1 dl olja&lt;br /&gt;
1 msk riven ingefära&lt;br /&gt;

Skär kycklingfiléerna i strimlor&lt;br /&gt;
Blanda ingredienserna till marinaden.&lt;br /&gt;
Lägg i köttet i marinaden och låt stå kallt ca: 1 timma &lt;br /&gt;
Efter 1 timma bryner du kycklingen tillsammans med marinaden i en stekpanna, tills den fått färg.&lt;br /&gt;
Håll sedan på grädden och låt sjuda några minuter.&lt;br /&gt;
Smaksätt med salt och peppar.&lt;br /&gt;

6-8 kycklingfiléer&lt;br /&gt;
2 dl creme fraisch ( finns laktosfri)&lt;br /&gt;
1tsk salt&lt;br /&gt;
3 dl vispgrädde (finns laktosfri)&lt;br /&gt;
1 st hönsbuljongtärning&lt;br /&gt;
Potatis (oskalade)&lt;br /&gt;
5-6 msk smör (finns mjölkfritt)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Marinad: &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 dl soja (se efter att den är glutenfri)&lt;br /&gt;
1 msk vitvinsvinäger&lt;br /&gt;
2-3pressade vitlökar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Blanda ingredienserna till marinaden.&lt;br /&gt;
Dela kycklingfiléerna i 3-4 delar&lt;br /&gt;
Lägg i kycklingen i marinaden och låt ligga kallt i 2-3 timmar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sätt ugnen på 225 grader.&lt;br /&gt;
Dela den oskalade potatisen i klyftor. Lägg de på en plåt.&lt;br /&gt;
Pensla med lite smält smör och salta.&lt;br /&gt;
Sätt in potatisen i ugnen ca: 1 timma&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lägg filéerna i en ugnsfast form.&lt;br /&gt;
Marinaden lägger du i en kastrull och blandas med creme fraisch, salt, vispgrädde och hönsbuljongen.&lt;br /&gt;
Koka upp och häll den över kycklingfiléerna.&lt;br /&gt;
In i ugnen, mitt i, på&amp;nbsp;225 grader i 25 minuter.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Det går också bra att servera ris till istället för klyftpotatisen.&lt;br /&gt;
Servera gärna en fin sallad till.&lt;br /&gt;

Skär bort alla senor och fett på fläskfilén.&lt;br /&gt;
Skär sedan upp filén i avlånga bita/stavar.&lt;br /&gt;
Pressa vitlöksklyftan och stek den i lite olja. Lägg i fläksfiléstavarna. Krydda med salt och peppar.&lt;br /&gt;
Lägg i ost och grädda i pannan och rör om tills osten har smält.&lt;br /&gt;
Lägg i buljongtärningen, och färga grädden med lite soja. &lt;br /&gt;
Låt det koka ca: 5-10 minuter. Tillsätt mer soja, efter tycke och smak.&lt;br /&gt;
Om såsen blir för tjock kan du spä&amp;nbsp;med mer grädde, och blir den för tunn kan du reda med lite maizenamjöl.&lt;br /&gt;

Sätt ugnen på 200 grader&lt;br /&gt;
Smält&amp;nbsp;4 msk smör och blanda med sojan.&lt;br /&gt;
Blanda resten av smöret med vitlök, persilja, salt och citronpeppar.&lt;br /&gt;
Skär fläskfilén i ca: 1,5 cm tjocka skivor. Skär ett snitt så att det blir som en liten ficka i vardera fläskfilébit.&lt;br /&gt;
Peta in drygt en matsked av det färdiga&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name=&#39;more&#39;&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;vitlökssmöret i varje bit. Spara smöret som blir över.&lt;br /&gt;
Borsta potatisen och dela den i vardera 6 klyftor.&lt;br /&gt;
Lägg fläskfilén och potatisen&amp;nbsp;i en långpanna, eller större gratängform, och pensla med smör &amp;amp; sojablandningen.&lt;br /&gt;
Sätt in pannan i mitten av ugnen i ca: 45-50 minuter.&lt;br /&gt;
Skär paprikan i klyftor.&lt;br /&gt;
Efter halva tiden, ca: 25 minuter,&amp;nbsp;lägger du in paprikan över fläskfilén och potatisen. Lägg också på resten av vitlökssmöret.&lt;br /&gt;
Rör om då och då så att allt får fin färg.&lt;br /&gt;
Servera med vitt bröd som doppas i vitlökssmöret /skyn.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bered dig nu på en smakupplevelse utan dess like! Ta av stekpannan från värmen så att den inte är för varm när du häller på grädden.&amp;nbsp;Red ev. med lite maizena om du tycker det behövs.&amp;nbsp;Koka Stroganoffen ett par minuter. Smaka av med salt och peppar. &lt;br /&gt;
Servera med ris eller pasta. Gärna en god grönsalladtill också!&lt;br /&gt;
