We’ve just added a handful of Mother’s Day bible printable you can use with your students this Mother’s day.  These would all make great take home gifts that children can present to their Mother’s this Sunday.  Each one focuses on the bible truth that God calls us to honor our mothers.

St. Patrick's Day Bible Printables

These bible verse cards are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!

Children will be able to read the verse from Matthew 6:20,  and learn that God wants us to store up our treasures in heaven!

Additionally, if you have the means, you can attach a chocolate gold coin to the card for children to have a special holiday treat!

These would be great to tuck in children’s cubbies or pass out to them on their way home!

Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday this year, so you’ll have all your little pupils in class with you to celebrate God’s love!  If you haven’t already visited our Valentine’s Day Lesson Planner page, be sure and check that out.  There are lots of helpful links and resources for planning out your Valentine’s Day Lesson.

Children cut out the different shapes (all of which are hearts) and glue them together to make their own little owls they can give to someone special.

These would make great Sunday School crafts if you write, “I know someone Whoooooo loves you!” and on the back you can write “Jesus”

If you’re making these with young children, you can cut out the shapes beforehand so that they are only responsible for coloring and gluing.

This is a tutorial for making a Prayer Box that you can use in your Sunday School classroom.  These are great for getting children used to the idea of praying for others, and it’s a great way for all children to participate in the morning prayer.

Keep the box by the front of your classroom, somewhere where the children can see it first thing when they walk in.  Each child has their own prayer stick with either their name or their photo on it.

If the child has something they would like to pray about during circle time, then they grab their stick and put it into the box.

Then when you start your morning routine, have all the children sit around you and bring over the prayer box.  Pull our a stick and read the name and ask the child what he or she would like to pray about today.  Do this for each child who puts in a stick, and pray as a group together for everyones needs.

Remind children that prayers don’t always have to be asking for things.  We can praise God with our Prayers too, and encourage them to put in a stick with any praises they want to share as well.  (i.e.  God really helped me when…..ect)

The wings are made by tracing your child’s hands, so they make fantastic keepsake ornaments too!

Each Christmas ornament will include the corresponding text of the bible to continue the story.  I’ve got the Printable Bible Stories you need to make these listed here. And as I get the ornaments created and up and available, I’ll post them there as well and update our blog too!  I hope to have them done in time for Christmas, but just in case I don’t get them in time, I wanted to at least share the idea with the printable Christmas stories, so you can make your own
