Its with great pride we bring to you this next installment of our Liquid Music Podcast. Hailing from Aruba, birthplace of Liquid Music, we humbly welcome one of the islands major contributors in the underground scene, Mesquitas.

Formerly based out of Rotterdam, Netherlands, Mesquitas made his mark soaking the rich scene there making quickly a name for himself as a top notch up-and-coming touring DJ and as a producer his brand became synonymous with quality House and Techno productions.

Upon his return to his native island of Aruba, Rafael Bueno de Mesquitas has been a major contributor to the growth and evolution of the local scene as well as spreading his passion for his music through neighboring countries. Currently owner operator of Mama Couch Studio, he passes his experience and knowledge to the next generation of local producer.

In support of his forthcoming releases on our label Drops, a homecoming of sorts, We bring to you a small little taste of Sunny & Tropical UNDERGROUND grooves as only Mesquitas can deliver.

IT was not too long ago that we were approached by English producer whom at by not following our method of submission for our label, we were as all those who do not follow instruction going to disregard and delete his submission to our Deep House Label Deep.

Something though drew us to the name and just out of sheer curiosity we went ahead and downloaded his demos. Well little did we know that we were in for one of the biggest surprise in terms of quality of Deep House that up to that point came our way. Immediately we proceeded to contact him and express our extreme interest to have him on board the label and move forward with what will be in the next two weeks his debut release on Deep.

It was such an impact he left us with that we made it a point to further push his brand by offering him an opportunity to put together an exclusive promo set for our iTunes podcast as a means to promote his upcoming release, due out This month, Sep 24th to be exact. A beautiful, innovative, and simply put True Deep House to the core EP consisting of his three latest productions which we have kept as much of a secret as possible as we have quite the high expectation for this young up and comer.

JMP aka Pantelis Tzamalis is an up and coming dj/producer that has a lot to offer in the electronic music scene. Born in 1987 at Patra city, he was 16 years old when he initially stepped into the scene, playing at various bars of the city, uplifting and impressing the crowd! At the age of 18 JMP decides to get involved at a professional level with music production.
Learning to compose music with influences from John Digweed, Sasha and many other dj/producers marks his initial pace at music production. About that time JMP gets accepted at the school of Computer Engineering and Information Technology of Patra where he combines studies with music and parallel he had performed at many clubs all over Greece side by side among the biggest djs/producers, in the likes of Nick Warren, Seb Fontaine, Dennis Ferrer, Cedric Gervais and others, captivating the masses. In 2007, MOJO radio hosts JMP's show by the name "DEEP ELEMENTS". From the start the show was welcomed by the listeners and has become one of the most successful shows all over Greece, featuring Guests djs/producers from Greece and abroad (such as 16 Bit Lolitas, Henry Saiz, Joris Voorn, Technasia, Gorge, Patric La Funk, Timo Maas, Manuel De La Mare, Jody Wisternoff, Robert Babicz, Dousk to name a few).
Summer 2008 his guest djs at Cavo Paradiso Radio in Mykonos with Cavoís resident dj Freespirit. 2009 JMP showcases his music production skills with his first EP being released by Vise Versa including remix by George Delkos. 2009 also is the year that JMP gets spots to the most famous festivals in Greece, performing with Nick Warren, Terry Francis, Seb Fontaine and other djs You can find his projects at labels such as Soulman Music, Caballero Recordings, Entrainment Dubai and others...

Closing our year and in support of his latest release on our Deep (Deep House Label) we bring to you the mixing styles of Theo Komp, a young and talented Greek DJ & Producer based in London.

Theo Komp was born and raised in Greece in a family where music was highly appreciated and he was exposed to a few talented musicians. He soon realised a profound interest for electronic music. Over the years, he experimented with different kinds and aspects of music, song writing, production, recording, sound design, mixing and mastering. He started producing music in 2006 and it was then when he enrolled in Berklee College of Music. In 2010, he moved to London. Since then he has performed in many venues like: Egg, Nomad, 333, Pacha, Ministry Of Sound, Rhythm Factory to mention but a few, he has been releasing his music in labels like Keep Out Recordings, Mind Ability, Deep Records and Solid Tracks Records.

Nowadays Theo is the main man behind Minimal Force Records, a London based label specialized in minimal tech and experimental, as well as a member of the Codekontrol Family.
