li>2 catei usturoi</li>
<li>1 Lg zeama lamaie</li>
<li>1 Lg condimente Fuchs</li>
<li>sare</li>
</ul>
<p>Se pun ciupercile la marinat pentru o ora. Se prepara pasta de umplut si se aseaza in palarii. Se pun in uscatorul de fructe la 45°C pentru cateva ore. Se servesc cu o salata mare preferata.</p>
<p><strong>Ardei  umpluti</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4 ardei mici</li>
<li>pasta de branza de nuci cu condimente</li>
<li><a href="http://ligiapop.com/2009/04/25/retete-partea-1/" target="_blank">guacamole</a></li>
<li>½ cana de seminte floarea soarelui crude, maruntite</li>
<li>1 castravete ras</li>
</ul>
<p>Ardeii se vor umple cu compozitia din branza amestecata cu toate celelalte.</p>
<p><strong>Ca &#8220;pastele&#8221;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 castraveti sau dovlecei razuiti fasii</li>
<li>2 morcovi idem razuiti</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Sos de spaghete</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 rosii</li>
<li>2 catei usturoi</li>
<li>1 ceapa verde tocata</li>
<li>1 lg ulei</li>
<li>1 lg sare</li>
</ul>
<p>Castravetii sau dovleceii (care au gust asemanator cu al castravetilor) se razuiesc si se lasa la scurs intr-o strecuratoare de plastic sau portelan. Se prepara sosul in blender sau mixer si se toarna peste castraveti. Se aseaza frumos pe o farfurie ornata cu felii de rosii, patrunjel si salata preferata intr-un colt.</p>
<p><strong>Vegetale marinate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 ciuperci</li>
<li>1 ardei taiat felii</li>
<li>1 morcov taiat betisoare subtiri</li>
<li>½ ceapa felii</li>
<li>½ castravete</li>
<li>orice alta vegetala preferata</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Pentru marinat</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 Lg ulei</li>
<li>1 lg otet sau mai mult</li>
<li>1 lg sare</li>
<li>1 lg condimente gen vegeta</li>
<li>2 catei usturoi maruntiti</li>
</ul>
<p>Toate se pun la marinat pentru 3h. Se servesc ca atare, sau se adauga frunze de salata sau spanac proaspat.</p>
<p><strong>Conopida</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2, 3 buchete conopida tocate marunt</li>
<li>1 morcov razuit</li>
<li>1 rosie cuburi</li>
<li>½ castravete</li>
<li>1 lg vegeta</li>
<li>sare dupa gust</li>
</ul>
<p>Se poate inlocui procesarea intr-un robot de bucatarie, si se amesteca cu orice alta leguma.</p>
<p><strong>Pot cu vegetale</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 frunze de salata</li>
<li>1 mana de spanac (optional)</li>
<li>1-2 castraveti sau dovlecei razuiti</li>
<li>1-2 morcovi razuiti</li>
<li>1 pastarnac razuit</li>
<li>½ ardei taiat felii</li>
<li>1 mana de <a href="https://www.wegmans.com/prodimg/030/200/077890527030.jpg" target="_blank">alfalfa</a>*</li>
<li>1 mana de varza rosie sau alba tocata</li>
</ul>
<p>Se pun in blender urmatoarele:</p>
<ul>
<li>2 rosii</li>
<li>1 morcov</li>
<li>cateva frunze patrunjel</li>
<li>busuioc (optional)</li>
</ul>
<p>Toate se amesteca intr-un bol mare. Adaugati orice planta, leguma preferata. *Alfalfa nu sunt altceva decat seminte germinate de <a href="http://news.softpedia.com/news/Lucerna-neutralizeaza-aciditatea-gastricasi-creste-imunitatea-organismului-ro-23938.shtml" target="_blank">lucerna</a>, si ulterior plante mici de dimensiunea unui deget. Se pun seminte la incoltit care se gasesc de vanzare la orice centru de seminte si imediat ies plante micute care se folosesc in sandwich-uri. <p style="text-align:left;"><strong>Supe</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Sunt foarte delicioase, foarte hranitoare si pline de vitamine, si se pot drege cu orice ingredient vrem. Imaginatia din nou este bine apreciata insa aveti grija la mirodenii deoarece le mareste gustul si puterea. Eu spre exemplu am folosit 2 catei usturoi pentru o supa de 2 persoane si a fost asa de iute ca nici n-am reusit s-o mananc. Cateodata in loc de ulei, adaugam o jumatate de avocado care dadea un continut cremos si deosebit supelor. Painea este foarte binevenita la tot ce inseamna supa si de asemenea cubuletele de rosii, ardei si orice legume preferata.</p>
<p><strong>Supa de rosii</strong> (2 portii)</p>
<p>Se pun in blender:</p>
<ul>
<li>2 rosii</li>
<li>½ ardei</li>
<li>½ castravete</li>
<li>1 catel usturoi maruntiti</li>
<li>1 Lg ulei</li>
<li>1 lg busuioc sau 3 frunze mici</li>
<li>cana de blender este umpluta pana la jumatate cu apa</li>
</ul>
<p>Se adauga urmatoarele:</p>
<ul>
<li>2 rosii cubulete</li>
<li>2 Lg de patrunjel tocat</li>
<li>sare daca mai e nevoie</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Supa de vara</strong></p>

