Mescolate con una planetaria aggiungendo acqua fino a che l’impasto sarà morbido, uniforme e si staccherà dalle pareti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Toglietelo dalla ciotola della planetaria e dopo avergli dato una forma tonda mettetelo a riposare 5/6 ore in un posto caldo e al riparo dalle correnti d’aria.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Una volta trascorse le ore riprendetelo e schiacciatelo con le mani (mai, mai mattarello!) dentro una o due teglie. Dipende dal vostro gusto: c’è chi a ama la focaccia alta e chi la ama un po’ più bassa.&lt;br /&gt;

Cospargete la superficie di aromi sminuzzati, sale e olio evo.&lt;br /&gt;
Infornate per 20 minuti in forno statico e per i successivi 10 in forno ventilato.&lt;br /&gt;

Unire in ultimo i due vasetti di yogurt bianco, la scorza grattugiata del limone e la bustina di lievito, ottenendo così un composto cremoso.&lt;br /&gt;
Preparate tanti pirottini e versateci il composto senza riempirli troppo, decorateli con lettere e numeri di cioccolato e poi cuoceteli in forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi per 15/20 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
