Great show that no one saw

Alright. Tonight I saw one of the tightest bands I've ever heard. It was the Alex Torres & The Latin Kings, a Latin jazz band. They were awesome! Great horn section, spot on harmonies and great energy. It's a shame that there weren't that many people there. It was right next to Littell and free.

Keep an eye out for more free concerts on campus. They get really good groups to play!

In 7 days a video game is coming out. I have been watching this game since it was announced at E3 09. This game is DJ Hero. Now you may be saying "Another 'Hero' game? I gave up after Guitar Hero World Tour." Just take a look at this game. It's a whole new style of gaming. Look for it next week on the 27th.

Have you noticed anything different? Anything different outside Littell? Take a look on the hill facing Littell. You can see 3 new trees. The RA staff had the pleasure to plant one of those trees. It's the tree towards the sidewalk. We woke up at the crack of 7 and planted that beauty!

This Tuesday, a man named Jim Deferio is coming to campus. Jim Deferio is no stranger to Oneonta. Ask any upperclassman and I'm sure they can tell you what happened. But to save you the effort of finding an upperclassman I'll tell you what happened.

Jim Deferio came to Oneonta and began an evangelical protests against the GLBT community. So what happened? The entire campus shared a moment of unity and protested against his hateful messages.

So when Jim Deferio comes back this Tuesday, show your support for the GLBT community and the entire OSC Campus!