<p>Totul se pune in blender si se garniseste cu patrunjel si ceva cuburi de legume.</p>
<p><strong>Supa de legume</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 rosii</li>
<li>1 morcov</li>
<li>1 pastarnac</li>
<li>1 patrunjel</li>
<li>½ ardei rosu</li>
<li>1 avocado</li>
<li>zeama de la ½ lamaie</li>
<li>o frunza de varza</li>
<li>½ cana seminte floarea soarelui crude sau nuci</li>
</ul>
<p>Se pune totul in blender, garnisindu-se la final cu frunze verzi, cuburi de rosii si ardei.</p>

<p>Stiu ca intructiunile o sa pare prea multe, insa este mai simplu decat arata. Semintele de in se dau printr-o rasnita de cafea, iar cele de migdale sau nuci se maruntesc pe cat posibil, sau transforma in faina. Se pregateste o tava la <a href="http://www.ezidri.ro/uscatorfd1000.php?p=" target="_blank">uscatorul de fructe</a> pe care se aseaza o foaie cerata. Toate se amesteca pana la consistenta unui aluat tare, putin faramicios, si se intinde pe folia cerata folosindu-se o paleta umezita si mana la nevoie pentru rotunjirea marginilor. Odata ce se afla pe tava, se imparte si taie foaia de paine cu un cutit, pentru a fi usor de intors in cateva ore. Se usuca pentru 6 -8h sau mai putin in functie de consistenta dorita. Painea se poate pastra la frigider in folie de plastic, sau cutii inchise etans pentru mai mult de 3 saptamani. Painea se poate face din orice fel de seminte, grane incoltite, cu mirodenii sau fara, dulce, sarata, mai uscata sau mai groasa; totul tine de imaginatie.</p>

<p>*Gelatina eliberata prin inmuiere va ajuta la legarea painii. Se urmeaza intructiunile de mai sus. Numai ce am facut painea aceasta, si e delicioasa. Compozitia a ajuns pentru 2 tavi de uscator.</p>

<p>Totul se amesteca si se usuca pentru 12h sau mai putin.</p>

<p>Painea se incalzeste putin in uscatorul de fructe. Cateii de usturoi se curata si se pot faramita sau pur si simplu freca painea cu ei, pentru a-i da o aroma superba. Dupa aceea se intinde un strat de unt de migdale.</p>

<li>1 cana fulgi ovaz (este foarte puternic la gust, optional)</li>
<li>½ cana seminte in</li>
<li>½ cana seminte floarea soarelui</li>
<li>1 cana de stafide</li>
<li>1 cana caise uscate (optional)</li>
<li>1 cana cuburi mere uscate (optional)</li>
</ul>
<p>Se amesteca toate si se pastreaza intr-un borcan mare cu capac. Se consuma in fiecare dimineata cu lapte de nuci sau migdale.</p>

<p>Se pune totul in blender pana cand nu se mai vad bucati de nuci. Se poate strecura sau lasa cum este si arata si are gust ca de lapte. Daca doriti sa fie mai gras, adaugati mai multe nuci. Se poate pastra la frigider pentru 2 zile. Se poate adauga optional pentru gust: 1 banana, 2 curmale, miere.</p>

