Many times we are in need of a professional to lean on so we don't over-burden our friends and family with our troubles and burn them out too. As much as we all are under the belief that we are 'supposed' to all be there for each other, when we rely on those closest to us too often or with too heavy of a burden, we tend to alienate them more than bring support closer when we need it most. <br />