Cum am mai spus si intr-un <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2009/04/12/oare-ceea-ce-mancam-ne-slabeste-corpul/" target="_blank">articol</a> precedent, temperatura inalta la care sunt procesate mancarurile noastre omoara enzimele si marea parte de vitamine si minerale. Mancarea cruda este cea ideala si ar trebui sa ne ocupe marea parte din meniul zilnic, insa de multe ori, vom simti nevoia de o bucatita de paine, o chiftea, niste clatite din fructe sau poate chiar o pizza.</p>
<p>Pentru ca promovez dieta &#8220;raw&#8221;, unde toate ingredientele nu trebuie sa fie procesate la o temperatura mai inalta de 47°C si unde enzimele crude sunt protejate pe cat posibil, vom avea nevoie de un <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000I6MXZG?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=comea-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B000I6MXZG" target="_blank">dehidrator</a> sau un <a href="http://www.ezidri.ro/uscatorfd500.php?p=1" target="_blank">uscator</a> de fructe pentru a ne bucura de asemenea avantaje. Fructele nu vor fi mai dulci (pentru cei diabeti vorbesc) deoarece vor avea acelasi continut de zahar ca in cele proaspete. In privinta storajului, se pot pastra la frigider sau la rece fructele uscate (chiar si o iarna intreaga), semintele, chiftelele, clatitele, painea (2, 3 saptamani), cat si altele. Cutiile in care se vor pastra trebuie sa fie de sticla sau plastic, inchise etans, ori se pot folosi pungi <a href="http://www.lifehack.org/wp-content/files/2007/05/20070525-ziploc.jpg" target="_blank">ziploc</a>.</p>
<p>In cazul in care uscatorul de fructe nu este la indemana fiecaruia, se poate folosi cuptorul, insa va fi mai greu de determinat temperatura la care se va incalzi daca nu este cu ecran sau buson de reglare. Totul se va face &#8220;dupa ochi&#8221;, adica il incalzim si lasam sa mearga la o temperatura mica, dupa care vom introduce ceea ce vrem sa uscam, si vom lasa usa deschisa pentru cateva ore, controland din cand in cand consistenta si temperatura.</p>
<p>Dehidratorul Escalibur, este ideal pentru cei ce pot sa si-l procure. Se poate folosi usor din cauza formei lui, se pot incalzi mancaruri in farfurii sau tavi inalte pe cand in uscatorul de fructe nu poti face asta.</p>

<p>In Romania, pretul dehidratorului variaza in functie de putere. Cel de <a href="http://www.ezidri.ro/uscatorfd500.php?p=1" target="_blank">500W</a> este bun, insa mai bun este cel de <a href="http://www.ezidri.ro/uscatorfd1000.php?p=1" target="_blank">1000W</a>. Consumul de curent nu este mare la cel de 1000W &#8212; ajung cam la un euro pe 24h, si cand zic asta ma refer la tinutul continuu in priza. Aparatele sunt foarte rezistente, stiu fiindca folosesc unul Ezidri de 1000w de 5 luni, care merge fara oprire zile la rand si sunt foarte multumita de el.</p>

Plata se face la livrare, iar aceasta este gratis in anumite orase din tara. Daca preferati sa mergeti direct la un magazin, puteti gasi acelasi produs la magazinele <a href="http://www.auchan.ro/index.php?id=5" target="_blank">Auchan</a>. <p>Philips este superb deoarece are o viata lunga dar si pentru ca are si robotul inclus, plus multe alte atasamente. De VitaMix numai vorbesc, este o ustensila profesionista si chiar accesibila ca pret la ora actuala. Ca robot de bucatarie se pot folosi si ustensile mai mici. Eu una la punctul asta folosesc un <a href="http://www.kitchencontraptions.com/images/dotcoms_1858_157274623.jpeg" target="_blank">robotel</a> mic de bucatarie (este cel mai mic din imagine), fiindca cel mare mi s-a stricat si pot sa spun ca pentru doua persoane este chiar suficient. Cu cateva articole in urma am scris despre ce aparaturi am putea folosi si chiar va rog sa apasati <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2009/04/24/importanta-sucului-verde/" target="_blank">aici</a> pentru a vedea despre ce este vorba. Informatia o puteti gasi chiar inainte de a incepe retetele de sucuri. Cu toate cele spuse mai sus, am terminat lista ustensilelor necesare.</p>
